These folks replaced the windshield on our 2021 Toyota Highlander. They are part of a Windshield Warranty approved supplier list which our dealer provided at the time of sale. We contacted them regarding the crack in our windshield. They sourced a brand new OEM windshield and we dropped off our vehicle. They were done in the time specified and the work was flawless. Being a new car, we were worried about damage to the vehicle from the install but they definitely know what they are doing. Professional attitude, follow up communications and courteous in person. I used TJs Glass to replace a front windshield on my truck. They were quick and kind. The next day the glass developed a stress crack. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day. One guy was walking around without shoes in the lobby, he kept cutting me off to talk on the phone, and he kept getting mad at people over the phone and it made not just me, but another customer uncomfortable. as for service, it was fine.

I had been in touch with TJ for a week about getting a windshield replacement. He offered me the best price in the area and I told him I would be going in the following Monday to get the work done. I called him the morning of to make sure they were available he told me to bring it in and they would take care of me. Little did I know it would take them 2 hours to do the job when on average most companies can get it done in 1 hour. Not just the wait, but the entire time I am in the waiting area, their staff was in the back room arguing and yelling at each other, cursing and being very vocal. Very unprofessional environment.

I was referred to TJs Auto Glass by a coworker, but I did my research first. I dont believe Ive ever come across a business before that had exclusively 5 Star reviews on Google, but I can tell you that the 5 Star rating is well deserved. From the moment I filled out the initial estimate request on their website until the technician left my house, I was blown away by the friendliness, customer service, professionalism, and communication. These guys are the real deal, and their price was less than half of Safelite for a replacement windshield. I would recommend them without reservation, and should the need arise again in the future, Ill be contacting TJs and nobody else. Job well done!

I went to have my back glass replaced because I thought it was the source of my water leak. They did an inspection and found out that wasn’t the source, but from somewhere else. My new go-to business for any auto glass replacement! Their prices are excellent, and the staff is super friendly. When I called to have my windshield replaced for my 2012 GMC Acadia, with Heads Up Display, they were able to come out to my home the next day. Unfortunately, a stress crack occurred a couple of days after installation, but TJ was able to find and replace the windshield within a week. If you want quality work, great prices, a lifetime warranty, and a family business that actually cares, I highly recommend TJ Auto Glass!

They were quick and thorough replacing my cracked shield except they left the wipers at rest setting adjusted so they were middle of the windshield.

The owner manager did not take responsibility for his actions in replacement of a default windshield ... I put no pressure on my car windshield and he’s saying he’s not paying for a replacement after showing him that the glass is less thick on one side of the glass(driver side) he said it was myfault and sent me on my way... horrible customer service then preceded to say he would contact his lawyer

Told me to come in to the shop and the car would be done within an hour. The installation was prompt and done in a professional manner. Thry also charge some of the most reasonable prices for windshield repairs in the area. Highly recommended.

Used TJ to replace the windshield on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. I cannot recommend them highly enough –and that is not a statement I make lightly. It was a challenging repair and they did it for a very reasonable price, with great workmanship. If you have any auto glass needs this is who you should call-I certainly well if I have a need in the future.

Got a new windshield this morning. After calling 3-4 other companies, Im glad I came across TJ Autoglass. Their pricing was 30-50% lower than the bigger name companies and/or dealerships. Service was good. Within ninety minutes, I had my car back. Would highly recommend and go to in the future!

I needed a full windshield replacement. TJ Auto Glass prices were less than my insurance deductible so they are very reasonably priced. They were able to come out the next day and replace it. The technicians came later in the day than originally scheduled but they called first to make sure that was okay. The work was done very quickly and they left everything just the way they found it. Great work!

Tl;dr They are a fantastic option and the results will speak for themselves. Very kind and laid back environment at the store and their prices are much better than ALL of their competitors, bar none.I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I feel I must give my thoughts because I was so blown away by my experience.Wow, I am impressed. I needed a new back glass for my car so I could tint after the dealership screwed me, and after much individual research I thought I would end up paying a fortune to get a new one. They didn’t have an online instant quote like other places but called me the day after I filled out a form on the website and their quote was almost $100 cheaper than the competition as long as I brought it into the shop (if you call they will surely give you a quote on the spot). I will admit, I was very reluctant because the price was so cheap I was sure there had to be a catch, but there wasn’t!TJ and the lady working were both courteous and respectful, as was the gentleman who did the work. I asked the lady if the windshield was OEM and she told me I’m only playing for a Mazda logo on the glass, nothing more.... They really don’t try to nickel and dime you like other places (looking at you, SafeLite... $400!!). Also, they didn’t have any vehicles in front of me and they told me it would take an hour but they finished in around 15-20 minutes! Now that is spectacular customer service 101: Under promise and over deliver.I guarantee if I or anyone I know EVER need a glass replacement, I will make the 35 minute drive to come here again. If anyone from the shop sees this, please keep doing exactly what you’re doing because you are clearly head and shoulders above the competition.
