Everyone beware of the workers at the Mandan store they accuse people of stealing while shopping. The most unbelievable thing I ever saw. Lady in a wheelchair put things on her lap to buy along with her purse because she couldnt hold it and wheel herself at the same time and They called the police and trust passed her for stealing the thing in her lap while still shopping.. You all owe her a huge apology.

I needed a utility lighter to relight the pilot light on my water heater. The staff located what I needed and brought it to the check out for me so I didnt have to do any extra walking. I am handicapped do the extra effort put forth by them was much appreciated.

Really enjoy this store especially on there air rifles and air pistols and they always have a good choice of pellets for a 177 or a 22 cal and they have all your sporting and hunting needs you can also buy smokers grills different types of hot sauce different kinds of candy all different kinds of tools from big name brands down to ones you dont hear much what I suggest this place yes good place to go

Wow Im impressed with the move. The store is set up very nicely. Well lit. Lots of staff willing to walk you to what you are looking for. Best of all I dont have to leave Mandan.

Terry was the absolute best help. Here checked on items to be in-stock, when I called and he had the items up at the front when I got there. Last, but not least, he loaded the big items got me! How cool is that!? Ill be going back there.

Went online to see if they had a greater, it showed they have one, called to double check the team member said yep got my hand on it get there in about ten minutes to pick it up and it wasnt there, so his hand wasnt on it at all and to find out they havent had one in over a year

When it comes to fair prices, friendly folks, willing and ready to assist you, this is the place to go. Unlike most stores where you have to search for an associate this morning when I was in there I was approached by at least three employees that asked if I needed any help. I feel really good about shopping at runnings. Compared to the other stores in town, nothing against them, I just find that runnings has everything, okay almost everything, a person should need for their home and garden and ranch.

The employees just never seem happy to be there. The selection has improved since they moved but I would rather drive to the Bismarck store than deal with the Mandan location.

They fit a ton of stuff inside and feel like a much bigger store. If you need help ask for Terry, he went out of his way to help me.

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. Everyone was more then willing to help me look for things I needed and everyone was more than willing to answer any questions i had.

Runnings is the best breed of department stores in BisMan. This new Mandan location isnt quite as awe-inspiring in scope as the Bismarck location but its an orderly successor to the long-beloved location on the strip. Still the best place to get socks.

Customer service is second to none!

The customers are great at helping each other find what they need. As far as the kids in the store well its a toss up if you have to go looking for someone to help you or if theyll be around to ask.

Huge selection and the store is very well lit. The other runnings was nice too but this one is brand new and has much more room for activities.

Great addition to the downtown. Always happy to jelp their customers.

Quite a small store, over crammed with things. Look forward to when they open up the new store on Main Street in Mandan as will be a bigger location. Some staff were on their phone at register and just went through the motions to check me out. Not very personal and unprofessional.

The people acted like I was a criminal after I asked them if they had anything for LP tanks for a camper. He said he didnt think they had much. I went to start looking for fittings for an adapter and he followed me and watched me. Tried to make conversation, but he was very rude. Then went and got a tractor toy for my kids he followed me there. Even after going to counter cashier and man were very rude. Only way Ill ever go back is to return the hose if it doesnt work. No wonder there is no customers there.
