They are no help. Instead of fixing problem. They tell you that you have to buy a new one even though your works just fine.just network issues

When I called the store lady answer the phone she was very rude when I ask for promotions I thought they want to sell cell phones here with everything they dont.🤔

The insurance is useless dont waste your money on it you will pay full price for a new phone, the phones are way over priced!!!!
