Had four staff working standing at the counter staring at me & a friend without saying hi or anything the whole time we were in there we found a pair of shoes we wanted but with the poor customer service we walked out!!!!

Bought some nice Levi’s boot at journeys. Buy my shoes there every once and a while.Anyways I had bought these Levi’s and took them home and wore them around the house. They started to feel uncomfortable so I just decided to return them. Get to the store and the employee told me. “They are to dirty at the bottom and that they would be hard to sell.”Update: Sent my dad to go in a day after they said they can’t take them back. My dad goes in and they take them back without looking at them and no questions ask... Age Discrimination? Haven’t bought my shoes there since.

I love journeys. I got 2 pairs pairs vans for there .the prices are great $60 to $75 .

A bit spendy. But great atmosphere and products.

It is a clean store that is well organized with good if not somewhat expensive products.
