I found the young man, Elijah Morris, who helped me with my concern very friendly, polite and concerned that he did his job correctly. He appeared to be in training, which is fine as we all have been in that position. He had was able to explain at level where we were able to understand, he would frequently ask if we had an questions. I was able to stop in, Justin helped me get a better price than Best buy offered and helped me get my military discount. Ive been with att for years and no one has asked that before! Yesterday my husband and I were Verizon customers; today we are with AT&T. We went to Verizon to get new iPhones. Verizon refused to help us after waiting 20 minutes beyond our appointment time. We went to AT&T and were immediately helped by Maxwell R. He was absolutely wonderful! He helped us with new AT&T accounts and then set up our phones and watches. Today we finalized everything with the help of Max and Justin. I am so pleased with the service we received at the AT&T store on Madison Avenue in Mankato, Mn! Thank you so much Max and Justin! We were amazed by the terrific service from Max and Justin. There was a lot of setup needed for our phones and Apple watches, which seemed easy for them.It was great to find this calibre of customer service when it seems to be disappearing completely. Just a few minutes earlier and a few blocks away, the Verizon store on Madison Avenue in Mankato, MN operated in the dungeon for customer service — there we were treated rudely by both the person at the door and the agent who was there to help. We had been Verizon customers for so many years with great service; its deterioration was very depressing.But, it feels good now to be with AT&T in Mankato. The entire store was a comfortable place to be, mostly due to its staff. Thanks.
