Pharmacist, Amanda is great. The regular store checkout is slow sometimes but the pharmacy is quick.

Nobody in the isles to ask a question. Bathroom is out of order... whatever it means, I dont believe a word.

After walking through this store, youll think twice about eating out all the time and using your grill. I needed assistance because I couldnt find the medicine for my body aches, but thanks to this drug store, I was able to locate it. Im so happy I discovered the pharmacy! This supermarket has everything!

Just at this location. David the cashier was absolutely rude to my wife. I can not believe he is in customer service. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was completely unacceptable. He even snapped at the other female cashier when she tried assist.

Was there briefly to get some stuff while on a road trip. Sonny was one of the employees i came across. Amazing positive energy, knowledgeable, as well as, amazing customer service and hospitality skill (walking me to the area of the store to try and find the idem was trying to find.)Then came to find a mgr. Who helped me find some clip on shades for my glasses. He done the same amazing thing of escorting me to the areas that had the items.Very good experience. Good job and thank you

Recently remodeled. Friendly staffs who are very helpful at answering questions. Organized aisles and easily recognized signs. Ive found most of merchandises without much of problems. Very clean and well-maintained store. Decades presence at the Malibu plaza. Great location. Easy parking. Lots of stores nearby such as Ralphs, Post Office, UPS, and restaurants. Great place to meet friends and old acquaintances.

Absolutely the worst experience ever EVER at the pharmacy. The incompetence is staggering. Literally call to see if prescription is ready. Yes, it is. Show up. No, it isnt. Has happened multiple times. A horror show this place is. Shame on you, CVS execs, who know what a disaster this place is and yet you do nothing.

Went in this morning for a fast tampon and drink stop. They were extremely nice and I left with a great feeling. I see people have been rating this place low, but we really did have a nice smile to welcome us and a very caring representative that made sure we would receive all the offers we deserved. We got a coupon for 30% off one product under 99.99$. Thumbs up!

STORE HOURS ARE WRONG!!!!! CVS IN MALIBU CLOSES AT 9PM!!!!!THIS CVS IS NOT 24 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I forget when CVS pharmacy closes on Saturday and Sunday all the time. Is it 6 or 7? Today I looked it up and to my astonishment GOOGLE wrote that this is a 24 hour CVS. Well, its not it closes at 6 pm and 9pm for the store.This review is for GOOGLE. Thank you so much for making me have to drive an extra 3 hours on my day off to get my medication.

Ive seen a lot of people complaining about the service. Of course there are a few people there who couldnt care less for customer service but the majority of workers are really respectful and great people. Not everybody will smile at you and be fake just to make you like the store better but they do their job efficiently and have great variety of products and lots of things always on sale and deals. Overall is not a terrible store like people think. I am a customer for over 4 years and besides a few problems I had there in the past with some people who used to work there I will always come back for the quality & pricing because its not cvs fault that some people are as***** when working there but they do replace them if is not doing a good job. Always get text from them asking if I need refill or to notify if meds are ready.

I was here at this location with my daughter and we waited for the pharmacy to except us. After waiting for such a long time, they inform us that the pharmacy is actually closed. The amount of time we waited how did no one tell us the pharmacy was closed. Not recommended,

God Bless Dume Plaza Pharmacy! The only reason going to my local CVS is that it has the non-generic prescrip I need, otherwise would NOT set foot in this pharmacy!!! UNDERstaffed!!, only ONE pharmacist and long lines do not an efficient, well run business make....shame on you, corporate CVS, you are the pits, you have NO business being in business 😡🤬😡 Am adding this comment a year later because I want to make clear that this is corporate that I am displeased with, NOT the CVS staff, they are wonderful to the local community.

If you like waiting and frustration, this is the place for you. I can never deal with this CVS pharmacy without waiting. Its exhausting! God forbid you do not have your Rx number with you when you want to refill a prescription, because you will incur punishment of even more waiting. I tried to refill an Rx over the phone, but did not have the number with me. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, had to hang up. I had to go home, retrieve the Rx bottle from the trash, had to call back the next day, so I could use the automated system and read off the number, and not wait on the phone. Total time to refill my Rx: 4 days! The pharmacy needs a regular staff member behind the counter FULL TIME, just to answer phones, take the info from callers, check out customers. This will free up the pharmacists to actually fill Rxs, answer complex medical questions, notify doctors, check insurance, etc. NOTE TO CORPORATE: please schedule weekly floor cleaning with a buffer -- the floor at the Malibu location is dirty, filthy, and looks 3rd world.

Missak is rude and very unprofessional! Me and and another customer made it to his cashier station at the same time. He proceeded to help the man and not me. I infield him that I made it to him first. While the customer came to the line very shortly after!Disgusting human being! Does not deserve to work in public!

The worst pharmasy I have ever been to. Took my prescription, filled in the patient address without asking me with a wrong address of another patient! Rude people with no attention to detail. Were talking amongst themselves about their weekend plans and not paying attention to me for 5 minutes while I was waiting. (They knew I was waiting.) After I gave up waiting I asked for my prescription back so I can go to another place that would treat me better, and only than I find out that they wrote the wrong address on my prescription! Now I have to go back to my doctors office to have them rewrite it. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had at a pharmacy.

Pharmacist lady that sounds like a 2 pack a day smoker was on the phone talking to her friend Jen while I was waiting for 10 minutes. Finally took my prescription and when I told her I was gonna wait for it she told me “ohhhhh noooooo wayyyy it’ll be done before tomorrow. This was at 5pm on a Saturday.

For a CVS its fine. But my problem with all CVS is this: I have determined that it is part of their business plan to make anyone filling an RX wait a minimum of 30 minutes, that way they wander around the store it is hoped the will spend more money. I used to call Rxs to pharmacies when I worked at a doctors office in Malibu. There were times when the patient was either very sick or elderly or both and I would ask the pharmacist at CVS to please have it ready for them when they arrived-never, ever did they do this. Ive been in the store when it was close to empty and observed patients waiting that obligatory half hour.Instead go to Supercare Drugs across PCH from CVS. Great, quick and beyond the call of duty service! And its the best gift store in Malibu since KItson closed. Good gift card selection as well. Supercare is truly a treasure and youll pay the same co-pay you would at CVS.

Had to wait an hour an a half for my meds, and then was charged over 200 dollars because they didnt say my insurance wasnt covered when it was.. B.s!!
