Tried the Banana Split, excellent taste and they didnt hold back on the quantity. Combined with the reasonable price, this is a very good place for Ice Cream. They also serve other Mexican snacks snacks/savories such as Mangonada, Tostilocos, etc. They took their time to make the dishes right and were friendly throughout, even though it was near their closing time when we walked in.

The girl was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me for no reason. She kept asking if thats all after anything I said... we had only ordered 2 things and it was very obvious that the 5 of us were going to order. I spoke one word of English and she acted like it was the end of the world. She was like que dices muchacha. Definitely need someone who is bilingual to avoid misunderstandings.

Our new favorite ice cream in the area. Reminds of gelato. Really delicious and unique flavors. Our favorite is strawberries and cream, and tres leches. The caramel is super yummy but filling.

This is the place for fresh fruit ice cream. Fast and good service. You will love all the flavors, they also have some alcohol flavors for the older crowd.

Honestly, Ive had better. Yes, they have many options and it may work for you. But the ice cream it self tasted like it had been there for some time. Maybe it was just my luck, maybe not. Give it a chance perhaps itll work for you. My sister did like the one of the flavors she got.

The pictures online look nothing like when you arrive. The ice cream was half melted while in the frozen container, there where no names on the ice cream and they dont speak that much English. It looked like an empty room with ice cream containers. Customer service sucked.

So good! We got lemon and tres leches ice creams and both were delicious. The first was like a sorbet, and the latter an incredibly creamy ice cream. Also got a selection of paletas. The caramel and pistachio were sooo good! I didnt like the ones with fruit pieces as much because frozen fruit chunks get too icy and hard for my liking in a popsicle. But they were so pretty I had to try a couple. Definitely going back. The store was also very clean.

This place is a bit different from the one in Woodbridge. For the mangonadas, this place only served it in a large cup and I wanted a small since I usually get it in Woodbridge but they didnt give me a choice. They spoke Spanish even though I spoke English which they should know not everyone speaks Spanish. Also, there was a baby carrier in plain sight of the customers view and honestly Im not sure if a baby was in it or if the baby was even in the back of the store which would definitely violate the business practices. Gloves are not used when scooping out items from the containers or handing the customers food items and that is so disgusting. During this COVID19, every business needs to be sanitary and clean especially since the ladies are handling cash as well as not washing their hands or wearing gloves to serve customers. Please train the workers properly so they will not be reported to the health department. Thank you.

Love this place! The Manassas location is newer and initially, some of the items werent as good as the Woodbridge location. However, Ive now been to this location a few times now and things are definitely improving so they still get 5 stars from me.If you dont know about La Neveria Michoacana then youre definitely missing out. The mangonadas, esquites and the many flavors of popsicles they offer are AMAZING and in my opinion some of the best in the area. This location is cute and clean, the items are delicious and the staff is always friendly.

They have a new location next to my house. If you’re tired of the same flavor ice cream this will be your spot. So many exotic flavors!, one visit is not enough.

Weve been looking for a Plaetas place forever and were so happy to find this! My wife went 3 times in the first week after we found it. The Oreos popsicles have 4 whole Oreos inside, and my wife loves the Neopolitan. Frozen banana was also great - pick your own toppings after a fresh layer of chocolate. Well definitely be back to continue exploring

The place is very good, the snow is very good, the duritos (chicharrones) with delicious cinnamon, it feels like Im in Mexico, the service is very good the times Ive been there are at noon and the girls are very friendly, just one detail I asked for a snow in cone and the cone brings a paper wrapped for cold I imagine, detail that paper was glued with silicon in the cone, I do not know if it came out like this or everyone comes like this, the cone is supposed to be edible, if they are all like that you have to be careful with children to prevent a child from eating the Silicon, everything else is fine

I love snow and corn in glass.kind attention. The only problem is that in July I went to buy what I like and the customers in the line took off their cigars and talked about whether to consume product from the ice cream store and that made me a bit disgusted, I would like the owner of the premises to demand that while they are in the flight, keep your distance and do not remove the cover inside the establishment, especially in a row.
