Great Store, Friendly Staff.. I wish they had Big & Tall section but I get it. Can’t remember the managers name but she was cool... we talked Stranger Things for a few minutes a few months ago. I normally don’t do reviews and came across Hot Topic and I remembered her, so I figured I’d do a review. Not sure if she is still there and I unfortunately do not recall her name but I enjoy that store.

I always love coming here to check out what’s new every time. This store is always growing and introducing new products. I’m super happy to see some Kpop merch there now.

Packed full of fun stuff. Very organized for the amount of merchandise to space. An employee has never even spoken to me when Ive been in the store.

Nightmare experience with the in store people not knowing the policy for online orders shipping to the store and the online support people not communicating when my package arrived. Quality of products is good but I will never purchase anything from them that requires shipping. If they dont have my size in store than I dont need it enough to deal with this nightmare again.

My only criticism is more plus size in store. I like to try on in store. Would spend much more money if they could accomodate this

It was alright. Prices were a bit steep, and the staff not so friendly. The selection of items has gone down hill over the last couple years. Kind of a let down.
