This Jiffy Lube is the only business I will be taking my car to from now on. They provided me with professional and genuine customer service as soon as I entered the building and I was promptly taken care of from the beginning to the end of my experience. The manager Tony was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and aware of all maintenance that was being performed on my car which is a service that I haven’t experienced at other places and truly appreciated. I will without a doubt be coming back to this Jiffy Lube and would suggest this place to anyone needing maintenance done on their car!

Wouldnt give any stars if that was an option. Was toldbmy serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Had my own mechanic do the work. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Shady business. Will never go here again. Also lost other customers I know as well. Good way to lose business.

Was met by a mechanic before I even hit the door.. I had other issues with my car that was beyond jiffy lube area of expertise but I did get a great recommendation . Service was fast and friendly they even vaccummed my I also wanted my tires rotated and unbeknownst to me I needed an alignment so I was told it wasnt a great idea to get my tires rotated at that time and I appreciated that only thing I did not like is I was charged $5 for antifreeze when I didnt ask for them to top my fluids off but I still give them 5 stars

Great. Unlike Valvoline, these guys arent constantly jabbering at me, trying to butter me up to up-sell me on some service. So annoying. Simple, in and out in about 10 minutes.

I havent taken my car to Jiffy Lube in probably 20 years because there arent any where I live. I remember them being quick but they got done even faster than I had expected. The price for a full synthetic oil change was comparable to other places. There is a $10 off coupon available online. And, you dont need to print it out. They took out both of my air filters to show me how dirty they were. I appreciate that because most places just tell you that you should change them and it might not be necessary. They also asked me if I had my transmission flushed recently because the mileage was just over manufacturer recommendations. I hadnt expected to spend that extra so I decided to wait until I got back home. They even showed me how dirty the transmission fluid was even though I didnt want to have the work done. They even cleaned the outside of my windows and vacuumed out the mats. I had forgotten that they do that. If I need something done, while Im in the area, I will definitely head back to this location.

Blatantly sexist! girlfirend whos a grown woman went in for an oil change. The manager was staring at me the entire time while she was at the counter. Pulled her ac filters out to show her what they look like for no reason. Then preceeded to ask her if she wanted to call her father to make a decisions about things other than an oil change. Extremely inappropriate and gross. Never seen anything like that.

Affordable and fast for an oil change plus other services. However employees speak really fast and need to slow down a bit. Would help understand what is being done to the car better instead of feeling pressured.

Went in for a oil change, got home and noticed a few different broken pieces under the hood. Stuff looked like it had been yanked on in order be done in a hurry. I also have a cap missing as well. Wont be back.

I had a very good experience here. The man who helped me was very honest and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I got more than just an oil change. They replaced a belt and did a transmission flush. Pricing was comparable to other auto shops. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Expect to pay some serious cash for a basic oil change. Can get it much cheaper downtown or basically any other place. Service was good however, and very fast. If you are in a rush and willing to pay an extra 25% more its a good option.

I have had only positive experiences at this Jiffy Lube. The staff is very polite and professional. The waiting times are short. They usually get my truck in immediately. They are very thorough in their inspections. They always show me a list of service options and explain the procedures and show which are due based on mileage and inspection. They never do anything without checking with me. All around superior service.Caveat: Jiffy Lube is not the cheapest place around. I would not bring a clunker here. I come here with my truck because I want it to last as long as possible. An ounce of prevention. . .

Scammers! They came back with a list of things they recommended to get done in addition to an oil change, per usual. I agreed to some of the things and declined the ones I could do myself. One of the ones I declined was replacing the reverse lights, because I can change a light bulb. Glad I didn’t because when I got home by boyfriend said neither of them were out, when I had been told that both were burnt out! Just trying to get extra money out of you for stuff you don’t even need done. Go else where.

Great oil change service

From reading some of the past reviews, customer service seemed to be an issue. However, thats not the case in the present day. As soon as I pulled into the lot I was greeted by Junior, an employee, who escorted me inside and informed me of the process. Once inside, Charlie went through the diagnostics of my car (I came in for an oil change). The oil change took at most 15 minutes with four other customers already inside. Quick, easy, friendly. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Was not told the price of services before they started, making sure I had no choice. Way over priced. Will NOT be going back. Take the time to get an appointment at an actual dealership for better prices before considering going here. Also took advantage of the fact that I am a young college student who does not have the money for a $90 to throw at an oil change, was backed in to corner after they assumed I would just go with what they said.

A 10min job turned into an hour And no one thought to tell me about the wait change. Then when I got into my car it smelled like BO. To finish it off I have oily finger prints all over the door and Hood of my car. Don’t come here.

Charged me to recharge my A.C. Obviously didnt test it because it didnt work. Took it to a mechanic who told me my compressor was out. I understand not knowing the problem but they charged me and sent me out the door without a word like it was working.

A nice place for a quick oil change. When I drop in early, theres usually only a short wait, and everything is taken care of quickly. While they mention a lot of upsells during checkout (air filters, etc) its not a hard sell by any means.My biggest complaint is that they only have Fox News playing in the waiting room. Please pick any other station.

Polite and quick service. The only problem I had in my history of going there is they put my back windchill wiper on wrong and it scratched my back window.

I have heard far too many bad things about this site. Rudeness of employees and charging for services not rendered. How dare you charge a person for nothing done? And then tell them that they are denied any second look or any kind of conversation about this?Shame on the company.

Very irritating that they always try to pressure you into replacing your air filters by taking them out of the vehicle without asking and showing them to you. Im sure that sales tactic works too when people arent familiar with what normal dirty looks like.
