We were just in a Mattress Firm store and spoke with the sales rep Zach, and he was such a great sales person and was able to speak with such gleefulness about the beds. we purchased a King Mattress on the spot with the pillow, topper, and sheets. He also talked us into the adjustable bed frame!Zach did such a great job balancing, multiple customers and phone calls, getting everyone taken care of, and made us feel like we were making the best purchase of our lives. Was an easy experience, my salesman just kept changing the mattress to let me try out all my options. Its not easy to buy a bed but he asked me a lot of questions and came up with a couple of good choices and narrowed it down pretty quickly. I went into the Mankato Mattress Firm on Saturday, May 1st looking for a new bed. I went in looking for a Stearns and Foster and ended up with a Temperpedic. Mattress shopping is never easy😂The sales person, Casey, I worked with was excellent as I went through the decision making process. He was knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the beds, as well as the adjustable bases and pillows. The choice was not easy, but the shopping experience was wonderful. I found my bed, adjustable base and pillows. My significant other also worked with Zack on purchasing a mattress for his guest room. Zack was also wonderful to work with.Thank you to both of these gentlemen for the great job.

Casey was awesome, we came in last Sunday and he was super busy. we were looking for a mattress, we tried going for finance but kept forgetting things and ended up going back and forth. We eventually got declined. Our budget was about $500 and everything was just out of reach. I found one I liked, it was on sale for $7-800 the original retail price was around $1,000. Casey was able to give it to us for only $500!!! Practically half off the original retail!!!! Needless to say I am very pleased with my experience from there and have made it my go to mattress store!

Casey was pushy and scared multiple people out of the store while we were there. He was babbling pseudoscience at us and when corrected got hostile. REM sleep is supposed to happen in cycles. Thats something anyone can google. Incredibly rude to another customer who asked him to repeat something and made her feel stupid. I would rather continue to sleep on the floor than give my money to this self-important, rude pinecone.
