The staff is always so respectful of others and they are willing to help you pick out the type of glasses that you want to get with you and give you their opinion. I would definitely recommend Eye Mart to others. They are very affordable and they take their time out of their day to sit down with you and help you save money on your glasses.

Excellent service!! After an unfortunate incident I broke my glasses, my family and I were leaving for a weeks long vacation in 24 hrs, and I wear glasses for everything!! I called the eyemart express store in manitowoc, the ladies there were exceptionally helpful… I arrived at the store at 6:15 pm ( store closes at 7pm) and walked out of the store at 6:45pm with not 1 but 2 new pairs of glasses. I would recommend this store to everyone and anyone….. not only did the save the day with getting me fitted for new glasses, but also saved my families vacation!!

I had the best experience at Eyemart Express the moment I walked in the doors! All the staff were very helpful, including Dr. Eggert and his staff. I felt the doctor really took his time with me, and didnt feel rushed at all! There was one individual in particular that was extremely nice and helpful. Her name was Hannah. I felt she went above and beyond for me. She explained to me what certain things were, for my glasses and whether or not my insurance would cover it. She never pressured me into getting something I didnt want. She suggested things and let me make the choice if I wanted it or not. I ended up getting 3 pair of glasses. They had a buy 2 for a certain price. One I had to get trifocals, the other was just my distance, for TV watching. I also got prescription sunglasses. The trifocals and sunglasses had to be sent out of store, but the other pair I received in just 17mins, when I was told 30mins!! Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be going back to the Manitowoc store. I recommend this store!

Went there today to try and get some new lenses, mind you only about a year and a half ago I spent $300 on a new frame and lenses. They wanted me to a get a new frame even though I didnt need one. Just bare face lying to me that my frame is broke. Didnt even offer any discount or anything. Basically if I dont get a new frame I dont get any service. I know Ill will be never coming back and it doesnt matter how fast they can do it.

Super friendly! Had a great experience shopping for our toddlers glasses! Great selection of little kids eye wear. Only down fall is they don’t take our insurance so we e had to pay out of pocket. Wish they had deals for people that can’t use insurance there. Overall it’s a great experience and we LOVE the warranty!

The exam side was 5 star, though the wait was long, I enjoyed their positive attitudes and made me feel like they cared about what they do. I walk into the side where the glasses are and it was like noone saw me, not even a Hello. I notice other people getting greetings, offered help, and/or a basket. I felt unwelcome, so I am buying my glasses for us somewhere else. Id give them 1 star on the glasses side.

I have not used a one-hour eyecare business prior to visiting Eyemart Express. I searched online prior to going in, and think the website is easy to navigate and view frame selections. I was able to make an account online prior to going into the store. All of the frames that I liked were there, and the associate knew exactly where they were located. I was able to quickly pick frames. Since I had already established an account online, my checkout process was simple and fast! My glasses were finished in less than an hour.Im happy to say that I will be returning in the future!

Our first experience at Eyemart Express. It was effortless and fun. Amy helped us and listened without pushing the extras on us. We explained what we wanted and she ran numbers from both our insurances and figured the best deal with our insurance and was very approachable, patient and friendly. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jennifer. She provided excellent customer service, filling me in on what the costs were to my lens prescription and what my insurance covered. This way I knew in advance how much I had left to spend on my frames. She was instrumental in providing feedback on how the frames looked on me and which ones I should pick. She even helped dig some extra ones from the drawers beneath for added choices.Because of the insurance, I was offered an extra pair at no charge. These frames had to be picked from the $19.95 section (although I could have picked a more expensive frame and paid the difference) and the both of us had found some lovely choices.My free glasses were ready in 13 minutes, but the other pair, because of the options I picked, were going to take two weeks. I didnt mind. My free glasses look amazing on me and I can finally see clearly! Fantastic job Jennifer and KUDOS to Eyemart Express!

This was my first experience getting glasses or ever needing them. The staff that helped my wife and I was amazing! They made the process a lot of fun and even helped me pick out the ugliest pair of glasses (that they said they refused to sell me because they looked so bad 😅🤣) so I could tell my wife that they was the ones I wanted... and the look on her face was priceless 😂🤣. Pretty sure you have to have about 6 more zeros in your bank account to be able to pull those glasses off. Huge thank you to the staff that helped us and made the experience so much fun!

Friendly............but that is the people, as for the business I will not support them again. Had gotten 2 pairs of glasses one pair a screw after 1 day of wearing comes out of bow to front had repaired many times by them told them its getting sickning having t constantly come back and have redone and that I would like a replacement set under the warrenty. IM TOLD NO, we have problem fixed now now glasses are out of warranty and still have t constantly have repaired. Warranty from them means absolutely nothing instead they will string u out till warranty period has expired and you are set up with a pair of glasses that are useless unless you have the time t keep running back to their store to have them fixed.Disappointed to say the least, unsatified customer and I WILL NOT recommendDec 4 2020Contacted eyemart express last week as I was asked to do to posibly resolve the issue. Just needed to get glasses to correct one eye for a while... for improved night driving clarity... until the cataract in that eye gets repaired sometime in the future. Didnt need anything fancy... already had prescription from my eye doc. Decided to invest in two pair, since the price was so good. Nice assortment of frames, even in entry level selection. Itd been a few years since my last exam, Dr Eggers was cordial, efficient, and the entire staff was very friendly. Everyone had PPE and they were diligent about wiping EVERYTHING down.

I was very happy with my experience at Eyemart. It is very relaxed, organized, and professional. The People are super friendly and helpful. They have clearance prices to Name Brand prices.

After a year of dealing with this place I finally called it quits. Never could get my classes fitted properly dont know how many times I told them that the progressive lences had to be re done they where to low.needed new lences finally it was corrected thenI had 5 pair of frames break on me for no reason believe it or not they just broke like in thin air. My opion if they would of adjusted the lencesRight off the bat like I had mentioned and if the lences had just a tade bit of quality it wouldnt be bad. You get what you pay junk as always making adjustments to the nose piece and if the frames had just a tade bit of quality it wouldnt be bad but I guess you get what you pay for. Junk

I did not have a positive experience with the manitowoc eyemart ..And this is based on going at least 3 times. The staff that serviced me each time did not make me feel welcome nor do I feel my business was valued. I did not leave feeling good about doing business with eyemart. When I picked up my second pair of eye glasses yesterday they did not fit right and there’re completely lopsided. Now I will need to go back and have it fixed. Next time I will take my $350.00 and go to a place that appreciates customers and makes me want to return.

I had an unfortunate stepped-on-my-glasses incident on Thursday night. By the grace of God I made it through work on Friday. Did my research and went straight to Eyemart Express in Manitowoc. This new location is super nice! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me understand my insurance and patiently waited while I tried on what seemed like half of the frames in the store. 32 minutes later I received a text that both pairs of my desperately needed glasses were done. My experience was great, and saying that is a compliment because I have never had a great experience anywhere else. I went to the store multiple times and tried on numerous pairs of glasses, and when I found the one, I needed to make sure thats what I really wanted before purchasing. When I went back on my second trip Marridian knew that I was being indecisive and had me try on more since they had gotten new ones, with a similar style, in since I had been there. After a while I ended up going with the pair I came intending to get anyway. She walked me through all the options for lenses, looked up my insurance benefits, and helped me to determine what the best was going to be for me. I have had my glasses for over a month, and I have worn them everyday, which I have never done in the past. Thank You!

I live a hour away from this location and called to see if they could assist with such a ridiculous request late in the day. They not only accomadated but were incredibly helpful with my insurance and any question I had. I am a first time customer and definetely will be a repeat!
