Kimberly somehow knew when she saw me in my dress, that I was going to pick it. She was & is extremely helpful. I originally found another dress I liked online & sent the picture to Kimberly. She said she had 2 similar to the other 1 & guess what? I FOUND THE 1 AT ENCORE BRIDAL!!! You wont be disappointed!!!!

What a wonderful place to buy a wedding dress! We were treated like family, and my daughter found the perfect gown. Kim is sweet and patient, and wants the best for her brides. We all had a great experience!

My daughter and I started her wedding dress and bridesmaid dress shopping at Encore Consignment and Bridal Boutique. We met with Kim (the owner of this shop) for our scheduled appointment. Kim was so kind, informative and patient with us. She helped us to navigate through this planning stage. We ended up ordering our bridesmaid dresses from this shop and we have been very pleased with their service and quality of the dresses. I was with my Latina friend here after school, so we both brought our backpacks in. After my friend tried on some dresses we decided to go elsewhere. The employee only stopped my friend and requested to search her backpack, but not mine. I don’t know if it was just this employee but it seems that they racially profile customers

I love this store! Theres a really nice selection of clothing and jewelry. And, Im a jewelry girl.....so, I get stuck there, before I get anywhere else, usually! The staff is very kind, helpful, and fun!A special shout out to Bonnie! U are great! I was in there way back in February, when winter started. As I recall, I ended up trying on all these things & probably getting too much, while Id peak out the window to see if the snow was really coming down hard yet or not! Lol. We had a lot of fun that day! So, it was a good break for me, before the storm that was really the rest of the entire winter! Not a fan of it being too cold or too hot. What ever happened to spring & fall?!I definitely look forward to going Encore sometime again soon. I think most ppl would find the shop to be a good find! So, if ya havent been in to this store, ya should really take a look! I never comment in the review section of most businesses. So, that goes to show I must really like it!Off to go shopping ya go! :)

So it says they open at 10 am. I arrive at 10 to find it closed...waited 15 minute and then finally someone opened. Clearly being on time isnt a priority for them.

Brides to be...start here when looking for your dress! I found my dream dress here and they have a wonderful staff that do all they can to make sure you find what you want. I stayed within my budget and couldnt be happier with my experience!

I would never recommend anyone go here. This was my first dress hunting experience so i almost decided to make my own... I wouldnt recommend unless they were a size 0 and planned to buy your dress for sure, that day. I dont recall the ladys name that helped me but she was pretty rude leaving the curtain partially open when I was dressing and said not to worry about it because no one was out there. I had 3 people with me sitting right outside the curtain, in-laws and as I was pulling up my dress, looked a strange man in the eyes. Embarrassing, awkward, uncomfortable and avoidable had the employee cared.

Ive been shopping here for the last 3 years and still enjoy it.

I went here looking for my wedding dress. They had a lot of different options and styles. The employee was very kind and helpful, wasnt even annoyed when we showed up close to closing, since we didnt pay attention to the store times.However, I found my dress and it was used and absolutely filthy dirty. When I brought up how visibly dirty the dress was she only wanted to give me $50 off, still making this USED and DIRTY dress almost $1000I felt very unsure about the price and quality of the dress, so ended up searching for the dress I found, but in a new condition just to compare prices.I eneded up finding the dress, CLEAN and BRAND NEW for only $100 more than the consignment shop wanted to charge me.I never did call back to see if theyd give me a better price on the dirty dress, so Im not sure if this is something they would have fixed... but it definitely turned me off for buying my wedding dress at any consignment shop.If you shop here, get your Google machines ready and price check for sure!!!
