I have horrible credit and live an hour away! Sam & Jordan were able to get me pre approved before showing up! I told them that with the car I had I’d probably make it there but would need a new car to get back, they were so accommodating with that! Helped me get into a car my kids & I love! Great miles & drives amazing! Sam was so patient with my kids, didn’t try to push them aside. Showed them the waiting room & got them some water. When it came time to test drive he included them when explaining all the features, it was amazing! They were so happy to feel apart of it all! The payments they came up with and the insurance included made it so much better! Felt so much safer in the new car which with kids was a top priority! I was so excited on the ride home cause I noticed it had heated seats, then noticed has an auto starter. It was listed in the description but apparently I didn’t read enough, was a great surprise. Definitely recommend taking the trip from anywhere to go see Sam & Jordan!!

Sales dept was okay, Finance team was okay considering I never really had to deal with them as I always made my payments on time. NOW THE SERVICE TEAM is absolutely the worse. The vehicle sold to me was even worse. I purchased my vehicle 4/2020. By 6/2020 I was calling almost daily leaving messages because I had a check engine light on. MANY MESSAGES left and NO ONE called back EVER. August 2020 I finally reached someone and was able to bring my vehicle in. I HAD A BAD CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND O2 SENSOR ! Ended up paying $700 for repairs 10/2020. January 2021 my water pump and alternator hose BOTH had to be replaced because my car was over heating. I had it replaced at a local mechanic because of course no answer or returned call from Service. February 2021 check engine light BACK ON ! CATALYTIC CONVERTER AGAIN !! March 2021 POWER STEERING PUMP replaced because my steering wheel was locking while driving. I even almost crashed into a house one night coming home from work. ALSO 3/2021 TRANSMISSION started slipping. Had to get a transmission replaced with another USED transmission. When to pick up my car after 21 days at the dealer ship and IT WAS LEAKING TRANSMISSION FLUID !!!! STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM HERE ! THEY WILL SELL YOU A VERY BAD UNRELIABLE VEHICLE AND CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG FOR IT !

Bought my car in May, and a wheel bearing went bad a few days ago. I took it into the service department expecting to spend $300+ to repair and they told me its covered under the 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty they offer on all of their vehicles. They also threw in a oil change for only $20.00!! Daryl was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the entire repair process and even gave me some inside info on how much money I really saved. Between my experience in purchasing the vehicle and dealing directly with the owner to my recent service department experience with Daryl, highly impressed is an understatement. I wish there were 10 stars so I could give them more than 5. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Good credit, bad credit, they will take care of you and treat you like their #1 customer. I wont buy a car from another dealer again nor have another garage service my car either. This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. The sell cars that dont pass inspection and they fudge the systems. They dont follow the NH guidelines on insuring a vehicle with a loan. They take advantage of people in hard times. If you go here you will get a pos that will break down right away.

Guy on the other end wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise, said he was the owner. If that’s how the owner speaks with customers then I’ll be happy letting everyone I know know how Byrider operates.

Went in just to look, ended up having to sit through some scripted PowerPoint type presentation about how they work with your finances etc, took all my information, and then told me their outrageous monthly payments. So no, they don’t work with you at all. They should be upfront about pricing. I’d suggest saving your time and crossing this place off your list if you’re going car shopping.

Just be weary. Something isn’t adding up. They don’t list prices on the website. I called and spoke with a rep who said verbatim “we don’t show prices because most people finance.”I asked some more questions and the follow-up I got was “we price the vehicle based on your budget, expenses...”. That sounds great at first. They will adjust the price of the vehicle based on your finances. Wow. But continuing to ask for just the bare minimum info, the price of the product that I am trying to buy, and you are trying to sell, they put me on hold, and came back with a number! Sadly they gave me a price that is double the KBB value of that car in its Mint condition, with 20,000 more miles (KBB price $8,545- JD price $15,999). He said that’s including the 3 year warranty. No warranty is worth the price of the product itself.I understand if your finances limit you to alternate finance methods (buy here/pay here) but just understand as much as you can be told they’re doing you a favor, which they very well may be, they are making a substantial profit off of your bad luck, and you can end up in an even worse spot.I will update this if my experience changes, or if the price seems to drop substantially.To be fair I forgot until this point that the rep did say if I came in today they would take off $500. Like $500 off makes right the100% markup.

Everyone was great and very accommodating. A family of 5 at a dealership isnt typically a cup of tea and Ben Silvia even hung out with/ distracted the kids when papers were being signed. All 4 persons I spoke to; (at closing time on a Saturday evening & holiday weekend); were utterly delightful! The warranty they give really sealed the deal. Byrider has officially changed my idea about used car dealers!!!!

I was not pressured at all by the sales people. She was actually very up beet and down to earth. Made you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The financing went very smooth. Got right to the point. Very up front and honest. Felt very relaxed and easy to talk with and made signing of papers easy to understand. I walked out of there feeling relaxed and not lost. I would def. The cars werent clean, Ash trays were full, windows foggy seats werent clean. They pride themselves on taking people with low credit for advantage. Its a obvious scam. High monthly payments. Management was like talking to a monkey with clothes on. Do yourself a favor steer away from this hot garbage of a dealership.

Buying a car at JD Byrider this past week was a great experience. I had originally met with them about 5 weeks prior. They still had all of my paperwork on file. I was contacted a couple times during that 5 weeks but they werent pushy or overbearing. I lost them know exactly when I was going to be ready to purchase and they didnt bug me at that point. I text drove a few vehicles while I was there. I love that I was allowed to choose exactly what I wanted. The saleswoman didnt attempt to push me toward any specific vehicle. Once I chose a vehicle it was quick and simple to sign all of the paperwork and be on my way. Very positive experience. I love the car so far as well.

I started with loving this place they were very good with the service they provided while financing my vehicle. I am now going on 5 months of playing a waiting game because I have yet to get my vehicle back from the service department. They recently lost personal and the general manager and have had a lot of turnover with staff but you would think they would give their customers a call to advise of the situation but no I have to make various calls during the week to get a hold of someone. Very disappointed

I was ready to commit to another place that I had received approval thru a bank with very high interest when John called me back to see if I was ready to come in (I had inquired previously by calling and speaking with him to say I was ready to start looking). Very disappointed in this place. My husband and I went in on a Tuesday said they could put us in car with no problems, we got approved. They only need 1 recent paystub from my new job saying I worked and $600.00 down. There was no issue on our end, we made an appointment for Saturday (today) to go in test drive some cars and close on one we liked. Unfortunately I took time out of work to do this and suddenly we were NOT approved.

Bought car inspected never was inspectable if you get behind and have the money to pay them they wont give you your car back . And there shop takes forever to get stuff done and thats if they know what there doing . You charge way to much for warranty. Bad place to buy a car

When dealing with service department always get a quote somewhere else for they can be extremely pricey. Not happy about my experience anymore with them havent had car a year yet, shouldnt have had exhaust issue.

Walked out with a vehicle and after being registered got it inspected again.Felt great coming off the lot.Woke up next morning having to call a tow, get a new battery and a nice bill.Thanks JD Byrider, for royally screwing another person over.Samier was very helpful at getting me tricked into a car that wouldnt last even a night.

ETA: its been a month. They are refusing phone calls. They refuse to return the dozens of calls left on their machines. They then TOLD us we had to take a car that needed a ton of work and is high on the recall list and has known expensive non-warranty issues.First, they sold us a lemon then when we sent the car to be fixed, it was sent on a Friday night but they didnt contact us until the following Tuesday to find out why the thing was even there. They knew perfectly well it was coming and why.They have now been in possession of our vehicle for 10 days with no contact or nothing.The only happy resolution would be for them to fix or replace the lemon and not screw us over more than they already have.Furthermore, when my husband did call to get info on the car, they would not answer the phone at the dealer. He had to call the customer service number for the chain and be connected through them.They said theyd have someone call back and we still havent heard from them.

Horrible liars, actually great liars, bad people.Vehicle had a dead battery by the next day.Felt that had been checked on the pre inspection report and should have been after registration inspection.But was still let off the lot and now have a massive loan with a vehicle that is a large paper weight.I had a great experience getting scammed by Samier.

This rating is for the service department. They have NEVER returned any of my phone calls despite leaving several messages. I even went as far as asking the staff (Kiran and Jordan) at the dealership to deliver a hand written note to them. It wasnt until the controller Myra got involved that I was able to book an appointment only to then be told they dont have the part but would call me as soon as they got it.Its now three months later and I still havent received a call back from service. When I asked the Manager what the issue was I repeatedly was told they had turn over in the service department, in the process of hiring a new service manager, leave a message someone will get back to you...still NO call back.

I was very upset to say the least. When the supervisor Kerren of the finance dept charged my card without authorization. Up to that point I was pleased with the business of the company. Was later advised to a formal complaint with BBB due to illegal practice of a merchant. Needless to say if you have people representing this company they should be trustworthy. I later went back to this office on 3/23. The person Jordan was very rude and made a threats to myself or reference to my car. I do not take kindly to begin threatened or ripped off. I do not like for honest people to be bullied or threatened. The BBB is informed of this company. Beware of the people of a this company. Kerren and Jordan dishonest and untrustworthy.Do not be fooled by the change of the name of this company. Take a look at the history and ask yourself why change the name if the company it self was a great company. Beware of companies that would change their names after so many years. A thriving company would stand by their name and product. If it not broke why fix it. Buyers BEWARE!

I feel honestly wicked bad that people are being WAY overcharged for their vehicles.I went there a month or two ago to look into financing a car.I got approved, was test driving the car and about to sign off.While test driving, I took a stop and looked at the value of the car. MIN: $3,000 - MAX: $4,500 (Bluebook price of the car)The car had a little bit of a skip, but nothing too crazy and nothing too expensive to fix.I got back and when I asked the price (which they still hadnt given me)...it was TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. Thats almost 3x the value of the car.TL;DRDO NOT go here for a vehicle. Buy it off someone who needs the money and can no longer use their car. Buy it from someone you know. Dont buy it from here. They will screw you.

I contacted Sam, and employee advertising for this company on Facebook, about getting a vehicle, shared my financial situation, and my vehicle situation and my credit and was 100% honest. Spoke with him about what I would need to walk out with a vehicle as mine was in really bad shape. He informed me about the recommended down payment, which I had no problem with and also isn’t the $199 he lists in his posts. I explained I had combined income, which he also states works and is accepted, and he told me to come down and I would be the perfect candidate. I told him my car was really bad and I didn’t want to drive an hour and forty minutes for nothing(even though it says they approve everyone) I told him I would arrive today, which I did and he wasn’t even there. I was offered help by another man, presented with this elaborate presentation on how they are about the customers, and they have payments that work for you and blah blah blah. Only to be told after an hour that they can’t help me get into ANYTHING because my income wasn’t enough and my fiancé’s income didn’t count. I had the required down payment, I confirmed all info with Sam up front, and was also given ZERO choice on the amount payments would be I was simply told they range from $385-$415 based off the vehicle, not your needs and not including insurance. So not only did my fiancé take a day off to complete this process, our time was wasted on a company that claims they approve everyone, advertises a $199 downpayment, and take combined income and has their employees post and give false information and false hope! Don’t bother with this company, they don’t stick to what they advertise, they don’t work with your budget on payments, they don’t approve everyone, the down payment isn’t $199, and the big elaborate slide show they give at the beginning of their appointment is false. I don’t recommend. Go to second chance auto in Derry, c and c cars in Franklin, family auto in Manchester or anywhere but here!
