I live in Missouri and I searched high and low for a truck that I wanted, I finally found 1 way up in Minnesota. I called Joe and he walked me through as much as he could with the truck without me being able to physically see it. In talking with Joe I could tell he was a strait shooter.. I bought the truck and Joe arranged delivery for me all the way down here 600 miles away. It showed up as scheduled and was even more amazing than I could have imagined! We didnt end up finding a car there but Joe was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to try and find something affordable AND reliable for our new teen daughter. Even though the car we wanted didnt work out we will definitely keep looking there because they were all so helpful. To note is that we live in Duluth and he knew this so made sure we didnt waste our time driving down if it wasnt going to work out--most appreciated!

I bought a nice used van here in August of 2018. I was pleased that they did a thorough mechanical check of it, washed it, cleaned the interior, and changed the oil. Shawn was very pleasant to work with and I hope to buy a car here again!

Id never recommend. Was looking at a car they had, asked to test drive it only to find out it was a over priced piece of junk. We told them we were looking at two cars, same model, brand everything (their car and one from another dealer) they would not budge on price and told us to go to the other dealership. Theyre just willing to let money walk out their door. Not impressed.

Very helpful group of people, will find cars for you, if they dont have what you want on there lot. Quality vehicles also, they go through the service department to make sure the vehicle checks out OK.

Didnt buy a truck. They wanted too much for a pick up that would be rated poor if I brought it in.Wouldnt budge in the price despite issues with it.Only test drove the one truck but based on the level of cleanliness and detailing on that particular truck - I didnt even want to test drive anything else.The particular truck had been in lot since Dec 2015 - I test drove June 2016.

Bought my first care here and it was the best experience. Everyone was so patient and really wanted to help me. I never want to buy a car from anywhere else!!! For sure will be going back there for me next car.

Just bought a ford escape here on Tuesday . The staff were great . They let me test drive the car without even making a copy of my lincense . All of the dealership I went to before normally ask to make a copy of my lincense, some even ride along with me on the passenger seat . Adam sales got me a car loan with a better interest rate than I assume I would get with my not so great credit history . The only things I notice with the car is that the fuel guage is inaccurate . The gas light comes on when the fuel guage is at 1/4, which only allows me to pump 11 gallon instead of 16 . Im pretty sure it might just be a bad fuel sensor . I would of still bought the car even if I knew ahead of time because it was being sold at a nice price . The thing that kinda of bother me was the passenger windshield wiper ( rubber part only ) was loose. It started to rain and just after turning my windshield wipers on for about 5 min, It literally flew off while I was driving on the freeway on my way to work the first day I bought it . Luckily it didnt cause a accident . Over all my experience with adams auto sales is decently good ...

They were fantastic and worked to get me a better rate. It was better then going to Kia, were they made us feel like crap. At adams they greeted us and made sure we did not feel any pressure to buy a car. I will go back to adams auto for my next car.
