I bought my sleep number from Mankato, MN. Max Short is who helped me.. He was very knowledgeable about the bed. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood. He let me try many different beds in order to come to the conclusion of which one was right for me.There was no pushing of the product on me. He was only concerned that I understood all of the different features of their beds.Would highly recommend Sleep Number and working with Max.

We got our mattress here. Travis was a great help. He ran through our sleep numbers talked about financing. We got our mattress delivered and setup and they did an excellent job. He followed up and asked whether we had any additional concerns. They have a good selection and w as d quick and easy. The sleep number is great for me and my wife as we have very different needs I regard to firmness of our mattress. We had bought two mattresses prior to this and as our bodies changed we needed something different. This mattress lets us change it with any changes that happen and we get a great nights sleep. Check it out. We have really enjoyed ours.

I met with Travis in the store and tried out multiple different beds. His vast knowledge of all the products was very helpful and I didnt feel any pressure to buy. After laying in there beds for one minute I realized that I had been sleeping in the wrong bed for years! Great staff and great beds, ask for Travis!

Terrible store, when I purchased pillow, seller told me that I could return it. Eventually, I found out that I couldnt return pillow because of the stupid policy they have. However, I exchanged it to pillow case, they promised me to send a check to my new address. After two weeks I didnt receive anything and called to the store. I spoke with a rude seller. whose name is Max, and he told me that check was sent to new address. How stupid theyre if they do this kind of stuff. Please be smart and dont purchase anything from this store

Love my new i8 Sleep Number bed that Max sold to us. The adjustable base my wife absolutely loves . Her restless legs are not giving her any more pains. And my snoring has subsided due to the adjustable base thank you Max. I am going to tell everybody about you and Sleep Number!

WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! I bought a special edition and I hate it. It is so uncomfortable and I am unable to return it because of the companys stupid return/exchange policy! I would look elsewhere for a bed and I definitely do not recommend this type of bed for anyone. Now I am stuck with a crappy bed that I paid a ton of money for.
