I took back a battery that wouldnt hold a charge that has been in a daily driver for only 14 months and was told it was my fault because I wasnt maintaining the battery. I asked them, its a maintenance free battery whats there to maintain? Needless to say I lost $265. because they dont honor their warranties.

So this place is pretty amazing. New key fob for my 2016 f150 costs $250 from the dealership, $175 from here. Only problem is the key only works on one side. Nice staff. They fix phones also.

This place has overpriced products.lt is located on Debbie Ln,Mansfield. To get fix the broken screen ofiPhone 11 Pro was almost $300.Everyone else is $130/$150.The owner was very rude.His face turned red when l asked why too expensive compare to other places.He just said if you want to pay is ok if not you can leave. He does not care about his costumers.

The battery in my car went out yesterday and I needed to get it replaced. I bought it at Batteries Plus in Mansfield 2 years ago. I called the store and it was still under warranty. After finding someone to jump my car, I went to Batteries Plus. They were amazing. The battery was free and Neil installed it for me right there at the shop. What a blessing. Definitely made my day! I will forever buy batteries from them!

The Batteries Plus Bulbs owner and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and went beyond the competition to make my car battery purchase as easy as possible. When my battery began to have issues, I realized I had already called a competing shop that had sold me the battery. Not only did they not return my call as they promised, they also failed to note that there was still a warranty on the battery. On the other hand, when the battery I requested was not in stock, the Batteries Plus Bulbs owner personally tracked down one at another store and called me to expedite its installation. Not the brightest bulbs here...I came in for a warranty battery on my moto. I questioned the guy if it was charged or not because he originally told me it had not been.He finally assured me it’s charged. I drove back home and my bike still doesn’t start. I charge the battery overnight and still no luck. I call the store and question the manager who he assure me the battery is fine.I haul the bike all the way to dallas dealership. Verdict? I never really thought about a battery store is being a place that I would frequent regularly. But I now purchase all my car batteries here. I take my UPS systems in to have their batteries replaced when they go bad. Nearly every time I go into the store, I find a new flashlight that I want. They also have a wide selection of LED and fluorescent bulbs and a lot of other cool things like light switches that light up put on the wall of the closet under the stairs where there is no electricity. If you purchase a car battery here, they will go out to your car and install it for you and take care of the old battery. They provide warranties on everything that they sell to you and keep track of your shopping history so that you get some perks in the future as a valued customer. I really just like going to the store because it has some of the best customer service I have found in any retail establishment.

Good batteries at fair price. A big feature is they plug in a battery to your car while they change your battery for free, so you do not lose any settings. My 3 yr batteries I have bought from they have lasted over 4 years. Excellent group 31 deep cycle batteries also, hard to find size for boat or RV.

Bought a 24 pack of AAA batteries in a bulk box package ((6) 4 packs of batteries. Unfortunately these batteries must have been on the shelf for years - corroded, leaking and stuck in the box. Have had good experience with BPB in the past but this one was terrible. Clarification - The gentleman working with me was great and the people I have interacted with in the past have always been helpful. Just a little bummed because I have to make another trip to get some good batteries.

Not a good experience... we had a screen replaced and the home button was not fixable... instead of waiting for us to return they continued to replace the screen... instead of waiting to make sure we were ok with that.The screen they used was not compatible with the phone... battery would not stay charged and called random people on its own... when we went to speak to the employee at the store about it... he basically told us TOO BAD and informed us that he was the manager...will never return...

Had Duracell battery that is less than a year old that they refused to warranty. Said it was a neglect issue since it only failed under load. Im an electrical engineer and that is pure BS. This is a defective battery.

I called before I went in to see about my new iphone7 that I dropped the employee notified me that they stopped taking phones @2:30pm and that they closed at 5, no problem made it there before 2:30pm... employee looked at my phone and diagnosed it as done saying I might as well get a new iphone7 because the repair would be just as much as a new phone. So a week later i went to another shop because I felt my phone could be repaired, the new shop took a look at it and actually opened it to diagnose the issue and all I needed was a new LCD a $120 job! This place will never get my business or a referral.

The battery went out on our 2015 Kia Optima this week and we contacted Kia and found out they only warranty the battery for 24 months. We bought the car there new three years ago, so the battery was already out of warranty. Kia wanted to charge us $300 for a replacement battery and $50 to install it. I went online to Batteries Plus Bulbs and found a comparable battery with 770 Cold Cranking Amps for only $234 and free installation. We hustled on over there and got the work done in just 20 minutes. The sales people and techs were friendly and we saved over $100 getting the battery at Batteries Plus. In addition the battery comes with a 5 year warranty which is great.

Was trying to buy online never made it to complete order. Would not give me my 10:% discount & when I took my core they only gave me $3 for it and charged me $3 environmental fee was supposeda be 10% off total order they charged me $79 for batt total of $93 . When I got there I told the guy and he needed my card said he put back on the card $9 thats with my core. Guess these guys dont know about a review from your experience with them. $93- 10%=$83 all day long & a $6 core even with the $3 environmental fee. This should have been $93 - $13= $80 but with the other $3 should of been $77 is my math wrong. Or There business practices not for the customer, repeat customers are where its at not one sale, one sale. Dont think the kid was doing anything deliberately & was more than willing to help me & my 1976 Harley Davidson FLH Electra Glide Ive had for 32 years. Not to many places that even Carry my battery. Theyve always had one in stock so cant really say a lot unless the real biker comes out. He did carry it out to my truck. Im disabled because of bike wreck in 05. Wonderful service and warranty out a bulb

I went in on a Saturday to get my iphone and home button repaired after I dropped something on my phone while working around the house. I dropped off at counter and the guy said; sure, no problem I will fix both the home button and the screen, give me about an hour. I returned to the store later to pick up the phone and he had replaced the screen but not the home button. I use the fingerprint ID for almost all my apps and probably use it 100 times per day so this was going to be an inconvenience but I figured I would give it a try. When the guy gave me my phone the battery had completely died which we both thought was odd, however he reassured me that the new screen would not have an effect on the battery life. Okay, Im game.I got home and let the phone charge for a couple hours then unplugged before going to bed for the night. Monday morning the phone was almost dead. This was odd as the phone can usually last over a day on one charge. At work I kept it on the charger most of the time but noticed that the screen was not very responsive to my touch and would think I was touching other parts of the screen than what I was touching. Then when I left the office the charge on the phone would only last about 3 hours. I tried to work with it for a couple of days before breaking down and just buying a new iphone because the lack of the home button and the poor performance of the new screen just became too much to handle.Once I activated the new phone I went up to the batteries plus in Mansfield and spoke with the person who had helped me about getting some sort of refund due to the fact that the screen I bought did not work at all like promised and because they repaired the screen and not the home button but did not even give me a chance to approve the modification to the repairs that we had agreed upon. Before I could even finish explaining my issues the attendant firmly let me know that there absolutely no way I would be getting any of my money back, then proudly boasted that he was the manager so there was nothing I could do about the situation. My wife mentioned that we were going to take this up with the corporate office and would be sure to write a review of our experience with the store and he proceeded to mock her and tell her that she was sooo mature and do whatever you think is right because you are soo mature. She simply stated that this was wrong and no way to treat a customer and he continued to mock her in front of me and our child. We promptly left the store and made a promise to ourselves that we would never return to that store for any reason.I have never been treated so poorly by an associate at any store much less one seems to be fairly nice and reputable. I would have been open to any number of solutions in lieu of a straight refund, but the way the person at the counter expressed himself and handled the situation was completely unacceptable.
