First off, Mark is probably one of the most straightforward people Ive ever met. Most car lots try to hide the fact something I is wrong with our may need fixed on one of their vehicles they are trying to sell or just plain out try to sell you a dream but end up driving out in a nightmare. Not cobra. If Mark knows if there is any issue with one of his, then be sure that the buyer or interested person will know the same. He not only would make sure you knew about the issue, but he will help you get that issue fixed or at least help you figure out the steps to do so.

Lots of vehicles on the lot... Most of them are probably heading to a scrap yard. The guy was honest about it, when questioned about specific vehicles though.

Unless you inspect the vehicle completely dont buy it. They are short mechanics and the vehicles and prospective buyers pay for it. I get the as is deal but its the simple things that are being ignored.

Mark and his family are amazing. They genuinely care about their customers. They go above and beyond to help and to make sure that you were satisfied. And thats hard to find in a car dealership

Absolute con-artists! Sold my stepson and their young family a junk minivan for $4000. Stepson asked to have diagnostic run on the check engine light..they claimed it was an HVAC error. They had the minivan since late February Cobra never transferred the title...this was 3 weeks before the BMVs closed because virus. They took the van to Spitzers and had another diagnostic run and it came back the number 6 cylinder was bad. They contacted Cobra and this con-artist gave them $1400 back and took the van. They flat out ripped this young family off. We have contacted the BBB, the Ohio AGs Office and looking into an attorney! Do not buy from this con-artist!

So I use to work for this company Ive seen how stuff works and how they fix to sell a vehicle I understand its used but should never be going to millirons for parts to fix a vehicle codes do get cleared before use seen it done and if you decide to call ohio law on them for poor vehicle or safety they repo the vehicle from you so your claim is void and they dont get sued if anyone has a question of this place ask Ill answer it honestly and professionally

I wouldnt recommend, I was purchasing a Ford Explorer For 3995 ..I was told it would be ready by the end of the week i called in it was ready I went to purchase it and the owner left in the truck to go to an dr appointment and he would be bck i waited 3hrs for him to get back ...called in too see if he was back she than told me that he decidedly not to come into work and he still has the truck ...im currently looking for a vehicle Very very unprofessional
