The children loved their first trip to the shop. Sadly my bank account didnt! They especially enjoyed being able to see the pitch.

I am a customer from Germany and have ordered and paid for a shirt 2 month ago. The shirt has never arrived, the tracking number says it is somewhere in a DHL center in Germany for what reason ever. The shop says they will only refund my money, when they get the shirt back. But how to send a shirt back, that does not even arrive the customer? I am not reponsible for the transport, it is you!This is fraud and robbery: You take my money and do not deliver the item I have paid for.I will never again buy anything from this shop or this club after this experience.

Went to the shop for the first time today. First thing to say is, its layout and design are great. Quality of the merchandise is very good and not overpriced. The reason Im writing this is to praise the staff of Planet Blue...absolutely excellent faultless service by the ladies in there. Just how you should be treated as a customer.

Moody young girl on the tills, once I kinda think ok having a bad day. Then went in again and same girl really moody and unpleasant

Picked up the new town top ordered online ad a gift 🎁 staff where helpfull paid to upgrade and have the name and number on the back they where so helpfull and efficient :) was a Yong blond girl and lad working upstairs didnt get there names but brilliant service thankyou

Love this place. Like walking into Santas grotto in blue and white. Staff are friendly and helpful and immaculately dressed (theyre wearing the Crest after all) lose my heart and the contents of my wallet more often than not . BLUE ARMY.

An absolute dream there today. Main present for my son hadnt turned up so a quick trip to Planet Blue has solved that problem, every member of staff was cheerful and helpful and I was served by Louise W who was brilliant
