Not a great place for hot foods. Good place to shop for produces and groceries. Prior to the pandemic, this is our go to place for lunch. Since the food bar opened again around last month, the foods were not great. The same menu every Sunday. It seems like it is the same menu every day. I guess my expectation was more. Therefore, I am disappointed. We need variety. We need your chef to show his or her talents. Not very impress with the food bar

First visit to Malibu Whole Foods. Clean and fresh store! Cute and quaint! Had a nice shopping experience! In such a nice area too! We loved the Cobble stones in the drive way too. Everything is always so fresh! Thank you!:)

This is the best Whole Foods in the Los Angeles area. It is not only clean and spacious with great parking, but you can use a Tesla supercharger while you shop. It was our go-to grocery store while we lived in the area.

Whole foods In Malibu is one of the best Whole Foods Markets all over the coast. Super clean, aisles are far from each other, a lot of space. It is an examlery store❤

Extremely rude customer service guy! I asked to return the milk bottles and instead of helping me, he just pointed a bin and asked me to do all the work! Is this how good your customer service is? Really terrible!!!The food selection was really nice and products were fresh but the customer service(especially that guy) extremely rude in talking!

We love shopping here every time happen to be in the area bc the store feels breezier and less crowded than SM Or Venice. today my husband ordered a Bahn Mi sandwich. he was told that the sandwich bar was out of cilantro... that actually is a major part of the special flavor. he bought it anyway and while he was eating it, I checked the veggie section...of course, fully stocked with cilantro. I dont know if its lack of authority or motivation but I suspect that the explanation is not good enough. other than that the store is great

Parking lot was a nightmare. Limited selection of items. No picnic supplies unless you want to pay $20 for disposable plates.

Customer service checked us out so we didnt have to wait in the longer lines like regular people.

Ive been traveling around America for 2 years. This is hands down my favorite whole foods. Nice staff and boy do they make good pizza.The only thing I dont like about it is the IPS. They look way too serious. Its Malibu, not Iraq.

The service at this location is absolutely terrible! I saw a number of people leave the line because of how slow the staff was at the sandwich location, coffee shop and the grocery store check out lines. No one is looking to increase efficiency and move around faster.

One of the most beautiful stores. Great varieties..good qualities. The person helped in the seafood section today was the roodest unfortunately 😕. As a result we picked up the wrong portions.

PRETTY COOL ! We made a planned stop at this Whole Foods Market location because there was a Tesla Supercharger we wanted to to use. Unfortunately there were only 4 charging bays and the Tesla owners charging up were virtually having lunch in their cars. We used the bathrooms here to brush our teeth after lunch at Paso Robles. Nice store !

I have one item and the checker tells me I have to go wait in a line since she called a customer with a big cart of groceries. I informed her that I was first in line and thats discrimination and showed her the huge scar on the back of my head. Screw whole foods and amazon!

Love the space, design, and quiet vibe of this store. Its a pleasure to shop there, with fresh produce and most items not missing (I shop in the evening).

THE CUTEST grocery store. Little succulents lining the outer walls with a beautiful entry way, lined in stone pavement. The store itself is absolutely well kept and clean. They also feature bathrooms, something I always love to see in a grocery store.

Pleasant service and good groceries. This is the only place I know of to buy stuffed grape leaves which I love.

Staff is always attentive and willing to help. This is a small store but rarely crowded. Go during non-peak times for no wait and stress free shopping.

A place with fresh produce and organic foods

A sneezing and coughing cashier should be on paid leave. I had to return groceries after the cashier sneezed and coughed this morning while she was ringing my groceries. Amazon/WholeFoods must give paid leave to its employees at the first sign of sneeze and cough to avoid infecting its customers. Store managers defense was that that there is nothing to worry about since Covid patients do not sneeze. She was kind of upset on returned groceries for $32.63 She said this is a lot of food to return. FYI $32.63 does not buy much at WholeFoods.

They really need to do you something about the line here. Get some self checkouts. Express lane was closed I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get one item. Hire more people three registers open on a Saturday. Probably the worst run Whole Foods I’ve ever seen. Highly suggest a new manger.

Covid-19: They have clear markings around the booths which used to be salad bars and hot food stations. People are nice and respectful. The pasta and pasta sauce isle were mostly empty still.

They sell all sorts of pastries and desserts, I’m just curious to know how not a single one is edible and costs so much?! Literally worse than dog food!? Their pre packaged items, salads, sandwiches, wraps all taste like cardboard! How can you fail so bad WF?? You used to be so good!

Love the food and groceries the teriyaki salmon coconut kale was delicious we are still enjoying the goodies and tried a few new things not to mention I applaud everyone in the store for laughing with me and my family as we chased my insane toddler around the store instead of berating us thank you people of the whole foods world xoxo

Love the store, waited a long time for it to open. Sadly, no one is available to provide service at deli counter after 2 PM. Have tried 4 times to buy something and there is no one there. Was told no one is scheduled there from 2-10 PM. Not everyone in Malibu shops early!

The worst shopping experience in my life. They only cater to rich white women. I am a private chef in Malibu, I have 5 clients and over 25 staff members. None of which will ever shop here again. I will be going to Ralphs, their produce is better, the staff is better. Everything is better. DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE...UPDATE...during these pandemic times this is the worst run supermarket in all of Los Angeles. I waited in the sun for 25 mins. Terrible management. Absolutely the worst....still.

I love this Whole Foods. The moment I walked in everything was so neat and stocked. Staff were very friendly to me and the selection of items was incredible. It’s worth the trip from Downtown L.A to Malibu just to visit this store. Ps. the pizza was amazing

This might be the nicest whole foods in the world, They turned the whole grocery shopping experience into a gathering place. Very nice.

When the surfs up, I head to Ventura, but its a long drive, so I load up on health food here. Theyve got my favorite Babaganoush, which tastes amazing with just about anything dipped in it and I grab the healthiest chips I can find. Hippeas are awesome! The Jalapeño Vegan Cheddar is the bomb diggity! They taste like Nacho Cheese Doritos without the nasty ingredients! They also have my vegan coconut ice cream and lots of beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables. The parking is easy and theyre right off the PCH.
