Cameron was so fantastic. I have already recommended someone go to this store and see him, because of how helpful and attentive he was. He acknowledged people waiting and assured us he would be with us soon. He gave his full attention to each customer he served without making anyone feel ignored. Everyone seemed happy with his help, including me. I was there for a while because I had to call Verizon for a port number and was able to observe him work for quite a while since I was stuck on hold forever. Thank you!

Was informed that I could upgrade my phone from an iPhone 8 to 11 for free. It took 3 separate trips as internet connectivity and a system issue made the store owner unable to complete the trade in. Trade in finally happened but there was an issue with the SIM card less than 24 hours later. I went back to this store at noon on a Friday (hours are 11 AM - 7 PM) and the store was not open. I came back an hour later and it still was not open (1PM on a Friday). Went to a store in Larchmont and the issue was fixed quickly. Will steer clear in the future.Update: Atul, the store representative informed me that he was not there on that Friday because he was going to UPS to ship our phone transfers. He also stated that he informed me to switch the SIM card myself, however I did not have any other SIM card as he had kept the other one when I transferred. I would have discussed this with him but, as I mentioned, the store was not open when I went in the past. Upping my review to 2 stars based on Atuls follow-up.

Needed help with a newiPhone that I had bought from Apple directly. Went in and was assisted without issue and promptly. Would go back if I needed anything from an AT&T store in a heartbeat

I went to this store to get my phone setup in January of 2017. The guy who worked on my phone didn’t know what he was doing. He charged me $55 and messed up my phone. I would never go back here. It wasn’t until I went to a mall kiosk that my phone was fixed for free. The guy in this store put in the wrong SIM card.

Francis Aquino has been the best customer service and sales person that I have ever seen. I switched from metro to AT&T because I was in a family bind, and Francis has made me feel like I was a part of her family. 5/5 stars, all the way! Not only did she make me feel comfortable and explain all the available options, but she also created a warm welcoming atmosphere with a positive attitude! All AT&T stores should follow her example.

I have been going to this store for about two years now since I switch to Att from Verizon. The service is amazing and they always find ways to help customers. Loved my experience at the AT&T store! Danny, who I found out is the owner, helped me and was amazing. I am a currently on a Verizon plan looking to switch, so I had a lot of questions. Went to upgrade to the new IPhone XS Max, got buy one get one 700$ off, great deal if you ask me. Mohammad was very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to get the stuff from my old phone to the new one. He also saved me 50$ a month for my monthly plan and really helped me out understand my plan and features and the deals att offers. I also got sign on for Direct tv and they offer Sunday tickets every Sunday and every live game which is great. Thank you for your help, we will be recommending this store to our friends.

Scammers. My phone was not working and I was convinced to buy a new sim card for 40$. Went home and still the phone did not work. Went back to ask for my money back. The guy adviced me to buy a new phone...as I protested that I just spent 40$ on his first advice and did not solve nothing he suggested that I buy a cheap Motorola. Would give zero stars if I could.

THIEVES AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Like the other reviews say, these people are thieves and Scammers. There are numerous negative reviews for a reason. Even though it says it on the outside, be clear that this is an AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER. The average person does not know what this means. Essentially, it means that they are not associated with AT&T in any way other than the fact that they sell their phones. What does this mean? That they can makeup their own rules which at times go directly against corporate policy. This inherently would not be bad, but the conflict is that they still advertise the great policies of corporate AT&T throughout the store. BAIT AND SWITCH.Long story short, a friend of mine overpaid 160 for a 30 dollar brand new phone. When she went to return it the next day, she was told that they do not take returns on full priced phones. When she pointed to several of the signs that indicated the 14 day return policy of AT&T, she was simply told that this doesnt apply. They were of no help. When I contacted the corporate office of AT&T, they were saddened to hear that a seller of their products would not take a return, as they had never heard of anything like that before. They also sadly informed me that because the place on Mamaroneck Avenue is an AUTHORIZED RETAILER, they can unfortunately make up their own rules as they go along and that there was nothing AT&T could officially do. Please do not fall for the same trap. Either make the trek to the AT&T store in New Rochelle or find a corporate location. I myself an a small business owner and realize the importance of customer satisfaction. Hopefully they either change their business practices or shut down before other people are taken advantage of. Extremely rude and impatient customer service.

Horrible experience with a female employee this afternoon at 2. Didnt stay long enough to catch her name due to her very demeaning attitude and unprofessional way of communicating. Ive had a contract for over 10 years and can say that I will not be bringing my business back to this particular location. I hope management sees this and corrects this employees attitude.

Went to this ATT Think store to get a pair of headphones and got a great deal and ended up switching from TMobile. The ATT coverage is great and the customer service is excellent. Danny and Kevin are the best. Thank you guys for all your help.

Really bad experience. They are smooth talkers but they aren’t honest. I know I’m stupid but I agreed to turn in my 2 fully paid iPhones and in exchange I had to pay $900 up front and $30/ month for 30 months for a new phone. They are so smooth talking that I agreed and only realized after how I had been scammed. When I tried to talk to Kevin the owner, he told me to call att and to never return to his store. Really very bad.Plus they said if I wrote a good google review, they’d give me a discount so of course I did. All of these good reviews were given because of discounts -scammers.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a new phone, no one called to tell me it had come in. Tracked it online myself and returned to pick it up. As I walked in, two staff members told me they were closing early - because of bad weather (it was raining), and because the system is down. I didnt believe either excuse. Came back several days later. Was handed my phone and asked if I wanted a shopping bag. I said I wanted help migrating my data from old phone to the new phone and was told I would have to wait a long time, the store has only one computer and two people were already waiting ahead of me. No apology, no acknowledgment as to the poor service. Really awful experience dealing with the staff of this store.

The owner of this store is really something else. I tried to activate my brand new iPhone. He wanted to charge me $39.99 for activation and $29.99 to transfer the content of my old phone. I was taken back because in a phone conversation with customer services at att they told me it was for free. But I wanted to finally use my fathers days gift. So I accepted the activation fee, but not the content transfer. He asked me to also leave my old phone, and come back in a half an hour. He couldnt pull it off. Unfortunately, for me, he used the SIM card from my old telephone-later I was told that that was disastrous. Long story short, I left the store without my new phone activated and, guess what, my old phone was not working!!!. He had messed up its SIM card. When I confronted him about it he said, I dont know if it was or it wasnt working, you have to call ATT. After telling him that he was offering awful services, I left.I spent about an hour on the phone with a very helpful representative from ATT who tried to undo the damage but couldnt solve the mess already done at the Think ATT Store.I was directed, by ATT, to a New Rochelle store. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!after 5 minutes and $5 plus tax, my new iphone is activated.Shame on you Think ATT!
