The service is satisfactory but they missed some small things. A week after I had my car serviced, the change engine oil warning came up on my dash. thats not a big deal but I wonder why they didnt reset the warning through the on board computer. I went under the hood of my car to check the oil myself. It was then that I noticed the cap to the wiper fluid was broken and a piece was missing. Again thats not a big deal but I wonder why they didnt replace the thin plastic cap. theyre incredibly cheap to replace. I Spent $500+ to have my car serviced only to have Quick Lane ignore these small things. They also use conventional engine oil and do not offer synthetic. I prefer synthetic especially in the winter time. but its cheaper for them to use conventional. they charge a high price for some basic services. I wont be returning to this store. I can find much better service in town, for a lower price and I can get the synthetic oil that I prefer.

Do they know what they are doing now? I dropped my Honda Pilot off for an oil change on March 1 while I took our dog to the vet nearby. They called my husband to say the back brakes were at 3 mm and really needed new brake pads and the brake routers were showing some cracking so would need to be resurfaced or replaced. Hmmm...husband declined and decided to take the Pilot to Honda for brake work. BUT Little Apple Honda said both back & front brakes were at 5 mm and did NOT need to be replaced. (It would have been so easy for them to make some quick $$. Instead, Little Apple Honda charged me nothing for the almost 1 hour it took for them to thoroughly check my brakes.) HOW did Quick Lane come up with their measurement? Also, price of an oil change went up approx $10 from the last time we brought it in to Quick Lane. Is this what new ownership and management does to quality of service? And the technician marked the sticker for the next oil change as 4/1/17. One month on an oil change? I dont think so. This vehicle will not go back to Quick Lane.

Great service. They took close to an hour to perform my oil change. They go over and inspect everything hoping to make an extra sale on service. Itd be nice if they could change oil in 15 minutes then they could live up to the quick Lane name. They should have a fast and a thorough option.

I believe I was helped by a young gentleman named Adrian. He was very helpful, very kind, and my truck was finished in a reasonable and expected timeframe. The last location in town I tried, my truck was forgotten about (they did make up for this by providing a free service), and then the mechanics forgot to fully screw down the skid plate when they were finished---after hearing a scraping sound while driving on the highway, I had to pull over, get under my truck, and screw it down myself.I had no such problems from Quick Lane. Definitely 5 stars for customer service and overall service!

They provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. They are friendly and very helpful. Its the only place I take my vehicle. Great prices too.

They did ok but I felt like $44 for an oil change was pretty high. They used to have their prices posted on the wall but have taken those down. They did not even notice that my windshield wipers needed replacement. Their inspection used to be very thorough but no longer.

Dont have to make an appointment. Only wish they had coupons or military discount. Recommend to customers their credit rewards card that saves 5%on parts and labor beforehand. Service was quick.:)

This place is ridiculous. I brought my car in for an alignment check and a weird sound i was hearing. They didnt have a clue what the sound was and didnt align it. Then they told me my back brakes needed replaced? Hmmm.....

Slow slow slow. Waited 2 hours after I saw them pull it around and I see it pulled into a work bay. Then I asked if they were just starting they told me someone parked it out back and they forgot about it. And now 3 hours later when I am checking out I noticed they have not rotated the tires but they are charging me for it. I question that and they check with the shop and sure enough it has not been done so he said we can pull it back in and do the rotation.

1.5 hr oil change says it all. 45min at the most is acceptable. Will not go back.

I went there to get tires put on that I already had and the price was decent and they washed my car, very impressive.

This place is awful. TWICE now in a row we have been let down by them, after being loyal customers for two years. They dont get things done when they say that they will, OR notify you that they are running behind, instead they wait for you to call them. NOTHING QUICK ABOUT THEM.

When I took my new car to get the first oil change, I get in my car the next day and there is oil in my driveway. The technician tightened it too much and it cracked the filter. They fixed it, but I had to drive an extra 50 miles again to get it done. Because I drive a Hyundai they are typically funny vehicles about filters so I only use Hyundai filters. I went there yesterday to get my oil changed and it was 5:45 and they close at 7:00 the guy behind the counter assuming manager said well I only have 1 technician and I have someone coming from Junction City so I cant get you in. I told him that I just came from Junction City and I am here now. But he didnt care. I WILL NOT GO BACK! Dick Edwards is a horrible place too!

Took 3 hours for an oil change. Did a good job, but took way too long.

Dropped my car off at 9 am for 3 tire changes and at 5.30pm it wasnt complete. No explaination.

They didnt clean my windshield? Not sure what a oil change gets you? But thought that was included!
