Ive always had the best experience here at Ulta! I recently tried going to a salon near me and they did not achieve anything with what I paid to have done. Thankfully I was able to get in kelseys chair at the earliest possible opening 💕 😌 She worked miracles for me!! Never again will I try to find a closer place ✨ My hair went from the worse I’ve seen my hair to the most beautiful end result!! So happy to have her at Ulta beauty. I also had excellent experiences with two other girls who work there as well 🤍 thank you so much to Kelsey.

I have been to this location several times and have never had such amazing service as I did on Saturday. Brooke was so nice and friendly! She even happily chatted with my 4 year old. One of the products I purchased came with a free sample and she replaced it with a similar product because they were sold out of the other one. That has never happened to me before, I usually just miss out but she was nice enough to make sure I I was able to get a free gift as promised. I normally would rate this store service a 3.5 maybe 4 but she made it 5!

Clean and well lit. Helpful employees and stocking was solid. Found what we needed quickly and easily.

I forgot my concealer back home. And I was thinking of trying something different. The lady was so nice and so helpful and didnt try and sell me on the most expensive items. She was knowable about drug store and higher end makeup. And was honest and sincere. The store wasnt super busy and had a great selection compared to some ultas.

The girl that helped me was very sweet and friendly. Wonderful selection of products.

I came to this Store to pick up a Birthday gift. Im not REAL CERTAIN, AS TO THE YOUNG LADY ISSUE WAS. IM NOT SURE IF SHE JUST WANTED TO BE IN CONTROL OR IF SHE WAS JUST HAVING A BAD DAY.....HOWEVER AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE, ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THANK GOD FOR MATURE WOMEN, I DONT REMEMBER THE MANAGER NAME BUT SHE CAME TO MY RESCUE AND I DEFINITELY APPRECIATED IT. THANKS AGAIN MGR.

Ladies at the checkout counter were very helpful and let me know about other services offered in the store such as their salon doing hair and makeup. Both ladies that were working on Feb 18,2020 between 5&6pm (I cant remember their names) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me with all my questions and concerns. This was my first trip to Ulta in Mankato, MN and it will definitely not be my last! Thank you ladies!

Went in to get my first color done at a salon and it wasnt at all what I asked for. What I got I could have done myself with a box at walmart. When I called and spoke to the manager she refused to give me a refund until 4 days later when I refused for them to touch my hair again. After almost a week I got my refund and still made it sound like it was my fault my hair turned out the way it did.

Such a fantastic experience thanks to Emily F! She was so personable and helpful. Even during the crazy Christmas shopping...she had time to greet us, ask us if we needed help...which we declined..and then somehow find us right as we needed help again. She was very efficient at finding us the stuff we needed and helping find great substitutes for stuff they were sold out of. She was absolutely killing it with us and with her other customers!

First time in only because I dont live very near a store, staff was super friendly and helpful. I felt very well attended to and taken care of. Dangerous only because I could easily spend all my money really fast!

Wonderful shopping experience. Emily the manager and the Bare Minerals consultant Angie helped me tremendously with finding a line of make up care in which i wont have an allergic reaction. Gave me a makeover right there. Very pleased!

Nice big Ulta. Theres all kinds of prestige and drug store brand makeup, perfume, hair and skin care items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good products for a variety of budgets.

My wife and I had a good experience in this store. A staff member was very helpful in helping us choose a cologne and a mascara. This Ulta also has an excellent product selection according to my wife.

They did a wonderful job with my sons haircut. They were friendly and able to get us in immediately on a walk-in.

My fav store! The products are so affordable. Dont bring your toddlers lol. Make sure if you want the right products for your skin type that you arent in rush. You should never rush beauty.

Their specials are amazing and it makes it so you can better afford all those things you have been wanting for a while but had been holding back on because of their price.

I love Ulta. It is where I buy 90% of my makeup. They literally have everything I need and the pricing is spot on! However, this location has the RUDEST employees I have ever met. Any given day there will typically be 5-10 people staffed and there is only ever one girl that is nice. The employees are stuck up, not helpful, and just genuinely don’t want to be there. If you don’t like customer service and retail then don’t get a job in that field!The past few times I’ve been in I’ve literally had to track girls down to help me find what I need. In my past 5 visits when I’ve asked for a product suggestion I’ve been told “I don’t know. We have a lot of stuff.” Lol, what? Your job is to know what works well for different issues and be able to suggest different products! Yesterday when I visited I was at the check out and there were products on the counter as “last minute buy” items. I picked up a lipstick and said “wow this is a really pretty color, do you know if this brand lasts long?” and was met with the sales associate going “your total is blah blah blah. Swipe your card” GIRL! There was no one in line behind me and 2 other open registers. You literally could’ve just sold another $20 worth or merchandise but instead decided to be rude? Ugh. Over it. This location has now become a get in and get the heck out stop for me because I’m sick of the mean employees.

I used to be a Sophora fan, but recently converted. The staff here are always on the ball and ready to help. The lights are really bright so you can see what you need to buy for your face and they are very helpful and knowledgeable when you need some recommendations or helpful pointers on skincare. Thanks Ladies you all are rockstars!

Im not really into makeup at all, but Im drawn into this store because of the beautiful displays and colors everywhere! It would be nice if they carried Fenty Beauty products, because Id like to try a foundation.

Most of our visit was fine but when we got up to the register Anna was the one who rang out my sister and I. My sister went first and when she declined to sign up for their rewards program, not only did my sister have to decline 3 times, but Annas attitude quickly changed from welcoming to rude and snippy.This was only the second time Ive been to an ulta and I have never been impressed with their customer service.Ill be sticking to sephora for my beauty needs from now on.

Extremely upset!! After reaching diamond status and spending hundreds to get my hair colored, I go to a salon in my town the day of my bros wedding about a week later and the stylist states that ULTA had missed a bunch and ULTA will not fix the problem

Excellent selection of beauty products for literally EVERYONE

Im pretty new to going to ulta, I never cared that much about makeup but have a new found interest in it. Ive gone a couple of times by myself or with my mom. The customer service was always good, a worker would ask if we needed anything we usually declined and said we were just looking and thanks. But the last time I went in I had my boyfriend along and I didnt have the same customer service experience. I was looking for a good highlighter and maybe a contour kit and being new to makeup really I looked at basically everything they had really trying to figure out what I should get. (In the high end makeup section) when I came in they asked me if I needed help, I decline bc honestly Im pretty shy and didnt want to show my lack of personal knowledge of makeup I figured Id just really take my time. A minute later someone else came up to me and said she had to grab a certain item on display by me. Minutes later she brought it back. A few of the workers did this same exact thing. Every few minutes. Or they would be tidying something up the next display over. Basically anything they could do to what felt like to keep a close eye on me. I honestly felt like they thought I was going to steal something bc my boyfriend(who is half Native American with long hair and looks kind of rugged) was with me. I never got treated that way alone or with my mom. So I am just assuming the difference was bc I was with him being that I always browse for a long time. My behavior didnt change but theirs did dramatically. I kept a good attitude and pretended to not notice and bought $80 worth of stuff but when I left I was actually really bothered... still love all the products. Not sure about the workers but I can ignore them.
