I went into this location the other day for a tool that was less expensive than other locations for auto parts. The environment seemed outdated, overfilled racks, musty environment, but very knowledgeable staff that gets exactly what youre looking for. Id probably go back to this place for odds and ends that I would not be able to find at other auto parts stores.

Spent our hard-earned money replacing an AC condenser through a local dealership in April. The replacement part came from NAPA Auto in Mandan. Seems the GM part was unavailable.Seems as a Customer, I was to know that NAPA would not warrant this particular part if the system had not been flushed.How on earth would I know that???Bad, bad Customer.If you care about your vehicle not having issues after spending your hard-earned money, insist on your repair shop installing genuine GM parts.I sure wish we had.

They were definitely busy with only two front guys and the phone constantly ringing but maybe the guys roaming around in back could have answered the phone? In my customer service experience you help the customers in the store before being tied down to the phone.I asked about a warranty on my battery and they were a little less than friendly insisting they would need me to bring in the battery. Well obviously but I knew the manufacturing date and the specifics. After waiting 20 minutes or longer to be helped I was at least going to get a little info before leaving. I was hoping to have some help switching out the battery as is my typical experience with other auto parts store but they were busy so I wasnt going to ask. They seemed resistant to giving me a little info even though I made it clear I understood the difference between purchase and manufacture date.They werent rude or anything just wasnt a great experience.
