Had to return a box with shoes purchased online. The instructions I was issued were to print two labels and put one inside, another one should be glued on the outside part of the box. I did as instructed and brought the box to the UPS store but did not tape it, being not sure if theyd need to check / insure the content and verify the first label inside. The lady at the counter said she would ship my box open to the online store, which was certainly not the way boxes are shipped. I asked if she could put a tape on the box, since instructions were not clear on the taping part, and she said shed charge me for the tape. I said I had no problem paying for the taping stripe. The conversations tone was as if I was trying to steal from the UPS by asking to put a stripe of tape.

Extremely professional, supportive and understanding. Shipped a big and awkward personal item to Italy, arrived on time and in perfect condition, so great packaging service as well.

Saturday morning I went in to the store to return some work equipment. Both staff members were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Great service and attention.

Only in the store about 20 seconds. They are fast and efficient at returning Amazon orders. The employees arent overly friendly, but definitely not rude. The parking lot at their strip mall is kind of a nightmare.

I would first like to say been in Mankato for almost 15 years and the stores are awesome here. Whats more important to know is when companies goes that extra distance. My experience with Mankato UPS store is bar none. They have been excellent with all my needs. Nothing is free in this world so for those nay sayers that think you should get every thing free, try owning your own business and give away your service and product for free. I have to say that the store is always clean and the employees always greet you and give you 110% of their attention. That is all you can ask for. I would hate for the UPS store to close or move. It would hurt this community greatly. So please do your job as a community member and be nice. SUPPORT your local community stores and address positive feedback even when you are not having your best day. I am sure that the people at UPS store are giving their best day on your worst issues.

OMG! I went into this place, looking for BOxes. The Older lady must have been having a bad day. I hope bcuz if she treats her customer’s the way she did that day! I asked about boxes and she asked me what size was I looking for, I wasn’t certain, she replied with if you don’t know I cannot help you. As she was walking away mumbling something another young man walks up showing me, what they had as he was coming my way she was mumbling to him! I WILL NEVER AGAIN COME TO THIS LOCATION NEVER! She was extremely ANTAGONISTIC! totally uncalled for!!!

I went here for the notary service and had an excellent experience. I cant even think of enough good words to say about this place. The guy knew helped me figure out exactly what i needed and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Thanks!

Have never been treated so rudely by a young male who assisted me at the register. I asked to take pictures of the shipping label to send to the recipient and he snapped at me. Then, they took my belongings to the back to box them. Im not sure what was going on but the young guy went back and was talking to a lady, she looked up and told him to wait and smiled at me. Not sure what that was about, but hoping that my package makes it to its destination! Will NEVER use this facility again! Will drive to North Mankato to the normal UPS facility!

Never wrote a review before but I have to say something about the older woman that works there. She has no manners whatsoever - did not extend a hello, please or thank you and berated me the entire time. Horrible experience.

Fast stop good location

Very happy with their receiving my shipments and prompt notice of arrivals! They have a great system that keeps my packages secure and all at a really good price!

Worst customer experience ever! Rita was extremely rude when I asked why I needed to pay for 2 blank pages that printed when I printed my documents. She immediately got loud and defensive and treated me with such disrespect. She interrupted me several times and talked over me. She claimed UPS charges them for whatever is printed, even blank pages with no ink on them. She kept trying to argue and I asked her to just ring me up so I could leave and she wouldn’t stop! I’ll NEVER come here again!

BUSINESSES: Be VERY WARY of this store - they will nickle and dime you to death. The store owner and manager act very nice to your face but they will charge you for every penny possible and whatever you do, DO NOT CUSTOM ORDER ANY BUSINESS MATERIALS FROM THEM. They have damaged thousands of dollars worth of items shipped and do not accept responsibility for their poor quality of work. GO TO FEDEX OR ANOTHER CARRIER

Messed up the notary, white out, which wasnt a big deal, but clerk wouldnt listen or answer, just glibs and rushing. She Wouldnt stop moving so we could do it right. Clerk threw my envelope up on the counter, not in bin or shoot, and the counter was full of stuff and packages, etc...Alas, it took 8 days to get to Mpls. a regular business envelope. I had that feeling as I stood there this isnt gonna go well! I should have mailed envelope myself, when she threw on the counter and didnt take the time to put in a proper receptacle. I called and it was every one else fault, wouldnt listen, rude, etc... The Receiver time stamped. Then she blamed the post office, right, my money is on her. SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY GUT AND GOT OUT OF THERE!

If I could post 0 stars I would. I paid extra for insurance and packaging and they broke the packaging and lost partial of its contents. Denied the claim and treated us as the customer very poorly. WIll never go through that joke of a store again. FedEx, you have a new costumer!
