Is the malvern office ever going to reopen?I’ve got a tech coming out Tuesday. Supposed to give me new equipment. This was the second time a tech was supposed to come out- he never showed. Hopefully one will show!! This equipment SUX.

I ordered internet service about a month ago and if not everyday then every other day its not working and i gotta spend 30-45 mins resolving the issue. Its very annoying. All i wanna do is write in my work manifest for my daily work and prep for the next day. And i spoke with a supervisor at one point and they said he will credit my account $20. Wow 😒. Then in the beginning was told no installation fee, get bill and its on there. Only reason i give 2 stars is because of the employees that answer the phone really do try and help me fix the issue.
Worst customer service, period. Ordered On Demand movie - plays Spanish version (not specified or ordered). Call service, specify On Demand issue, automated response sends soft reboot to box. Box dies - no TV at all. Call service, takes 5-10 minutes of automation to get wait of 1hr for service rep. While waiting tried on-line chat. Finally got chat with someone, was asked for box number and while looking at box the chat session automatically ends (says timed out). Finally get service person on phone who really doesnt know what they are doing. After repeating all actions that automation had me do... finally says box is bad!?! It was fine before automation sent reset signal. Finally, service cannot be at house to replace bad box for another week!
Paying for 400MBPS and have 2.5 download and keep losing the internet so box keeps rebooting itself. Local office closed permanently.
Awesome prices but their coverage area is not that great. They recommended me to at&t and the service man called ahead to politely let me know that my data would be so slow that I wouldnt be happy at all. So I thanked him and he cancelled my ordered. So they refunded my deposit.

Worst customer service EVER!No one ever showed to install my equipment and when I called to ask for my money back they were very rude but finally got connected with someone I thought was helping! Long story short I still haven’t received my money back like they said and it’s been over a week!And NOONE is willing to help!
The absolute worst internet provider period.!!Internet stays down more than connected, Pay for 100mbps, get 15-25 on a good day. But sudden link never finds a problem !!

They went up on our bill 3 times. Twice without any explanation or the explanation was unsatisfactory. Been with them for 4 years with internet only and am tired of them. Looking for a new internet provider in malvern now.
Very very poor customer service. You cannot contact the local office at all as calls are routed to an offsite call center. The call center advised me to go to the local office to discuss my internet issues. That means a communications provider has no means of communicating with its customers....unless you physically go there to speak in person. Wow.
They have gotten to the point they almost seem like a scam my internet was shut off three months ago and when I finally got any kind of final bill in it was a disconnect notice for hundreds of dollars. Apparently what they do now is if you stop paying it with the intention of it just shutting off they continue to charge you the full amount of your bill for months if you actually have internet or not. They do not inform you that this is their policy, and do nothing to help. I went to this office to get help with understanding what was happening but all the girl told me was to call customer service because the couldnt do anything in store other than take payment really. Then when you call customer service you have to act like you want to create a new account to actually speak with a rep who inevitably sends you to billing. When you are one the line with billing I have waited over an hour without having anyone pick up and just end up hanging up in frustration at how completely terrible their customer service is and their inability to actually help there customers
So Suddenlink says I have 100mbit option to my address, nothing changes, they send technicians twice to see why, the first guy reported my area doesnt have it, headquarters doesnt believe him, so thats when they sent the second technician. Ive been trying to get a $120 technician fee off my statement for two weeks now. These customer support people each tell me their manager will call me back in 3 days. Nobody calls, but the one manager I did talk to said hed have to call me back the next day. Been waiting, nothing for days.

Do not ever go through this company bc you will get the run around and no help. Dumbest company ever and local office only open when they want which is never always an excuse to be closed. Do not Do not use them they lie, cheat and steal and lie some more. I wish I could give below a Zero. Cant ever talk to someone that can help either, company isnt a company their a joke. The people who work in the Malvern office are very nice, but if you need help with technical problems you will have to wait for a technician to go out to your residence. If you use the phone for technical help good luck. The phone (automated) service SUCKS. It takes you through a series of worthless questions and good luck in getting a living person on the line.
I moved and terminated my Suddenlink service with a 3 week notice to the company of what day I requested service to be turned off. They did this.When I DROVE an extra 45 miles round trip to turn un my equipment, to save a $50 bill due to Suddenlink if THEY came by old address to retrieve.On a Monday, when I arrived to location for ewuipment dropoff, the office was closed. A note on door read, this office only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays ...okay, came BACK to office on a Tuesday. They were open, equipment returned, credit issued to my final bill and issue resolved.Until I received a bill for $600 for non-return of equipment, PLUSanother month of service that I had to pay in advance EVERY month. i called the number on the bill and spike with a man who told me ro read the numbers of equipment to him from receipt.That his records did not show a return from me. And that the person who took back the equipment didnt credit my account, that I should take receipt BACK to that location so she can fix the situation. He then hung up the phone.When I called back the number, PLUSevery other number I could find, the auto response recording would match MY phone number with the one on file.then ask me if I wanted to oay by debit, credit etc....This is as far as I ever can get and they have turned my file, paid in full, over to Sunrise Credit, a bill collector who called me.I must write and mail certified, a letter disputing this attempted collection.And I will.Because we all (most of us?) know that a credit score has WAY too much power over the quality of life and decisions IN LIFE.1 star.Unconcerned staff, rules can and do change depending what kind of day the person on other end of the phone with you is having...Never was issued new equipment. Never. The equipment provided needed cleaning due to something unidentifiedand sticky? Requested new ewuipmentbut was denied.Tech charged me for a cable I already had.Suddenlink was my only avenue of being able to have cable in my location.

I left Suddenlink because or the horrible customer service. Now I am trying to reconnect cable service and I’m getting the run around. Why on earth would I schedule to connect my service and you come the day before and then cancel my day because the technician wanted to take Wednesday off? That has nothing to do with the customer. Suddenlink needs to get their act together, it’s ridiculous, then when I call in to fix the situation I get hung up on twice! Twice not once but twice! I didn’t get out of line just trying to get the day that I was scheduled, no one called and cancelled my appointment it was done all without my knowledge. I had nothing to do with my appointment changing. I’m beyond irritated at this point. Shame on Suddenlink!
All of a sudden my bill was doubled Ive called 4 times in the last 3 weeks to get to the bottom of it, after 1hr hold each time to get a representative I still got no answers. They didnt know why it was high and supposedly submitted a case to be called back but i never received a call back. Every representative hung up on me, and Im fed up.. Dont get service thru them! I cant get no help so Im gonna have to just cancel my services I guess!
Very pleased with our internet service so far over the last 6 months. The Malvern Suddenlink office has a very helpful staff who will answer any questions that you may have.
When is this store location ever open? Ive driven past it everyday and its always closed.

This is the worst cable company i have ever had,Wi-Fi goes out on a daily basis. I have had nothing but problems.From day one I have asked for them to fix the problem,but nobody seems to know how to fix it.I ask them that there is a problem and they tell me its going to cost me to send someone out to look at it.Need to go back to Direct T.V. Sudden link does not deserve a 2.1,they should be at 0.BUT! I cant post without giving them a star.Funny how they will charge you a $10 dollar late fee, but nothing for the hours upon days without a working system.
Worst customer service and rude and unhelpful reps. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are thinking about getting their service I would steer clear. I have been a customer for 10 years but never again!

Id rather give 0 stars since yall switched to digital the service sucks weve had every single cable replaced . i canceled my internet because it never got fixed. Ive been battling trying to get my cable working properly and tonight was the breaking point when i spent over 30 min on the phone was told the technician couldnt connect to my box and it would be over a week and half before a tech could come out. Then i asked to speak with someone else i was transferred ti the retention dept to talk about canceling all this guy wanted to do was talk a bunch of gibberish and dovthe same thing the other guy had already done. I asked to talk to a manager and much to my surprise mysteriously he wasnt able to get me one. I finally got mad enough that i hung up. Im very very frustrated suddenlink if this how you treat customers that have stayed with yoy reguardless of a better deal bc we are dedicated shame on you!
To dam experience there is no way your bill goes up $30_40 a month go back and look I have paid $200 a month for cable I keep saying Im going to quiet its not worth it theres 64 channels I dont even watch can u not just take them off the first month I will be gone no more business with them
