Better Customer Care needed-Having work done on my teeth my husband purchased Kroger brand soup for me instead of Campbells. As husbands go didnt keep receipt on food. Was given a very hard time of the return just wanted to exchange.Heard the usual Its our policy Voiced my opinion that I was upset. ALL the monies we spend yearly and you cant return 10 cans of soup?? Then to put icing on the cake after shopping went to the register and the same girl was bagging. I didnt notice at first when I did she standing there bad mouthing me to two other employees and the customer before me. Highly upset then. Ive worked retail before and we were not allowed to bad mouth the store and or customers especially. I will remember this experience and go out of my way to not shop at this store!

This is bad business & unsafe. They rarely keep organic fruits. The nearby Walmart does better at jeeping stocked organic fruits. This place rarely has organic strawberries even during season.

Purchased 8 PC. fried chicken. Its absolutely delicious. The young lady working the deli was very helpful 👍. The check out reminded me of Wally world. One line open👎Bad with 1 🌟.

Slipping but still good

Kroger is a great market, if you have and use the Kroger card program. Id you do not use it, it is a very expensive store. But they do have a good selection of products, even some pretty good beers. They also sell gasoline, and if you use the Kroger card you can get cents off your gas, making it a great value. Its all a big system to keep you in their ecosystem. But since it actually saves customers money, its a good thing. They also have a great digital coupon system that can save you money.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly at the store. The prices are great and they have beautiful flowers. It is usually crowded here and the parking lot is busy, but it is just because everyone want to shop here.

Saw alot of people today in the store with no mask. No longer required? Even the employees with no mask. M y husband and both senior and still wear ours

Store was clean, cashiers and floor associates were extremely helpful. Assistance at the self checkout is always on top of things even when busy. Customer service is fast when it comes to your requests. Floor plan is organized and isle sign are very descriptive.

Absolute worst experience ever! I sat in the drive through for 1hr, 27 minutes and the Pharmacy Tech had the absolute worst attitude of anyone I have encountered. I sat in front of the window for 13 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Once he asked me for DOB, it was an additional 27 minutes before he even came back to the window. When he finally came back there was zero customer service - no, Im sorry you had to wait or Heres what happened - Nothing. He told me my total, threw the bag at me and never even said thank you or have a nice day. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as my wife and I are. I couldnt have even written a worse experience than this.

Good visit. A lot of changes going on which makes it hard find the items that have been relocated. I couldnt find the canned fruit and ask. It was up front on shelves by the self checkers. Who would have thought. I would have seen them on my way to check out. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Have some really good sales. They do need more cashiers r learn when the busy times r. Hint- Fridays, time for certain type of checks to come out, I when people r getting off work, when bad weather is coming, Sundays after church, just to name a few

It is a good place to shop. The the help is very nice. Always asking if they can help you. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh.

The pharmacy here is awful. Only 2 people working ever. I got a text update saying my prescriptions were ready 2 days before I went to pick them up, I called the day before to make sure they were filled correctly because last time they weren’t. I get there and they are incorrect and it takes an hour to fix the problem I called about beforehand. Worst service ever

Kroger is just about the only place Ill buy produce because it is high quality. They also have the best flowers; many times I have bought flowers and they lasted about 2 weeks, as opposed to flowers elsewhere that may or may not last 1 week.

Great products great prices staff very helpful. Several people ask me could I find what I was looking for and if not they help me to retrieve it. Great store keep up the good work.

Kroger is my favorite grocery store and I am accustomed to Kroger Marketplace which has a variety of options. Now that I live in a smaller town, Kroger Marketplace is not an option. I hope at some point, that the Kroger we do have transitions into a Marketplace. Walmart is no longer in our town and it could be an opportunity for Kroger to expand their scope of service.

Nice store. Employees are helpful and kind. Produce has large selection. Meat dept is very good too. Plus, they are one of the few stores left that help you to your vehicle with you groceries.

Some employees are rude. Also, I suggested good karma probiotic drink, they never got it, saddens me. This Kroger is growing too popular for its parking lot size and store size. On the plus side, theres always good deals.

The people are friendly but someone needs to learn what Inventory control means... They are out of stock on a lot of items all the time. First, if you are going to put an item on sale, MAYBE you should prepare for that to be a hot item and have more in stock... Once they were completely out of stock for Squeeze Parkay.... Now tell me... How much of a demand is that?

I love Kroger but had to go into the rest room today and othee than the comold and sink the bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. The walls, corners, baby changing, baby seat, floors and doors could use a deep cleaning. A gallon of bleach would really make a difference.

Plenty of cashiers at the registers. Shelves are always full of inventory, workers are very polite here. Prices are conpetitive, use your Kroger card to get fuel pts and even bigger discounts.Deli. Floral shop. Bakery. Service center.

My total came to over $75, and my card save me $18, I love my krogers

Have loved this store since it opened. Produce is the best in our area and the people are helpful, restroom has always been clean and if Ive ever had a problem with my receipt or product being out of date, theyve always settled fairly.

Its really ridiculous to constantly have to check dates on things I buy. Or to see things that are moldy, wilted, or just nasty at your grocery store when you expect fresh food. It doesnt exactly scream we take care of our customers and have quality control here. Another thing, they stock in the middle of the day .Or rather leave the stock in the isle on weekends when everyone is trying to shop.

Normally Id give it 5 but not this trip. Tried to do the one day only 5× digital on the Tyson chicken, but my cashier was not in a good mood and didnt want to be there obviously. She attempted to stop me at 5 bags, I said oh well I still wanted to buy more bags and I even said if I had to pay full price I would, then she said well there is a limit of 10??? I had to give everyone else a chance to get some. Now if I agreed to pay full price on the rest there should have been no reason to stop me its my money and she basically refused to take my money. And cost Krogers one hell of a sale. But I called corporate before I went to make sure that I could purchase 25 bags, and our conversation is recorded time stamped verifying that yes u can get up to 25 bags beginning at 12:01 am. She told me I couldnt until 3 am? I said it is a Saturday sale only and today is Saturday. Very very upset that she refused my sale

I highly recommend the grocery pick-up! The people are nice, and the service saves hours of time, especially when you arent feeling well.

If you use digital coupons, sales, special seasonal sales, and your Kroger card to get fuel rewards Kroger beats out all the other groceries in the area. Loving the double reward for cents off gas this summer!

There is always something to love about Kroger. It is more expensive than most markets but they do have the freshest produce in town, store brands are of a very good quality, and the employees are easy going and very helpful.

Completely unbelievable on the incompetence of this place. We placed an order for Thanksgiving 2 weeks in advance and get told the day of that the order isnt complete. We had to scramble to find a place that could meet our needs and it wasnt this Kroger.

Since Wal-Mart moved there prices have gone way up, and the shelves are not stocked. I have been a Kroger plus member for years. I accumulate points to save on gas, but today I was told my points no longer were on my card for some strange reason, told the clerk I had a receipt that showed my points, but she could have cared less. Walmart is just 5 miles away I highly recommend you go there.

Crowded and noisy!! The checking lanes were slow - but the Bakery was super sweet so it compensated.

Love this place with walmart leaving this is the number one place to shop for food and they ha e great deals on lots of items if your a plus member which is free to sign up for. And they are open 24/7 so stock up whenever.

Kroger does so much for their community while also providing great products. I would put Kroger brand items next to name brand items any day. The only downside though is that recently their shelves have sometimes been bare-ish. It might be because people are starting to go to Kroger over Walmart (which relocated). However, I feel like that Krogers has had ample time to adjust their inventory order. Overall though, my neighborhood Krogers gets a 4 out of 5 for great customer service, good products, and community involvement.

Curbside pick up is a joke.

Ordered a cake a week ago to get today and they didnt even start on it. Made us late for our daughters bday party and the cake wasnt even what it was suppose to be. This happens more than once.
