Love the selection on style thats presented. The other little finds from candles to vinyl records really make the store.

Nice store, lots of merchandise, busy staff

Although this particular store closes during the Pandemic at 6pm instead of 7pm in the Country Mart in Malibu- the staff was friendly - and did not kick the customers already inside the store out at the strike of 6pm. Still no fitting rooms availabilty because of the current situation. Bummer!! As the older slang term would indicate.Mark

This flagship store in Malibu Colony is nothing short of perfect: genuinely kind and übersmart manager and staff allow you to practice reintegration skills (Thank you, Sadie Luna & Co.!)An item was omitted from their ubiquitous market bag, and I was sent an email, allowed back in, unlocked by a staff member minutes after closing. Their prices may have gone up, but I support them (in honor of my inner teenager) as their gifts are unique and cozy. And last well past the birthday celebration, in sentiment and quality. Thank YOU for reopening!

They were very nice and great customer service

Typical Urban Outfitters except without the hip atmosphere. Took awhile to be greeted too. For being in Malibu, you would think they would up their game a bit. At least there were comfy chairs to sit (even if the rug had a huge drink stain) and a/c!

My shopping experience here was quiet and peaceful. The store is situated in a beautiful area. Customer service was decent and prices are good.

This is one of my favorite, they have everything so nice items and good customer service.

Everybody likes urban, they have a certain hippy style that catches peoples eye. I personally do like the clothes here but every single time I come until i find something that i like its way to expensive and not affordable. I would recommend them but not if you are an average person with an average bank account.

I havent been to Urban Outfitters for at least a decade but I was visiting in town and had an opportunity to browse.They were featuring instant film cameras. They have a section of LPs and record players. Michael Jacksons Thriller was there, for $30. These are all new in shrink wrap so they must be reprints.I was only shopping for some greeting cards and found some really good ones. Kudos to the buyers...But $6.50 for a greeting card? Yes I had to have it because it was the a drawing rendition of John Cusack doing his Boombox Serenade... At the manufacturer retail price online is $4.50. thats not the wholesale price thats the retail price an Urban Outfitters marked it up by two more dollars. Seems a tad excessive but what do I expect for a Malibu location I guess. Their rents must be Sky High!Anyway, I really liked the vibe of this store, even as a 50 year old.

Always a favorite stop. Fun home pieces, great for inexpensive and creative gifts and current trends clothing items.

As cute and clean as the store is, the employees make you feel very uncomfortable. The two sales people on the floor couldn’t stop watching me and my daughter. It was so bad that, as one stared at me, I walked up to her with my merchandise and told her, “since she and her coworker had such an issue that they had to watch me and my daughter, than I don’t need to shop there” and handed over the shoes.

Really nice store by Urban Outfitters! The rooms are full of light and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The staff is helpfull.

Very nice store. They didnt have a shoe section. Maybe they were changing to the fall shoes?

1. Paid $400 bucks for a dresser off their website that looked like a $59 pressboard dresser from Walmart.2. Took 6 weeks for it to arrive. Not their fault - their deliverer is a sub- contractor. It is their fault they continue to work with sub-contractors that are so backlogged. It didn’t take me 6 weeks to pay for the dresser?3. Dresser arrives- classic bait and switch . The dresser shown online is not what is delivered. Legs are Wobbly, drawers didn’t shut, random holes screwed in it, and grossly discolored.4 . Lesson learned; Urban outfitters is that classic overly hyped brand that benefits the investment firms today - the brand is probably about to floo. hyper- stylized online presence- beneath the fakeness is no real company—- or quality brand—— just layers upon layers of sub-contractors!5.Everyone is a contractor from the customer service reps, the people who assmeble the cheapo furniture, to the people who deliver the cheap furniture6.-UO represents everything that has happened to america since the rise of corporations.7. When you call customer service you never speak to an actual UO employees all are cheap out-sourced, sub contracted labor, who have no power when you call them. They Just shrug their shoulders and tell you it will take another 4 weeks for them to come get the dresser and only then can they process your refund?8. You will regret buying furniture from them.Never again.

This was host an average store and the mall itself is just an overpriced place to go where you can make a little drive and get these things for so much cheaper.
