Greeted me right away and told me how long the wait might be and kept me informed the whole time. Everyone in the shop said hello and was very friendly. They didn’t try to up sell a bunch of stuff I didn’t need.!

The employees were friendly and efficient. Greg made sure to introduce himself by name and remain available for any questions. He was friendly and was willing to answer any questions I had. He also asked if there was anything they could have done better - Ive never been asked that before and it showed me that he was invested in making sure I had a good experience.

Easy and fast test for the car! Just took 30 minutes getting there and on the way out. Never fails to serve me!

Came in at 4:50 pm for emissions and for them to recharge the ac unit real quick and they didn’t finish until 7:50 pm which is 50 mins after they close and they served about 12 people while I waited. Slow service and it wasn’t even that busy either. $200 charge for the AC as well which seems a little high compared to other companies in the area. 🤦‍♂️

The staff is so super nice, very courteous to open doors for me and make sure I’m comfortable. Very fast and efficient as well. I just moved to Magna several months ago and have been to this location twice. I will definitely be back!

As a young female I have never been treated with as much respect as I have at this Jiffy Lube when it comes to mechanics. Everyone at this location was polite, professional, and truly listened to what I asked for and what I was saying. In addition to listening they all answered questions professionally and clearly without talking down to me or treating me like I dont know anything about my car. Jiffy Lube always does a good job. However, why is your AC recharge $200? I just got my AC recharged at Grease Monkey for $90. Thats a big difference.

Given the pandemic, there are oddities that businesses have to work around, but they were quick, working on me and everyone rolling in, they were very clear with what they were doing, they didnt push too many things on me or make me feel pressured for services, they did everything they needed to and got me out quickly.Good place, friendly staff.

Jiffy Lube often gets a bad reputation, but this location deserves all the praise in the world. Our starter went out and the shop that we originally had it towed to quoted us $750 saying it would take 6 hours of work to replace. When we took our other vehicle to Jiffy Lube to get the brakes replaced, they quoted us $360 for the starter replacement. Not only did we save $400, they had our vehicle back to us the same day when the other shop wasn’t going to even start working on it until 3 days later. Dale took care of us and everyone was so friendly and really had our best interest in mind.

The staff at this location is super friendly and very professional. They explain everything they recommend doing, but have never ever been pushy like I’ve experienced at other places. Awesome service.

My partner and I both have been to this location. The first time they were really slow to even greet my partner and I. Now today my partner has been sitting there over 10 mins no one came to talk to him or even let him know he was seen. We have tried to give this location chance after chance. I feel jiffy lube is amazing but this location in magna is a joke. Especially when you watch the employees sitting there talking and not making the effort

I had a great experience there today. I had my 1 yr old with me in the car so we were able to stay in the car while getting an oil change and emissions done. I was in and out within 30 min and everyone was respectful and kind. Ill always come back to this location even though I live in West valley.

Staff were friendly and up front about the cost and what was needed. I am most pleased because I did not have a credit card or Debit to pay for my emissions. Thankfully the manager allowed me to use his personal card while allowing me to use cash. Talk about convenient, friendly, and helpful. 10 stars I would give if I could.

My usual place for registration renewal is no longer close now that I work from home, so this was my first time going to JL for it. Everyone was very friendly and quick. I appreciate their conversation so I wasnt just sitting there and appreciate the option to have had emissions and registration there. Thank you.

Gregory was very helpful and just has a good attitude from the time over the phone to meeting him in person. His co workers were very pro active and one of the employees offered to clean my window for no extra charge. That was nice. I didn’t get there name but they made the experience pleasant. I’m the type of customer that pays a good amount of dollars to maintain my vehicle and they made the experience easy. They did a great job. I’ll definitely go here again for other car maintenance and little repairs.They did an oil change, changed my air filter, and cleared the oxidation on my headlights. All very good service. My car is running very good and looks good due to all 3 of their Jiffy Lube employees service.

Got my oil changed they didnt put my air filter back right which now I am having check engine light on because them not doing there job right has done damage to my SUV. Will never use them again.Thank you Dol at the magna store for working with my car to try to fix what was the result of air filter not being place together properly by your worker. I raised my stars from 1 to 3 that is due to Dol having me come back two other times cleaning my air system and giving me fuel injector clean for my gas tank twice. Thank you Dol.

Staff was and are very friendly. Was there for over an 1 1/2 hours, but my fault for going at noon. Tried the Jiffy Lube App. Way different price then in store but the Acting Manager did take care of me. Much appreciated guys Ill be back.

Went there on Sunday at 3:00 pm for and emissions test, knowing that they’re closing at 5:00 pm. One guy told me that they’re already closed because it’s super bowl Sunday. Looked like they wanted to go home early to watch the super bowl in stead of doing their job. Total BS!! It was only 3:00. I’ll just go somewhere else

Had to get emissions and safety done on my car and these guys were great. Had an issue with my tail light where it wasnt plugged in. They removed the tail light, which in my car is a pain, plugged it in and reinstalled it. No charge. Will be back for sure.

These guys do okay Id say the staff here was very friendly and helpful but its a jiffylube they overcharge you for everything. I dont like to trust them with my oil let alone radiator flush i personally never have had it happen but know of way to many people that leave without oil or it super over filled thanks to them hiring people with no motor knowledge they are decently quick but peraonally i save 50 bucks and the hassle or stress of not knowing its done right by doing my own oil. I know i can get emissions cheaper than the 60 bucks they charged me but i was in a hurry. Its just sad that they are comparable on prices and usually have under educated staff.

Ive been going to these guys for emissions testing since they opened this location. Also the occasional fluid change but mostly inspections of various vehicles/rvs/motorcycles. Its been a lot of years and I keep going back, mainly because theyre quick and professional.

Definitely the best service I’ve had had a Jiffy Lube. They were not pushy, manipulative, or salesy. They asked if I wanted them to look at certain things with upgrade charges, and when I said no because I had already taken care of it, they just gave me the thumbs up and continued with the oil change. Quick and honest service.

They give you an estimated time and thats ok, but all you see is them go back and forth to only 1 customers vehicle but have nothing on their hands and no tools to get the car done. The workers take their vape break every 5 minutes and dont even work on the cars that are already in the shop. They are really milking the clock here just to put in overtime or who knows what. They should get a real manager up here soon to find out whats going on

My experience with this particular location was awesome, and the customer service I received from Shane was 2nd to none. I can see that Shane genuinely loves his job and he was very polite and professional. I appreciate workers like Shane who during this COVID-19 era, still come to work and do it all with a smile on their face.They were able to get the emissions done on my company work van in about 30 minutes during a fairly busy time of the day. I normally don’t use Jiffy Lube for oil changes on my personal vehicle, but the experience I received today just might change that.

Went in today. One car in the inspection bay, a couple in the oil change bays. The car in the inspection bay left after about 5 minutes, and I was happy to get done so quickly. 20 minutes later they pulled my car in to the empty bay. Annoyed, but relieved theyre finally getting to my car. 20 minutes of my car just sitting there, I told one of the techs that my car has been sitting there 45 minutes and I gotta go. He didnt apologize, didnt promise to get right on it, didnt try to make excuses. He did tell me he would help me drive it out.After having used their service for ten or fifteen years and numerous mess-ups, Im finally done. So sad since theyre only 1/2 mile from my house. Id rather travel farther and get better service. See ya.

Jiffy Lube has always given good service, and is usually very quick, especially if you get there earlier in the morning. They really push you to try to sell much more than you need, however.
