Firstly, fantastic staff sales and service. Never have I entered a bike shop where they’re not trying to upscale you, but honestly help you. I’m impressed by the honestly and genuine proper service I’ve received numerous times in both the service and sales department.

Very helpful crew in sells department but not so much with service department. I replaced a tire on my ZX14r there, the person that replace the tire didn’t clean the new tire before putting it on the bike. I am glad I figured it out quickly otherwise I would have a stupid accident. Very scary. I spent about 30 minutes to clean the tire with dish soup, sandpaper and break cleaner. I believe when he removed a tag/tape from the new tire, he did not clean the left from the tire. Hope someone hear my voice as it was a scary situation with the tire.I also was not happy with the service writer, Mark Sluck. I was charged for the safety inspection while normally They don’t charge me for it as I purchased the bike from them. He told me I was not going to be charge for that but when I looked at the bill at home, I noticed he did charge me. I am happy at least he did not drop my bike, he barely could move it.

About three weeks ago I had a dissatisfied experience with Kawasaki Motomember Manassas regarding a service that I had done. I was asked to give them an opportunity to turn my experience around and they did just that. The service was completed and my motorcycle seems to be running just fine but time will tell. I appreciate all the extra effort Victor went through in fixing the situation and am happy I can leave a more positive review.

Came in kinda hard looking and instantly loved the place. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Let me check a wide variety of bikes to find the one that fit best. Good stock of new and used bikes. Once we got everything wrapped up the paperwork and delivery of the motorcycle happened same day. Danny was amazing through the whole process. Will be the place for any further purchases for sure.

I wanted to give a shout out to Victor and the whole service department! These guys really care about your machine’s. Any dealer can sell you a machine but not all can continue to care and maintain it so you get the best out of your investment and that’s just what these guys do! Awesome experience!!!! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time stepping into the bike world and my salesman Anthony was patient enough to walk me through the entire process! The deal I was given was good enough to drive 5hrs round trip 3 states away. My local bike shop told me they couldnt even come close to what I received! I will definitely do business here again and customer service like this is not so common anymore!

I went with my neighbor to help him pick up a dirt bike for his son that they purchased new from MotoMember. They were very happy with the service they received and the deal that they got. I expected it to take an hour or more to go through the process but I was pleasantly surprised when it took about 10 minutes to finish everything. 2/11/20 over price motorcycles. Decent customer service. Asked for a test drive and they made a huge deal about the weather... I get it but dont treat someone like we dont know what were doing. They didnt even ask if I had a M endorsement. Plus Im not getting another motorcycle just to have sitting around. Us riders drive in all conditions. Not spending my money here. Just an honest opinion.

Drove from mass. Worth the trip. Danny was easy to talk to and got me all the answers or found them out. Best price on east coast, and I looked. Josh in service was super helpful and I bought foot pegs that needed adjustment. All the service guys were helpful. I’ll pick bike up tomorrow and will update this tomoroWell here is the update. Simple and easy pick up. The guys helped me tie down bike and I was on my way.Might have to get pegs adjusted as they are uneven I’m sure if I lived closer that would take Carr of itAl in all I would def. do it again

Since they are under new management, this place is much better.They dont pressure you to buy anything, they dont try to get you on a bike or the cliche lets fill out an application nonsense when youre just browsing. Just friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to sell you a bike if you say youre interested to buy one.

Store looks better than years ago but parts people are plain lost. Anyone can look up a part by a part #. A simple FCR carb has universal jets but they were confused upon asking for one. Come on guys. Im better off ordering online where I can easily navigate and find what I want. I love brick and mortar but if the customer is better at your job than you are, why bother stopping in unless to buy a new ride. 3 stars for at least being nice.

Had a fantastic experience at this shop. Atmosphere was friendly and laid back, but any time I had a question or needed input on something, their team was knowledgeable and professional.My experience started out over the phone with Danny from Sales. I told him I was a new rider and looking for my first bike and had done some research, but would really like to come talk to someone who knew more. He told me to come on in, and a couple hours later thats what I did!After walking me around and asking some questions about what I was looking for, we landed on the Ninja 400 (Spoiler alert, I walked out with the keys). I got to sit on the bike, rock it around a bit and make sure it wasnt too high for me, a big consideration considering Im a shorter rider at 54.Danny began getting the paperwork ready, and while I was waiting on that he directed me over to Jason in parts. Jason helped me get sized for a helmet, helped me narrow down what kind of helmet I may want to get into next after I outgrow the hand-me-down I have, and also got all the mods for the bike prepped and ready for service to install (Got a slip-on exhaust, fender eliminator, and frame sliders).Once Danny was done getting everything prepped I was sat down with Danielle who helped me through getting all the financing and insurance BS out of the way. She was very knowledgeable and made it easy to understand the different options; weighing the pros and cons in a way that I always felt had my best interests in mind.Once I signed on the bottom line I was handed a bag with my paperwork and spare key, and scheduled for the bike to be delivered the next day. As Im typing this, the delivery should be in an hour or so, so I will post back with some photos once I have it!All in all, a fantastic experience. Cant wait to work with them some more in the future for all my two-wheeling needs. Special shoutout to Danny, Jason and Danielle for making my first-time bike buying experience quick and easy!

This is a model on how a dealership should be! Bobby was excellent!Short Description:Positive:+ Friendly and respectable service and sales staff.+ Gave me a VERY reasonable price on a new Suzuki M109R (Ive been tracking the market for 9 months).+ Gave me a reasonable value on my trade-in. They did not low ball me.+ Also purchased new gloves/helmet. Sales staff very knowledgeable on helmet....and helped find the correct helmet for my head shape.+ Worked with me when I found my trade-in title ruined due to water damage.+ Purchasing a new bike from MotoMember provides additional perks and discounts on future labor, parts, etc.Negative (extremely minor):- Provided the incorrect passenger seat addition for the bike. This is being extremely picky. They will provide the correct seat next time I ride by.Long Story:I went to another Suzuki dealership located in or around Woodbridge. My first experience at the Woodbridge dealership was horrible (long wait times, low ball values, high prices....). I decided to give them other another try a year later; but unfortunately...I had the same experience and the two bikes I was interested in got sold as I waited 2 hours for a quote.This made me consider MotorMember Manasssas for a factory recall on a battery issue. The service department was very respectable and realistic. Great experience.As I was walking into the equipment area...I decided to look at new bikes. The sales staff was NOT pushy at all. They just asked if I was doing OK.I mentioned what I was kind of in the market for a M109R; by this time of year, that model have been sold out every where. Bobby asked if I could wait one minute....He came back and mentioned that he had one in stock at his warehouse. Obviously, it peeked my interest. Bobby gave me an EXCELLENT quote. After a short conversation, he politely asked if he could take my bike for a ride so he could give me an accurate trade-in quote. Within about 5-10 minutes, he provided me a great quote based on NADA. There was no car dealership tactics. He even went to the warehouse that evening to bring the bike to the storefront.On sale day...the process was relatively quick. Bobby was in communication early in the day and provided a good time frame. He worked with me for a title transfer...since I found my title destroyed.Overall.....with all the positives mentioned above...MotorMember Manassas has won my future patronage and/or consideration for future purchases. I highly recommend that you give them a chance for your business.

2 days to swap a tube in a flat tire for half hour of labor charge lol. Was assured by the service dept it would be complete same day- It wasnt- and lost a day of riding. OK its busy season but do not overpromise and underdeliver.

I went to try and get a atv ordered for me and he have me the exact price but after there 1200 in fees it was to much but he said he would price match any dealer so I went to a different dealer and they said they would sell for MSRP so I won’t back and told him to price match it and then he said he can’t give me any prices until he has the atv at his store after he already gave me a ride exact price so I called him out on it and he cussed me out. So I will never go back there again and later that day I got the same atv with more options for 1000 cheaper from a honest dealer.

We went there to buy my son a birthday gift and the owner started discriminating us because we were Hispanics we took a trailer so we could buy and take and he started cussing us out because we didn’t know where to park and we were going to ask and he cussed us out then we left and didn’t buy anything because service is key and when other people came he suddenly started being all nice. As the owner he should be the one giving good service. And I’m the one who was going to get the gift and i talked to him and I wanted to talk to him privately because of the bad service but he started yelling at me saying “wassup bro, what you tryna get started, wassup with you bro wassup” so we will not be going there again and definitely will be going somewhere else. I hope you guys have different experiences than what we did but that is simply sad the way he treats humans that are different than him. Also I am 14 he should not be talking to minors like that. Also am employee started talking to him to calm down and that’s just sad. If you are feeling bad enough to start discriminating a buyer don’t work take a break.in the eyes of god we are all the same and no one is more or less than anyone. I call Manassas Honda for a price on an oil change on my 2018 Honda Gold Wing DCT. Dan said it would be around $74. I said do I need an appointment I live 57 miles away. He said no, first come first serve on Saturday morning, be here at 9. At 8:45 am I was 4th in line. They took my bike in about 9:30 and at 10 came out with an estimate. They said they recommended a new front tire, which I did. When I looked at the estimate I noticed the price of the oil change was over $200. I think it was $212. When I said I was quoted $74 I was told, oh they used the wrong labor rate and they would fix it. Mark Sluck was the service writer. The estimate for tire was for an Dunlop American Elite. I said I want a Dunlop Elite 4. They came back and told me the Dunlop American Elite was the same as the Elite 4. That is incorrect. It is not the same as an Elite 4. My complaints about the price fell upon deaf ears and I was charge $196.61 for my oil change! Parts $66.08, shop supplies $7.14, labor $119.00 and tax $4.39. Two and a half hours I left feeling I had really been taken advantage of and I will never go back to Manassas Honda again. Beware and check your prices, they will change!!

November 2, 2019 I went in to show them a jacket I bought along with the bike and the zippers that no longer function properly. Today, 11/5/2019 I picked up my replacement jacket they had shipped to the store for me. Cant say enough great things about the people in this business. FYI This is for the parts department and based on only one occasion. Im the first one to always try and give my business to my local dealership! Shopping tire prices and got a quote from parts along with other retailers. Called them back to discuss pricing to again give them my business and before I could tell them what the prices were I found elsewhere are, I was told no that their tire prices are what they are. Ill support them as much as possible but I cant justify paying them $95.73 more for a set of tires. Otherwise this is a great dealership.

I have been buying bikes and having them serviced at Manassas Honda Kawasaki Suzuki for over 12 years. While they have always had an excellent sales and service staff. a recent experience I had with them epitomizes just how wonderful a group they are. When I purchased a 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe, the salesman, Tom Wahl, and store manager, Scott Barber, went out of their way to ensure I got the best deal on the bike as well as the accessories getting put on the bike and delivered to me in a very short time. Being avid motorcyclists themselves, they were able to make the buying experience easy and pressure free. On the initial service at 600 miles one week later, the service team of Jim Savage and Mike Catlin, promptly got the bike in the shop and explained everything they would be checking. As luck would have it, my bike had a very unusual factory defect causing a small oil leak. Unfortunately, Mike was not going to be able to make repairs that day as the part they needed had to be ordered. Tom and Scott checked on how the service was going, and when they realized the problem came to the rescue. They arranged for me to take one of their previously owned bikes home until my bike was ready. I have been riding for over 40 years and have experienced many different motorcycle establishments. The sales and service here are the best! The friendly atmosphere, relaxed conversations, tremendous service, and overall warmth is something you just dont find anymore. If you are in the market for a new bike, or looking to have yours serviced, I cant think of any better shop to go to.

Like everyone else says - this place is awesome.I purchased a CTX1300 from them a few days ago, and their customer service was great. The sales process was really easy, they were very polite, and their prices were fair. It was refreshing to not have the dealer over-price something just to force the customer to have to make the realistic offer around what the bike actually costs. The owner pulled out NADA, said this is what the bike is worth, and I am selling it for XXX amount. I really appreciated them being so up-front.I havent used their service department, so I cant comment on that.I would definitely buy from here again!

My experience here was incredible from the time I walked in to seeing my new bike in the driveway. I drove from an hour away just to do business at this location due to the wide selection of bikes. They told me everything I needed to know about the type of bike I was interested in and had exactly what I was looking for. Danny was the agent I had helping me and he stayed in touch with me everyday untill my bike was ready to come home. The gear was great the service was great from the showroom floor all the way to finance department they did whatever they had to do to meet my needs. I came in today with an emergency, my shifter lever had falling off while out on a long ride. All of my tools were hours away but Matt was not only familiar with my bike and the issue but fixed it right on the spot. They do not update their own website, so dont trust it. When I drove in to look at the machines the site said they had four of, I was wandering around without assistance. I went inside to ask a salesman about them and had to wait for him to get off of his personal phone before he could assist me. Thats when he explained that they dont control their site and its never right....Next time Ill drive a little extra and visit a Honda Powerhouse dealer.

While he did give me options on bikes we could consider, once our decision was made he did not push to hard to up sell to a bigger bike. Extremely horrible service in regards to the service department. There sales team and accessories part has not been an issue, but there service department is terrible. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for service or repairs to look else where. There are very misleading in what they will provide. I made an appointment which they are several weeks behind, which due to the season is understandable. I called and inquired if they could check to see if my speakers were blown of if there was a wiring issue (which is what I believed to be the case) they told me that it would be no problem. I went ahead and bought a speaker and amp set just in case that it would be the problem that way they could fix this quickly so I could have a quicker turnaround. After the got my bike and started to work on it they said that the new amp that I bought was faulty. I questioned this decision and gave them the info that I didnt think that was the problem and to please check further. I bought another amp and after a week of sitting at the shop, because I was not priority on there list. I had to call them because they did give me any updates. Once I inquire on my bike they told me that the head unit was the problem and that I needed a new stereo. The frustrating part was that my bike was sitting for over a week and I paid for labor to fix an issue that was not a problem. I asked that they put my bike together so that I could take it elsewhere and they stated that it would take a couple of days to put my bike back in working order. If they would have inspected my bike and found the problem to begin with I would not be unhappy. I felt like I am paying for service that was not truly provided. I will not be going back there in the future. Customers beware of using them.Update: message from the owner 3 weeks ago stating that they would call me within a day or two to solve this matter. It has been 3 weeks and still have not been contacted. Extremely disappointing service.I have received a letter from an independent person starting that the product they installed was incorrect and was the reason in which my sound was not working properly. I will be contacting the manufacturers that they associate themselves with and put gel on record of misrepresenting their customers. I do not like telling people where to shop, but I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for motorcycle repair or device to look at someone who is more customer service oriented.

I purchased my new 2018 Suzuki M109R 2 weeks ago off the sales floor. Due to it being last year’s model Danielle gave me a great deal on it and even came in on her day off so I could buy it on a nice sunny day. She was even courteous enough to answer all my questions and even gave me a few minutes to call my credit union to see if they could give me a better interest rate. I am very pleased with the entire staff who i’ve Had the pleasure of working with, they were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire buying process. I definitely recommend this place to any friends and family looking for a nice place to make their next toy purchase! I’ll definitely be back when my wife is ready to buy her first bike! :) it’ll be a few years before my son and daughter are ready for their own bikes!

Danielle is a superstar! She worked so hard to get me this 2019 H2! I bugged her for months about the delivery date and she was so nice. She called the distributor for me on more than one occasion to find out where the bike was. When it arrived she called me right away and set up a time for me to come and do the paperwork just two days later. She also went out of her way to help me find cheaper insurance than the policy I was about to buy. She didnt rush the buying process and answered all of my questions. I never felt like just another customer. She made me feel welcome and valued. I am very lucky to have this dealership so close to my home. This is the second motorcycle Ive bought here and will definitely be back!Also, I cant thank Mac enough for his help and enthusiasm. He made sure all my questions got answered and was eager to get me introduced to the features of my new bike. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycles and if he doesnt know something he will tell you (not try to BS his way) and he will find the answer. Thanks a bunch Mac!!

I bought a bike this summer. From that transaction, to gear purchases (separate from bike), to maintenance on my bike (tires).. they have been professional, courteous, quick to perform whatever task was needed. They have been very responsive to any of my inquiries, and even worked with me a bit on my payment methods on a used bike. When having weird issues with their rewards points program, they had it taken care of quickly.. and were able to answer all of my questions regarding it. I look forward to working with you guys.. even if its not a brand you sell.

I went to the bike shop about six times before buying my bike and the staff was great. Im so happy, how Tom ( Sales manager ) treated me over email. Tom isnt focused about the sale but also focused on the customer. I havent even been inside this dealer but I already think its 5 star review motorcycle dealer. Sadly I live in West Virginia and cannot ride too far to take home a motorcycle from them. Ask for Tom!

I was very happy with their parts department. They were very knowledgeable. They let me know that one of the parts I needed for my friends motorcycle was special compared to what they stocked, so they special ordered it for me at no extra charge. Rip off dropped off my bike to get a quote on some repairs said it would be a day before they could look at it almost a week later after a bunch of phone calls they said they were done with their “diagnostics” nothing on the bike had to be disassembled or worked on to get me the estimate yet they charged me $95.00 for the diagnosis which was a tech telling me the exact problem and solution I said I had when I dropped the bike off and asked for a quote. I then took the bike to another dealer in Pennsylvania where they did the same work for over a $1000 less and provided an estimate free of charge. I would recommend finding a dealer willing to look at and give pricing without a fee it’s ridiculous to charge $95 to walk around a dirt bike.
