Stephanie is a very nice and very kind lady at Cricket. I would refer people to them. So is her manager. Great people and great service. Cheap phones as well. Good deals! Great quality service. Im sticking with this company thats for sure.

The only store that had the LG K92 5G phone was at the Manitowoc location so I drove there from the valley. It was a long drive out of my way but the people at that location were very friendly and knowledgeable about the phones and plans available. I dealt with Wally who was very patient with me since I am not very tech savvy. He shared a lot of little tips and tricks when it came to setting up my new phone. He took the time to make sure everything worked as it should before I walked out the door. I highly recommend this location and I definitely will be back for any of my cricket needs in the future.

We signed up for an individual plan and received a free Android phone. The phone was so low end that most apps were lite Google-Lite, Etc... then less than 2 weeks later the phone is a little black brick. Wont turn on or off, black screen... nothing. Take it back to the store and they want US to pay $40 to have it replaced! What a crock.

I walked in there and there was nobody behind the counter. I have cricket, and usually have had better experiences. I ended up walking out. Ill ask my question to another Cricket store when I get a chance.

Went in to figure out if it was mybscreen or the screen protector and got it fixed quick. Hot as hades in the building but so goes life.

Had a problem getting in contact with corporate Cricket and Wally, manager, stayed with me through the hour and half to get issue resolved. Great backup service.

I dont even want to give one star. But in order to make this review, i had to. I just recently purchased a phone 3 days ago, and i just went in there today to exchange it for a different color. The ONLY REP IN THE STORE informed me that she does not know how to do exchanges....and that she would have to call her boss....Why is she not fully trained and IN THE STORE ALONE? A phone call to her boss AFTER shes done with her current customer is something i honestly didnt have time to wait for, as i had a few other places to be. Whether if she felt like doing it or didnt know how to do it is extremely unprofessional. Now i have to make the time and the trip back into town again to get this taken care of because she wasnt properly trained.

Recently got a Nokia C5 Endi that was highly recommended by a staff member, after 3 days I brought the phone back because it froze many times a day and needed to be restarted, staff informed me to contact Nokia customer service, I did that also, even had my phone sent in to be told nothing was wrong with it. Still freezes all the time so I brought phone back to Cricket and they told me nothing can be done but to purchase another phone.. when I brought the phone in the first time I should have been offered a new phone since it was brought in within 7 days! Instead they pawned me off on Nokia and now I am stuck with a highly defective phone!

These wonderful employees, go beyond their selves to provide care and support among everyone and help with every single need, every single time. The manager is amazing, the employees below are amazing, they really are trained the way that they should be to communicate and develop a society where friendship for a few seconds happens, smiling, laughing, having fun but being very professional, they are the true leaders in phones! Seven years ago, we’ve went through Cricket, then others and then finally three years through them again. Was just hopping around and Cricket stores, especially this one in Manitowoc are the best. They will help you, just one question you have to ask, “ Can you help me ? “ they will come out from everywhere to assist you, haha. I love them so much. Most best phones with very low prices of every phone store I have ever been to which were at least seven throughout my life, Cricket is the best store for low costs and great phones and amazing customer service and very good cellular service and genuine love they have for what they do. Sold me a phone that freezes up when I try to do a Google search or take a pic. I tried to get it replaced within the 7 day period and they refused. They sent me to Nokia and they say there is nothing wrong with the phone. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.

This is my 2nd time having Cricket and id say they offer one of the better values for prepaid compared to other prepaid and post paid carriers. The people working at this location, I found to be very friendly and honest and its a win win when they offer free phones with no contract.
