The sales associate that helped my wife and I was very knowledgeable, and answered each question we had and did not rush us, but rather took her time and answered each question and deemed it important.Wish I could remember her name so I could give her Kudos.

Needed a stain match. They tried and I went to check it out, no too brown! The woman who is supposed to be the one to match, got attitude and says what do you want? I want it to match. You want it more yellow, I dont know, I want it to match. Week later my husband and I go back and it looked like it might be right. No it wasnt! Okay well try again. Husband called back and said it needs more yellow high, can you help. Their response...No, manager is out of stock with the yellow high, not going to order, we arent going to bother! So we are stuck with an unmatched stain.

The worker had an attitude. Absolutely worst experience. As we were looking for supplies and paint my elderly grandmother wanted to use the bathroom, he said the front bathroom was under repair and the back bathroom could be occupied. Upon asking if he could check (since we also couldnt go into the back ourselves to check per his own orders) he answered we are a paint store if you want a bathroom store go to home depot. At this moment I stopped all of my browsing and dropped my supplies to go to home depot to get better service. While I understand a bathroom isnt always expected he could have at the very least have not tried being snarky at customers who asked if he could check the bathroom once in a total of 6 minutes.Save your time and get better service at home depot or literally anywhere else.

What a fantastic experience! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with choosing paint for a whole house at once but the girl who helped me ( I wish I would have gotten her name) was really fantastic. She listened to the direction I wanted to go in and offered amazing suggestions, room by room, until I had chosen a complete color palette. I would highly recommend Sherwin Williams for all of your painting needs.

It was a good overall experience. Got paint samples for the rooms and kids got to watch the paint machine mix paints.

Ample parking and easily spotted. I did have some issues with the paint I bought-- it didnt mix well-- but they worked with me to make it right. They also have fairly decent sales at regular intervals so although they are more expensive than Lowes and Home Depot, if you go during a sale they are comparable. But their people seem to know what they are doing a little more than some other places. Worth the extra money to get the right expertise.

We found that our clerk was extremely helpful in finding the primer paint that we wanted. The store is very friendly and works to get you what you want.

Price is higher than most big box hardware store depending on the promotion it can be only a few bucks more. The paint quality is decent and color selection is fairly large. Customer service was fine we ended up satin instead of semi gloss, human error we should of doubled checked too, still turned out fine. Paint has held so far with no issues.

Great customer service! They stand behind their product and have very helpful suggestions about the whole painting process.

I think its good paint, seen the comments from people that dont understand paint and the person who cleared that up. Ive been buying SW for 7 plus years, not sure Id trust the paints in other stores.

Prices a little lower to compete better with the big box stores. If there wasnt a sale going on I would be hard pressed to buy the paint I did.
