I waited a long time in line, half the ice cream flavors were gone, and their smoothie machine was broken. Most likely just that location, but it wasnt a good experience.

Its called 3 Strikes and your Out! Couldnt try anything because they were out of all three of my selections. Signage informs of a Iced Match Blueberry Latte- They are out of Bluberries...Stike 1Asked for the Strawberry Mango Smoothie- They are out of Bananas- Strike 2Asked for a 2 scoop sundae with Caramel- They are out of Caramel- Strike 3! Bye Bye

This place is clean and in a decent location. However their ice cream menu is not consistent. The new Baskin Robins near I-66 is a better option.

They didnt have what I wanted even though it was available on their website. It is an ice cream float. It is not difficult to pour soda in a cup and add a scoop of ice cream. Especially when you advertise that you have it.

I always get a Vanilla shake when I go to this place. The service is great and the shake is even better. Great customer experience here.

I went there today and it was horrible. Most of the ice cream was almost empty with ice forming on it. I asked to try a flavor and it tasted like freezer burn. I asked for a cake cone of ice cream but a new one and she said they had no more of that flavor. My husband asked for a scoop of a different flavor and she said that she might be able to scrape out a kid size if he wanted it. Then she said that they had no ice cream in the back and what they had was all they had. She also informed us that she would be serving just these buckets until a new shipment came on Thursday, today is Saturday. I will not return.

I love Baskin Robbins but I will not return to this particular location@a due to the fact that I had them to remake my milkshake. Both milkshakes it was as thin as water and taste like flavored milk.

Love this ice cream place. Everyone knows Baskin-Robbins has the most flavors in town.

Disappointing. The ice cream had no flavor and the store did not carry many of the items they needed in order to make their specialty items. I should have gone to cold stone instead. I guess BR isnt what it used to be.
