Hi was very happy just got my first smart phone iPhone a Christmas gift bought from this store and I just switched from. Flip phone was given from my late husband, Ricky at the store was very helpful setting up my voice mail and do facetime with grand kids and also to speaking text . Wow it was scary first. I am learning now

I had got a new iPhone from this store few months ago and was having problems with my previous carrier where I was paying $102 a month for a very low usage, they sold me a plan of $100 for 2000 minutes for a year . Great for me with the same phone I had purchased from then in March . I am shocked why I was paying so much before to Verizon wireless before

We were recommended and when to this shop to buy an new iPhone with new service since our old iPhone was was repaired by some on on central ave in Yonkers and since then it hasnt been working .So the store owner nice guy recommended see if they can fix the phone problem first before us buying the new phone .its been a month we went to store to make second month payment and I wanted to thank the guys for what they have done for us retired people was far appreciated

Just went here to get iPhone screen fixed. Guy told me it would take 20 min to fix for $95, but that repair guy was at lunch. He told me to come back in about 20 min. I wait 45 min. Went back in and the repair guy was eating lunch in the back. The guy then told me it would take about an hour because he didn’t want to disrupt his lunch. Still wanted to charge $95. When I asked if that was the quickest he could do it, since I just already waited 45 min, he told me to go somewhere else! So absolutely rude! And in front of other customers. I didn’t even raise my voice and was talking to the other customers when he went into the back. Unbelievable!

I was just there got my iPhone repaired firstly it was very inexpensive and secondly I went to place I originally bought they refused to touch it since I had replaced the broken screen on it once. They made it seamless and I was in and out with working phone with in 35 minutes.My God i was impressed of there expertises

Wow I am impressed they these people work there were 4 people waiting to get help and there were 2 people behind the counter helping every one they acknowledged me and said hello and asked me wait will be right with me. I explained that I have a broken phone and I was catching a flight at 4 pm today with family vacation . It was short time for repairs they gave me a loaner phone and said not to miss the flight and they didn’t wanna do a rush job and fix the phone ! That is good business. I was told that I can pickup my phone after my trip ! JUST WOW

What an amazing time getting my new services switched to them from virgin mobile .I had called them that if they have any plans and phones for people with my age and hardly any usage, not that they got me simple plan and got me new iPhone and help me setup.was very good customer service from these two young guys.

We had excellent service from these people at wireless concepts switching from sprint I was pay $119 am month for 8 gigs, now I am gonna pay flat $50 on an unlimited plan, I was told by someone at my work that I was paying too much with Sprint from last 11 years . I never believed this plan ever existed

Have been going there for 9 years now. I not only do tons of business with them but I bring friends and employees there. The staff knows their stuff and they are not afraid to tell you what they think of a phone carrier or any particular phone. I always end up getting what they recommend and I am very happy with it. HORRIBLE, THIEF, NEVER AGAINI wanted to change the battery of my iPhone, they asked me for twice what the apple store is charging. When I told them they finally accepted to charge me for the same price than the apple store.two month later, my phone started to have occasional weird reboot, they became more and more frequent and then the screen of my iPhone start popping out of the phone. I thought it was broken and decided to change it by myself, this is when I open the phone that I realized that they had put a cheap battery and not an original one and that the battery was inflating (which was causing the screen to pop out and all my reboot issues).Of course I went back to absolute wireless concepts to ask for a replacement, and they refused so I had to buy a new battery online and change it by myself.In conclusion: NEVER, NEVER trust them or buy anything from this store, do not give your phone to repair, they would change the original pieces by poor quality ones!!

Wow I was shaken up when John worked on my phone not even he fixed it where apple had refused to fix it and other places . Also he switched my att services where my bills was $128 a month just my phone unlimited now I am with boost Mobile for $ 63 a month including taxes and hotspot. I will say I am happy to save money just WOW

Hi I think I was very happy with the warm environment in that store.Sales person were very helpful when I took my father there to get an old style flip phone which we were looking for him who is 82 years old .he was very happy to get the phone he wanted to get.

We were recommended by our neighbors who has been going there for years, as I mentioned I went to sprint store and telling about my phone problems which they didn’t wanna here about my battery dying in 45 minutes He mention that I should go to wirelessconcepts in makati eco and the repair man John is excellent He replaces this battery and a some cable and my phone is as good as new . Let me tell you these people are awesome

My son broke his iphone- which in his world, is an emergency! Ha, well, we are lucky that Wireless Concepts was open and ready to help us. Alex their technician, has a wonderful smile and attitude. He fixed my sons phone in a little over one hour. Richie was very helpful in selecting a better case for his phone and helped me with updating my phones software. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of an emergency iphone repair!

Wow just wow I was at apple store had broken my iPhone screen and was not powering up and apple suggested to buy new phone and we came to Wconceps here in mamaroneck I was told by someone while ago to come here for repairs for iPhone.So there technician looked at the iPhone and mentioned they can fixed in 40 minutes and sure enough we went to grab coffee and back in 40 and sure enough had my phone was all ready with all my stuff .I was amazed and blown away

I visited few stores in and around my areas. I was very impressed with the way the Wireless Concepts is setup.The Place ia very nice and pleasing. The staff is vry courteous and answered the queries well and demonstrated good understanding about the product.The rates at this store is definitely lower than the other stores, After the billing the staff opened a sealed pack and showed all the accessories and explained the basic functionality of the phone. The store also has a service center and all other accessories available at better price.Our experience at Wireless Concepts was enjoyable and ill highly recommend this store to my friends.
