The store associates were great but the store manager Lori was the most rude and awful person I’ve ever dealt with. I went in to cancel a line because my dad passed away and she refused to cancel it. Thankfully, the store associate offered to call in and cancel the line for me. They went above and beyond for me but I’ll never forget how terrible their manager treated me.

My mom purchased a prepaid phone at the store. The at&t representative sold it to her without making sure her service was active and told her they didnt help set phones up anymore. My mom is 75 years old and is not a computer person so that was like another language to her to try and set the ohine up. Inworked for 2 hours trying to transfer data from her old phone to her new phone and it didnt work. I came to the store and the representative was so nice to help me get it all straightened out and help activate the SIM card.
Not helpful at all . Bill keeps going up every 2 months . Phones get added . Nobody can tell us why .
My rep was very nice but the manager an asst asset manager was in back laughing an cuting up y people where lined up in store an parking lot when the should be on floor working

I went into the ATT Store concerning 2 problems with my iPhone. 1. I can’t connect to the internet anywhere. 2. I have very little to no signal at my home. I can’t use my phone in my own house . I have waited for ATT to provide usable signal strength in my area. I still have a landline that has served us very well. But, I pay my bill on time and still don’t have any cell phone service.
I was in your madisonville ky store Saturday had phone issues and the store manager was very very rude didnt attempt to help me I think I am going to drop all 3 of my at@t accounts been with yale over 20 years and never been treated like this

Lyndi went above and beyond on my visit. Switching to Firstnet away from Consumer Cellular proved to be a test of patience for all involved. Lyndi never gave up and persevered. Two hours later the change over was complete thanks to her tenacity. Highly recommend and can’t thank her enough for her customer service e!! 10 stars!!!

This place is awesome everyone is very knowledgeable and great service, especially young lady named Chanae, it think that’s her name, some people don’t have a clue about what our smart phones can do and I think most older people are intimidated by them, but this young lady is awesome, she might talk a little fast but she knows her stuff❤️

Great customer service! Even held the door open for my 4 yr old and myself cuz it was raining. Representative available as soon as we stepped in and were very knowledgeable about our issue. Store was very clean and they turned cartoons on to keep our child busy while we talked business.
Went n to pay my daughters cable bill n had no idea on what information I needed. Some places (one bank in particular)seem to frown on a person doing business on behalf of another. ATT was very helpful. Lady working at entrance was very very nice

Rebecca was very helpful, and I was able to order the iPhone 11 I wanted. I am not excited about the wait for the phone, but it isnt AT&Ts fault that the iPhone is in such high demand. If anything its my fault for not going in before Saturday so I could pre-order the phone! Yeah, I know. Logic has no place here!
Finally broke down and purchased a new phone. Had a great salesman named Blake. Very patient and informative. Actually felt like I could trust him with what he said. Didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Staff is not knowledgeable. I asked about internet and tv streaming services. The man could not answer my questions so I asked him to ask his supervisor or someone else that could answer my questions and he refused. I work in retail myself and if I am asked a question I dont know I go to a resource and get the answer. I do not recommend this location if you need answers because they are not willing to find out the answers to your questions. If you need to pay a bill or buy a phone you are probably ok but anything else you will be disappointed! I do not reccommend this location.

I have went in there twice with questions about my new phone. I had to wait for almost an hour and then the tech person half-heartedly tried a few things and then told me that I needed to go to the corporate store in Evansville, IN. This store in Madisonville is basically only here to sell contracts, cell phones and accessories. Theyre not very helpful and basically, if you arent buying anything, they act like youre wasting their time. I wont go in there again. I will call at&t directly to get help and go to a corporate store when its just completely necessary.
45 minute wait in the car. But at least they meet you at the door. Henderson office made us wait a hour. Then when dad went back in they said itd be another 80 minutes of waiting.

I will not be back! I was not greated when I went in the store, No one offered help to me when I went in. I looked at the new S10 & S10+ trying to decide which one I wanted for like 10 minutes, there was an employee right next to me the whole time who never even said one word to me she was hooking up another phone to the display. I decided to leave because no one would even acknowledge me. Snooze you lose! Ill be buying my phone from the Hopkinsville At&t Store!

I had a temporary yet complicated issue with my phone service, and she exhausted all possible resources in order to resolve the issue at hand. She was incredibly patient, friendly, professional, and persistent in making sure I didnt leave the store without a resolution, and that was achieved.The pre-service wait times at this store can be a bit inconvenient. However, though I was a walk-in (I didnt set up an appointment via myAT&T or via phone call), the quality of my customer service—from the point at which I entered to the store to when I left—was excellent. The retail associates at this location truly do desire to assist customers in any way they can!

The service here is terrible. I had called AT&T corporate office and was told to go here and ask for the manager. She was rude, and refused to help me, I had to call corporate back to not only complain but to get my problem solved. I will not go back to this store until they change management. The problem I had was because of this store to begin with. Only wish I could rate less than one star for this place.
