Great staff and store! Only problem recently has been the lack of new items. (Possibly the big name brands fault)

Love shopping at foot locker in Manhattan Kansas customer service is always great sometime I find what I want sometimes I dont but its wonderful to go in there and look and browse

Decent selection of shoes and very helpful employees!

I told them them wanted a light, well cushioned, basketball shoe. The gentleman gave me a variety of great options and I picked what I felt was best. The man helping me had a wealth of knowledge for every option. He was the only one working that day and there were 8 other customers. I was in and out quickly with the best basketball shoe I have ever worn.

Seth the manager was AMAZING! My shoes got lost with UPS. Seth helped me find a number to call to find my shoes. When that didn’t work Seth took time out of his day and tried to call himself, (terrible experience, NEVER have delivered to your house, always in store) and after UPS did an investigation for nearly 2 weeks, they said they would need 30 days to find my shoes. After all of this, I came back in and Seth reordered my shoes to the store. Was very professional and understanding for my struggles of wanting my shoes. Excellent service! Definitely will be doing business with this store!

I went into foot locker October 7 to get a pair of Nike Free RN Commuters. The store did not have my size and offered to place me an order, which the sales associate assured me would be in by Thursday the 12th. Today is the 13th, no shoes. The sales associate couldnt call the post office to check the status because he was the only one working. I went to the post office on my own only to find out the address to deliver my shoes (this location) was not correctly imputed and my shoes were being returned to the warehouse. When I asked for a refund, I was told Im not entitled to a refund until 14 days pass, or the warehouse receives my shoes back. Im out 85$, have NO shoes, and the associate who took my order refuses to admit he forgot to annotate the suite number on my shipping label. Last time I ever set foot in any Foot Locker. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, Im done. I will go elsewhere or shop on amazon from now on.Do NOT waste your time with this store.

Terrible customer service from the assistant manager of all people. Im sad to say I will never go back to this establishment.

I went on release day of the first general release of the Russel Westbrook Why Not0.1 (the white/black aka “two-way” colorway). They didn’t even have them. This is the first performance signature shoe of the reigning NBA MVP and the store didn’t have it stocked. To make it worse, I was told that they can’t order a shoe to the store until at least two weeks after it releases, and that I’d be better served to buy them online. That’s a problem when you want to try a shoe on before you buy it. Worst selection of shoes I’ve ever seen for a footlocker. If I could 0 Star, I would.

My son bought his own bball shoes for 130.00 dang dollars and they broke we got them dec9th and went back feb 1st and because of the time frame we had to hve a manager there to do exchange he wore the shoes a handful of times well we live 45 min away and well i was called in next day so cldnt get there and the next day which wlda been sat the 3rd i called down to talk to manager and well he said yes hed wxchange them and wld be there that day and next well my husband brought my son down sun and they were 10 min late so i came dwn tday which is monday 5th and once again got told had to hve manager there and hed be there tom this is now 3 freakin about to be 4 trips weve made down here tgis is getting ridiculous my son has a game tnite and now has no ahoes this store is a joke so are their employees i want a district or corporate # im thru screwing around!!!

Id there was a zero option I would give that. Today my spouse was advised that Army National Guard was not a part of the military and was not allowed a military discount. Brothers in arms... last I checked we fight one team.

The lady that answered was so rude. I was going to ask if they had the air force 1s but insidnt even get a chance, she stopped me in the middle of asking and said No, we do not what a rude lady....

They sell unpatriotic Nike shoes.
