On a recent road trip, our 2016 Ram 1500 began losing power and a red warning light appeared on the dash. Being over 100 miles from home, we googled the nearest Dodge dealership and were relieved to see there was one less than one mile away. When my husband went into the service area, the staff was very rude. My husband asked if they could possibly run diagnostics on the truck, which is still under warranty, just so we could figure out if it was even safe to try to drive back home. They refused to help, telling us they could look at it in two weeks... He reiterated that we were over 100 miles from home and was concerned about doing more damage if we continued to drive it. The women working were very dismissive, telling us that there was another Dodge dealership about 50 miles away and “good luck making it back there…” Fortunately, we were able to make it back home safely and get it in to our local dealership the following day. We would not recommend Watermark’s service department to anyone.***Edited to add that I emailed the dealership with my contact info as requested in their reply. It has been almost two months later and they have yet to respond. Clearly, the response to this review was done only for appearances, not because they actually were actually about the issue.***

Service was quick and professional. My only complaint is I was charged almost twice what I was quoted over the phone for services to program a ignition key before i brought my vehicle to Watermark. I was quoted on phone the key cost would be $65 which was reasonable. I was quoted it would cost another $65 to program the key. Upon checking out I was charged $199. My family has previously purchased 2 vehicles from Watermark but I probably wont buy from Watermark again. Honesty should be first and foremost in business dealings.
Joe was fabulous! He knew the car we wanted so was able to educate us on all its features. And even when we said we would take it, he went out of his way to treat us like family—even bringing us a plethora of snacks to choose from while we waited! And the finance again didn’t keep us there pressuring to buy add-ons we didn’t want. We will definitely go there again for our next car!

I was coming from over 3 hours away. I was able to handle most of the process over the phone and by text. When I arrived Brandon had the car it front all detailed up and ready to test drive. The car was as advertised and the whole process was quick and painless!

Worked with Kyle this afternoon. Have not bought their Jeep Willys yet but what I can say now is that Kyle is very honest, nice, and helpful. A lot of dealerships lose their American values.Cons: over-priced on Jeep compared to others. Recommend to shop around to save couple more thousands.
Technician was knowledgeable. Scheduler was new but did her job well. Had a 12:30 appointment but didnt leave dealership until after 2 for just an oil change.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever had from Chase. He’s willing to say anything to make you think your car is falling apart. They charge outrageous prices and when you simply say you are going to take it somewhere else they haggle with you.

Staff was very personable. Josh Murdock was extremely easy to work with and we are very pleased with the experience.
I was told the oil change would take a hour. Two hours after my appointment time I called and they said they had it done. I asked when the car would be dropped off and they told me they could not do that after I was told that morning that they would. In total it took 2 hours and 15 minutes when they said it would not take longer then a hour and a half to have my car back to me. The only person to apologize was a parts person. No one else seemed to care.
Jake Johnson and Derrick Kincheloe worked hard to get me what I needed a f250 ford truck. Thanks for all the help, the staff was super nice and easy to work with. Go by today and tell them you want the same treatment.

I was there Nov 13th for tire rotation and had them to order a part for the drivers seat and they said they would call when it came in. So I finally called yesterday (12-4) and asked if the part had ever came in and I was transferred to the parts Dept and the lady told me it was there and then transferred me back to where I made my appointment to have it put on and my appointment was 11:30 am. I asked how long it would take to put the part on and she said 20,minutes. When I left there today it was almost 1 PM. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and I left 1 1/2 hours later!!

I bought a new wrangler unlimited from Erik Stokes here, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. No high pressure or games with the payments. I brought my stepfather back when he needed a newer vehicle. He didnt know exactly what he wanted and Erik was very patient in showing us all the different models they had in stock until my stepfather decided what he wanted.

Terrible. The service tech messed up my truck today. They know it but wont admit it. Totally messed up my whole weekend plans. I work in Alabama and this has cost me a days pay not to mention the inconvenience. They didnt even offer me a vehicle due to the issue. I wont buy another vehicle here and strongly recommend others dont either.
Went to get ac fixed on the paper even said verified repair when the vehicle was brought home I checked it and the ac still didn’t work but were able to squeeze me in the next day so hopefully they can get it working. Paid 150 bucks for nothing the first time.

Low tire warning light was staying on. Mechanic checked it and said tires were low, and after adding air the light went off. However, just after pulling off the lot the light came back on. I’ve had the same problem for the past two service visits.

I waited approximately an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change when I had an appointment. Thats a little ridiculous, I understand that sometimes something happens but double the time it takes to get an oil change at the Don Moore Toyota dealership in Owensboro and then say they do their oil changes differently in Owensboro than they do at Watermark is nonsense.
