Okay so lets start with the 800 #.... pure garbage. Calling T Mobile customer support is only for a joke or raising blood pressure....Now that Ive gotten that out of the way, the store team... Amazing. Tristen made sure my new phone was ordered and all signatures were completed. After trying to work with customer service number again, I about lost it, I returned to store where Troy made sure that I got the promo that the customer service failed to apply. Thanks store team. Wonderful job.

Been a customer of Sprint, now TMobile, for 13+ years and Im required to put a deposit on a phone to upgrade. I may have been late on a payment but WAS always brand loyal and got it in asap. Wifes phones battery over heated and ballooned up popping the back off. Its not like it got dropped or drowned. No warranty not even willing to repair. I ended up at third party who dropped in a new battery and resealed the back...$115 that could have gone to the boys in pink. Hell, I was willing to upgrade my wifes as well as my own phone. I guess its time to visit Verizon and AT&T.

I normally hate going in to cell phone stores because it feels like walking into the Buckle where they come down on you like salesy hawks, but my experience at this Sprint/T-Mobile location was quite refreshing. The reason I went in was to get my new phone that I purchased from Amazon connected to my account. I was worried there would be issues since I did not buy the phone from Sprint, but it went smooth and I did not feel shamed for having bought the phone elsewhere. On top of that, they did let me know about the amazing deals going on that were no additional cost to me, but rather new perks available because of the current Sprint to T-Mobile merge. They let me know what else was available to buy if I wanted to, but did not pressure me a single bit. Lastly, they treated me like I was a person, and not a sale. The manager was able to talk to me about his similar experiences with his children and even talked video games with me. I am a nervous person, but I felt accepted and I really really appreciate the down to earth vibes at the store. Thank you so much!!

Revision (increased to 3*)- Talked to manager and they are aware and agree that what happened is inappropriate. Said they would cover the charge if it shows on my bill.Original review - Went to the store on 10/2 to upgrade to a new phone. The first time I visited I was told Id have to pay a line upgrade fee on an upgrade that shouldnt have one. This was confirmed by a customer service representative. So I go ahead and get my new phone after the mix up and when I get home I get a notification that device protection had been added to my line. No one bothered to ask me if I wanted it or anything they just added it. Well I took it off, I hope the sales rep (Julio) knows that what he did is wrong. You should never add anything to a customers account without their consent. Luckily I used to work at T-Mobile and know how to easily get it removed. Very unethical.

Wish I could give it a zero star. A complete scam! Seriously avoid dealing with them, because they offer you better options than other carriers, but when that honeymoon is over, they basically charge you a fee for everything you never have even asked or registered for. The manager (Pablo) lies a lot to trick you and steal your money. What they do is taking your money don’t ever try to get a plan in this store, do it online if you wanna stay in sprint for any reason, they give you much better offers.

Great staff. I was at the store this morning for resolving a billing problem on my account that was supposed to be taken care of by their ex-employee. As soon as I explained my problem to them, they were very quick in resolving it and I was able to leave the store happily in just a couple of mins.

So I went in to pay my bill and there was this really cute, tatted, blonde guy that I struck up a convo with. He was nice, and I wanted his number but I got nervous and said “see ya later” and walked out mid-conversation 🤦🏼‍♀️ There goes the rest of my life.Oh yeah, and his beard was super nice too. That’s why I’m rating 5⭐️

So incredibly slow. Takes me 15 minutes or more just to pay my bill. And a couple of the guys in there just try to sell you speakers and dont want you to leave. Also when I switched to sprint from another carrier, they said Id get a $50 credit on the next billing cycle.. well that didnt happen for 4 or 5 months until I finally got it worked out calling supervisors several times.

I wish I could give less stars. Sprint has terrible service in general but these employees will give you a different story every time you come in or call and then charge you for a phone that doesnt even exist, then send your bill to collections. Worst experience Ive ever had with a phone company. I switched to Verizon and couldnt be happier.

Branden assured me multiple times that there was a promotion that if you bought a new phone you got 4 free accessories. I even spoke with the store manager and he said that it was indeed FREE. All I had to pay was the “one time fee of sales tax”. When I got my next months bill, low and behold I had an accessory charge on my account. Bad business. Took back all my accessories. I’ll shop online from now on

The store at commons place is a joke. I will never shop there and will always take my business to the east side store. EVERY time I have gone to the commons place one (because it is closer to my house) I am often told to call customer service or they cant help me and I have to go to JC. However, every time I visit the east side store, they never tell me to call customer service and always assist me in store.

I tried to go in to upgrade my phone today, after speaking to two representatives about my upgrade situation yesterday, and having them verify that I was eligible. The two women I met with were unbelievable rude to me from the second I walked in; impolite and unhelpful. They claimed I would owe a $100 early upgrade fee that was never mentioned. Every time I tried to even explain what I was told by customer service, they cut me off and said again that I would owe the fee or wait until June of the NEXT YEAR (I will have had my phone 3 years at that point, not two). I asked if they could contact someone higher up and they flat out refused. I asked to show them the transcript of my prior conversations, and they refused to look at it. I have never had worse service in my entire life. These people should be fired...

Kameron was great getting me setup for my pre-ordered, new Note7. Despite the recall, the phone is amazing in other ways. Looking forward to my new phone next week. Staff can get busy, but will give you all their attention when its your turn. Not sure what else you can ask for!UPDATE (Oct. 5, 2016) : Turned in my recalled Note7 to this store at the end of September. Carrie, the Junction City store manager, was working at this location temporarily. She was able to get me a S7 edge temporarily until my new Note7 came in. Process was simple. Carrie even provided me her direct phone number to contact her with any issues.Recalls suck, no doubt about that. But my local Sprint store made the process as painless as possible. They took back in my recalled phone, provided me a VERY nice temporary replacement, and contacted me when my new Note7 arrived. The only delays were a result of the CSPC working with Samsung to approve their recall. Sprint was standing by like all carriers waiting for new Note7s.Manager Carrie was friendly, to-the-point, efficient, and no-nonsense. It was much appreciated. Please know, I have no affiliation with Sprint other than having been a customer for the past 5 years...initially in Wisconsin, then to Manhattan, KS after I moved to town in 2014.

Terrible customer service. Went in to ask when the Samsung galaxy 6 was coming out before. I was the only customer in the store and the employees were short, said they didnt know. They didnt want to even bother taking the time to look it up. I was looking to buy the phone now that its out and was just looking for the number. However, after other comments with similar experiences recently i will not go to this store.

I have been a loyal Sprint customer since 2012, and lets just say the Manhattan store has made up my mind that once I am done wasting my money on this stupid phone lease, I will switch to a new carrier.I understand that many phone companies are now utilizing the lease option and have eliminated the two year upgrade option, so, let me be clear that is not the reason for my one star rating. The rep was VERY unclear about this. I had no clue that you had to pay an additional $191 to keep the phone after the lease. Had I known that, I never would have upgraded. The rep was too busy trying to sell me an iPad, phone case, and a worthless speaker that he couldnt even give me all the details about my plan.We upgraded my husbands phone and against my better judgement (and high pressure sales tactics) we bought a $120 waterproof Lifeproof case. Guess what? It is not waterproof. Because it was over the 14 day return policy, the store would not return it. They said we could call customer service because it wasnt their problem. They were completely unhelpful. Then, because my husbands insurance phone is backordered two weeks, we decided to activate my old phone in the meantime. They refused to help him with this or even provide any instructions on the best way to do it. There ended up being a problem with the transfer and we didnt get the old phone transferred for two entire days. All in all, the Manhattan staff are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They have no problems ordering food, making drinking plans, or talking about how they hate their jobs in front of customers. They wont back their products and they are NOT up front about hidden fees and costs. The only thing they try to do is upsale you useless electronics that will add tons to your bill.STAY AWAY!

Ive had my share of problems with Sprint, most notably the guy at the kiosk in Columbus GA mall who I initially signed up with (he pretty much lied to my face). However, the staff at my now local storefront have been awesome every time Ive gone in for something.Whether it is trading in a broken car adapter (w/o a receipt), explaining the plans so I save money, or just swapping out a bum Palm Pre, they are fast and courteous.Im a serious gadget dude so I appreciate the fact that a few of the reps there also read Engadget blog and are very familiar with the Android phones; they know more then most frontline reps.Im ready for a new Epic 4G and Ill probably buy at the store instead of online just to show my loyalty to this brick & mortar store.
