I had my phone repaired by cellaxs on January 1st. The phone screen did not last a full month before I started having problems with it. It is now the 25th of January and when I stopped at the store the guy refused to grant me the warranty. The phone did not get dropped like he assumed, The product that they use is just poor. Do not recommend going there for repairs. He also hung up on my when I called later

Called and asked to get my iPhone x screen replaced and was surprised to find out it only costs $110! Upon asking why it was so cheap compared to somewhere else the person I spoke to said it was an aftermarket plus screen. I know some places replace the screen with a lower quality/resolution LCD screen so thats why its cheaper and if its more expensive they use a OLED screen which is what iPhone Xs natively come with. When I asked which one it was he would only tell me about a lifetime warranty and kept going on about aftermarket plus, premium, OEM, etc and wouldnt tell me which type of screen he uses. Be aware going here they are cutting corners to cut costs! Ask what kind of screen they are using if you want the same quality of screen that you got the phone with! I would much rather pay more to have the same quality of screen that my phone came with.Edit to their response: OEM quality means using an OLED screen that has a higher resolution, not an LCD screen. This is still misleading with a low cost without customers knowing what they are getting. Let the record show too that not once in my experience with them have they mentioned whether or not theyre using an LCD or OLED screen at $110, they only refer it to aftermarket.

Have gone here 4 times in three weeks the quality is bad.... put android display in the phone without asking screen then put on has cracked 3 different times. Always say they will give a good discount but have yet to pay under 120 for their services. They have horrible customer service and shouldn’t be touching anyone’s phones they put horrible quality screens on to keep brining you back. Honestly the worst place I have ever been to you should not get your phone fixed here ever!

They were very quick and replaced my iPhone 11 Pro screen. I come back and when I get my phone back my phone was burned on the sides and over two of the cameras. My phone also has glitches and acts as if someone else is touching my screen. They were very kind and quick but poor quality.

They refused to warranty their screen they put on even though it looks like a B/W CRT screen. The pixels look bigger than the letters they try to spell out. These people should be embarrassed to provide such low quality parts, and have this be the work they “stand by”. Word to the wise, don’t get your phone fixed at a sketchy mall kiosk.

Great work on the my iPhone 8 Repair and iPad last week. I had shattered screens (kids love ipads) and these guys were able to get it fixed pretty fast here in the River Hills Mall. I highly recommend them for phone repair!

Good customer service

Uses non OLED screens for Iphone Xs and up unless otherwise specified by the customer, for a higher price. They use a LCD screen in their replacements, which is a far lower quality in picture compared to an OLED screen. They dont fix or refund issues that they caused with the phones while repairing. I would highly not recommed.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would, this place is the absolute worst i spent 140$ here and my screen came out worse than before. Yes they put a new screen on it but it kept spazzing out like the wires werent attached properly and i spent more money trying to get that repaired the the original damage itself. And dont get me started on them bribing customers by telling them to give them 5 star rating on google and get 5$ off their repair. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! NEVER AGAIN

He was very helpful but when I got home I discovered that I am unable to make or end calls with different phone companies. Even though he could fix it right away he didnt. Now I have to wait and get a new phone. Wont use them ever again!!!!!!!

They treat customers so well. One time I had a hard time finding Iphone cases but the employee was very polite and was showing me different cases. He was patient with me throughout the whole time and finally I found a case that I liked and the best part is that I still use the case and it is still working smooth for me. Great customer service

After getting phone screen “repaired” here, I can no longer hear people through my speaker. In order to talk to someone, they have to be on speaker phone. This makes talking to people in public impossible. This is in addition to my home button not working. They will not fix the problem for me.

I had them fix my screen due to it being cracked and an hour after leaving the new phone screen dies. I went back to have them fix it and he charges me for a new screen... doesn’t make any sense to me! Very disappointed I’ve used their services quite a few times in the past but I definitely will not be going back!

They exchanged a defective phone case for me once. The second phone case wore out after a month, and they wouldnt exchange it or give me my money back. They tried to sell me another case with a discount. Not recommended here as they have very poor quality merchandise.

Professional experience

I brought my phone here to fix a cracked screen. They fixed the cracked screen, but the home button does not work. They said if the home button did not work, bring it back in a couple days and they will repair it. Brought it back after a couple days and they are saying they don’t have a home button’s. Don’t get your phone fixed here if you want your home button to work.
