I hired Kato Movers to remove a piano from my parents house into a trailer and get it secured. Every interaction I had with them was helpful and reassuring. On Tuesday, Aug.11 we were ready to move. At 8:30 three young men arrived from Kato moving. They introduced themselves as Jesse, Jacob, and Chad. They were polite and ready to work. In a matter of a couple hours they had moved all our furniture and packed it in their truck. Jesse was the lead and showed great experience and confidence. We knew we were in good hands. He was strong physically and didnt shy away from picking up furniture and walking it out the door. He gave Jacob and Chad good instructions and showed them what to do. The other end of the move was the delivery and again all three young men worked very hard and moved all of our furniture into our new residence. When a narrow stairway stopped the moving of a couch upstairs they were kind enough to take the couch to our storage facility in Shakopee as they returned to Mankato. The whole experience was wonderful from our perspective. Jesse, Jacob and Chad made this move wonderful. Thank you.

The three guys that came yesterday to do the move were very professional and polite. Their movers were COVID safe and wore masks. For the loading up, we had Jesse, Austin and Nathan. They were on time, worked hard and placed red rubber backed carpet throughout our home. They were terrific. For the unloading, we had Jesse, Austin and Alex. Again they placed red carpet runners throughout our town house, and they worked hard and cheerfully. I needed help to move into my new apartment in Mankato (right next to the Mayo Clinic) and I found Kato Moving Company. I was very impressed. The service was excellent, price was the best, and the crew members were extremely professional: thorough, fast and incredibly understanding.I was very pleased with their work. My new apartment has strict rules about maintenance, so the 2 crew members, Jesse and Bobbie put runner rugs in my rooms while unloading my belongings. My apartment also requires tenants to place pads/rugs underneath all furniture to help prevent scratching of the floors and these 2 crew members literally went above and beyond to help. One of their crew members, Jesse held one side of my furniture (Queen-sized bed, night stand, dresser and bookshelf) while the other crew member, Bobbie helped me to put felt pads and/or rugs underneath all of my furniture! They even brought my kitchen table to the hallway to put the felt pads on before bring it to my living room because the hallway has rugs and my apartment only has floor. They were very careful with all my belongings and the apartment itself. I cant ask for better crew members!I will definitely tell friends, family and colleagues about your company and those amazing crew members that you have. I highly recommend using Kato Moving and request Jesse and Bobbie; if I have to move again, Ill definitely call these guys.

Great company to work with! The main contact was with Mary Canaday who came to give me a quote. She was very pleasant and took the time to explain all my questions. The move went very well. I don’t like letting people touch my junk but they packed everything very carefully and delivered everything on time with no damage. I would highly suggest using these guys for your move. :)

Jesse and Caden were awesome! Both were hard working, professional, and detail oriented.

We had to have a last minute move for a home renovation. The crew was very professional and helpful. They asked questions to make sure we understood everything. The main crew(Dakota, Ken, and Jordan) were great! They even called in some reinforcements(Dylan, Jesse, Nate, and Brandon)so that we were out by dinner. We will be happy when they all return, to move us back in. We would highly recommend them to others!
