Had an absolutely fantastic experience at US cellular tonight. My customer service rep, Kat, sent a few texts here and there ahead of my appointment to determine what I was going to need done and had most of it done before I got there. She quickly, seamlessly, and efficiently discontinued my AT&T business landline and hooked up one of my old cell phones to use that same phone number on a cellular device. I was in and out in minutes and everything works great.Thanks Kat!!!!

Very unhappy with how they took advantage of my 83 year old mother! She came in for a new phone and service and sold her the most expensive package with $100 worth up upsells!! Told her that was the best deal for her. She rarely uses her cell phone and surely does not need unlimited data, hot spot and video streaming. When I took her back to the store the salesperson insisted that was the only package for her never even mentioned the lower price plans which I knew about. Luckily there was a 30 day return policy. She still lost some money but needless to say I took her to another provider.

The service its bad I only because they tell me about the good services for me, its the most important the internet and te guy who sell me the service say I dont gonna have any problems with that and here Im TALKING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.... 👎 if this dont change my friends and I gonna change the company 😔😪

The store followed medical guidelines. The personnel were helpful and knowledgeable. They treated us with respect. I recommend them to change carriers.

What they tell you in the store and what customer service will tell you on the phone after they jack your bill up will always be different.Plan on them raising your bill with no notice or reason.US Cellular used to be a great company years ago, not so much anymore!

At the Manitowoc store service is okay once you actually get helped. The wait is forever and is unacceptable. If you do not have TWO FREE HOURS I would suggest going when you do have AT LEAST that much time. My best piece of advice is to walk in and sign in and then ask to be helped. They need to better train their staff and get more employees if the experience is to be improved.

Very slow! Always have to wait at least half hour to be helped. Sign in and sit and wait. Can never walk in pay bill and leave. Should have 1 person taking payments only. To help speed up the process. Frustrating.

Service is VERY slow. The lobby is full of customers and there are only 3 employees working. One of which disappeared into the back of the store for an extended period of time. Plan on spending at least an hour at the store even for simple service.

You get what you pay for. Poor reception, slow data speeds, bill is never what they promised, will turn your service off the second youre late with the bill. I switched from Verizon to save some money but in the end ended up paying more than if I would have just stayed with Verizon.

We waited in their lobby area for about 20 mins without once being put on the list to be seen by the service staff. Multiple other customers came in after we had gotten there and were seen before us. We finally just left because we dont have the time to wait around to be told to wait around. U.S. Cellular has been and still is a terrible store front for customer service. This is not the first time this has happened to us and probably wont be the last before our contract is up and we consider moving to a new provider.

I am new customer to us cellular and the lady that helped us was vary rude and in a hurry to get us out of the store. We also got a liquid screen protector put on our phone and within the first few days of having this screen protector my brand new phone was scratched and no one was willing to help me I even call customer service and they are telling me I have to pay for the phone of $950 for the note 8 I have had for 13 days because the phone is damaged or go back to the store the put the screen protector on and have a manger admit that it is the employee fault. I have canceled and switched out of us cellular. They do not help work with you at all. Very poor customer service

I have been a us cellular customer for a long time, i had been dealing with a sales rep named Zach for a very long time and had great service, I knew to call ahead and book appointments and ask just for him. Everyone else in that store is useless. So now I want to do some changes and Zach is gone! What a shame. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS. These people are complete idiots, I find it more useful to go online and google questions instead of talking to anyone with a pulse at this store.Counting down the days before contract is over and switching away from this company for service.

My experience with US Cellular in Manitowoc has been HORRIBLE. Ive been to that store 4 times in the last 2 months. Every time I had to wait in excess of 30 minutes and never even got a hello. And always left without getting service. The second last time I walked in the girl Said Ill be right with you. As I waited 25 minutes She took someone before me. I asked and she said well you needed to sign in. Being I was told be right with you I assumed I was next. Nothing mentioned of signing in at the time. After another 20 minutes a total of 45 minutes of standing and waiting I left. NOW yesterday Friday the 1ST of Nov. I walked in and signed the book. After standing for nearly 45 minutes I heard the younger girl say loudly well we should take lunch now. I figured well they were busy and needed a break. I totally understand. I would continue to wait. But as a handsome young man walks in and I hear her say. HI! welcome how can I help you. Oh I can help you with that! I looked and said your helping him? She said yes. I said what happened to the book sign in? She said,I never seen you. I said really?! after 45 minutes of walking around here you didnt see me?! And what about THE SIGN IN BOOK??!!! WHAT a JOKE!! This is the worse managed store I have ever seen. And to try to talk to someone in authority is impossible. I went to the Two Rivers store and was immediately greeted with a hello. Although I had to wait I was made eye contact with. Smiled at and even offered a bottle of water as I waited. And once waited on The sales person was pleasant and quite helpful. Kudos to the Two River US Cellular store. Shame on everyone and the Manitowoc store. No wonder Cell Com is growing here!!

A girl came to the desk and asked my name to write down on the waiting list, I said I just want to pay my bill she said their are two people ahead of you it will be a while !! Terrible customer service .. They are idiots and morons working at the place.. Do not sign up for us cellular !
