Excellent service and beyond fair price!

Amazing little hardware store. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Last two times I was here, I was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for. Way better customer service than big box stores like Lowes and Menards. One time I was doing a plumbing project (I hate plumbing) and an employee helped me lay it out on the floor. A lot of stuff in a relatively small store added to great service makes this a regular choice for me

Service was fast, efficient, and professional.

Refused to cut keys I bought online, even when they did not have the proper keys themselves in store. They said it ruined their cutter at one point, but hard to believe. I asked if theyd cut it, and offered to pay to replace the cutting edge if it was an issue. They said their manager was unavailable to be asked.

The service is wonderful. There is always a happy to assist employee showing me where things are and giving advice when needed

Very poor service.They advertise they cut and Program Keys for your car.They would not do mine because I ordered it Online they said the metal was to thick.I dont believe this.They just want you to pay big bucks to buy the Key Fob threw them.If the Key could not be cut the seller I bought it from would not sell them.
