The young ladies on duty in the Manhattan Village store were very helpful, courteous and professional. I was also impressed with the stock of available sunglasses that were of interest to me. Since I had some issues with sunglasses I had previously purchased there, they also extended a favorable discount. All in all an excellent experience!

Thank you so very much the manger and the super nice, friendly and kind peeps working there. I had bought a sunglass in Santa Rosa for my dad to send to home country Nepal. But my Fren forgot to take it and she left it took some time for me to get the glasses. I had the receipt but the return and exchange days were gone. I thought I would try a shot and the lady working called her manager just to give a try herself and they let me buy something which I will wear and use in exchange.Ah that made me so happy. And they were very nice to show me different styles and what looked best on me. Thank you so much otherwise I would have been having $200 plus worth of glass uselessly sitting over.Thank you thank you!!!
