I got my dress tailored, and it came back the exact same way just tighter on the back. Seams busted out on the bottom, the rip in the dress he made taking it off the manikin is still there with the needle and thread still attached didn’t even fix the rip and didn’t even adjust the shoulder straps. $340.00 for nothing, $80.00 for getting it tailored and nothing changed.

In need of a prom dress drove 45 mins says they open at 2-6 its 2:18 no one here not open.

Great Service! I had an unexpected event the next night and ETC Boutique was super helpful! I went in at 7pm and explained the shoes I already had and they helped my picked the perfect dress. Im a little chubby but they still had my size. Im really short but they were able to have my dress altered and ready for the next day by lunch!! Absolutely great service!

The lady claimed an appointment was getting ready to come, and wouldn’t even let us come in the store. VERY RUDE. I guess she doesn’t really need any money to pay her rent in the mall.

I found my prom dress there. Although it was a tad bit pricy, you get a beautiful dress that feels like you. Customer service was fantastic.

Really nice service but there arent a lot of dresses to try on in the store to see if you really like it. You have to put a payment down and order the dress, then you can try it on.
