Horrible experience. We called to verify before going that they were open until 8:00pm and they confirmed they were. We got there at 7:06pm ready to move our phone service and the doors were locked. The associate unlocked the door for a moment to tell us they “decided to close early” and then directed us down the street to another Verizon store, which had already closed at 7. After mentioning that we called to make sure, the associate just said they would talk to the other employee about stating that they were still open and then closed the door. Terrible customer service.

AJ was my sales representative. Although it was not a sales issue she helped me to take of a technical issue on my phone that was malfunctioning. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer for about 5years now and Verizon has never let me down I even got my spouse to transfer to Verizon from T-Mobile today and well todayI had GREAT service from representative named Lynett she was more than patient to help me and my spouse on walking us through on putting a claim in as well as setting up our phone line up. I had been trying to get this done since 10 Am having many difficulties but she was more than patient and took the time and care to help us. Today we also visited another Verizon by Village area and the services was HORRIBLE bald guy red hair very rude and unhelpful do not go there if your trying to get help. After driving all day I finally when back to Lynett. To end with a positive note Lynett was AMAZING and I wish I could leave a higher rating I work in the medical field, so I appreciate the great customer service she gave me I respect the time and dedication she took to help us today.

Lynn was very helpful in assisting me find a jetpack for my business. She was very knowledgeable and narrowed down what was the best option for me with a conversation on the phone. The jetpack I wanted was not in the store but she was able to contact another store and had it there in just one day! So I was able to inquire about the device one day and have in my hand the next. I would highly recommend this store and ask for Lynn when you get there!

My first experience was fine. Lynn was nice and helpful, but very distracted. Unfortunately it took an hour for her to be able to tell me the phone I was trying to activate was not compatible with Verizon. She then sold me a SIM card. I specifically told her I did not want to buy a SIM card I would not be able to use. She assured me she would take care of me. As one reviewer said, she did not keep her word. Fast forward a week. I wont go into the whole story. I went in to return the SIM card because we had to buy a different phone, WHICH I PURCHASED FROM VERIZON. It came with a SIM. So, there I was with a SIM I couldnt use. NO WHERE IN THE RETURN POLICY COULD SHE SHOW ME THAT IT SAYS THAT A SIM CARD COULD NOT BE RETURNED. However, when I requested a return, she continued to tell me (over and over and over) that a SIM card could not be returned. All I got was that she texted someone named Steve who said they could not be returned. I wanted to talk to Steve. She would not provide me a way to do that. This is a $27 dollar item were talking about. Thats chump change. The customer did not matter. (It actually got worse.) Im glad some of the others reviewers did not have the same experience.

1 sales person gave me false information about a hot spot device to make a sale. After 14 days of having the device the 4G LTE decreased to 3G and my kids werent able to access the internet for virtual classes.I came back to return the device and they didnt want to return it and didnt even want to give me the managers name so I can explain. Sales rep was the only rep available with very little perience on how to handle this type of situations. had to call customer service to get the situation resolved. Lost 1 day of work and my kids 1 day of class because of this.The worst thing was the rep had zero tolerance attitude and didnt want to give me the managers name. Very unprofessional.

Came to find out about my device but ended up upgrading. They were very responsive to my needs and even helped me set up everything and informed me on things that were very beneficial towards my account.

At 7:55 PM on Friday, March 15, 2019, I visited this store in a panic. My phone had crashed twice in 2 days. I lost pictures, hundreds of contacts, and most important, the last voice mails from my beloved father. Cam and Rita were wonderful. They stayed till almost 9 PM restoring my phone. As a manager handling millions in assets, my phone is essential 24 hours a day. Cam came in early Saturday and brought Dustin up to speed on my situation. I now have a beautiful new phone and am ready to go and got to smile at the sound of my fathers voice again.Dustin was great with the set up. The team at this store is exceptional.

A quality experience! I brought in a phone with a problem with the display and Dustin worked diligently with the Verizon tech folks until the problem was solved. It took over an hour with the tech department and he kept me “in the loop” about what was going on. Please hire employees who has knowledge of the products you sale, cant if they have it in stock., I called this location today and was told over the phone by the female employee that this location had a certain product in stock. I drive 30 min only to be told they dont have the product in stock. Waste of time and gas👎👎. She didnt even attempt to check another location or order it for me. Seriously!

I have never done a review but this Verizon deserves 0 stars. I walked in and there was no one in the store. The customer service representative was somewhere outside and walked in looking extremely bothered by my presence. He could not help me figure out which phone or plan would be best for me. Did not show me different phones and did not move 10 feet from the from door. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years and considered switching to Version but based off of their lack of service from the get go l, that will not be happening. Don’t waste your time at this location.

This is the WORST Verizon store!! I’ve been treated like my opinion about my phone doesn’t matter. I tried to upgrade my phone, they didn’t let me pick my color of my phone. Just brought me a random color, I didn’t feel comfortable in the store even before I walked in. All the employees were staring at me while I parked and even walked up to the door very uncomfortable feeling. On top of that the employee answered a personal call right in front of me. Why not walk away just very unprofessional location. When I Decided to leave because of the wait the employee rolled his eyes and walked away.

We just switched from another carrier to Verizon and had the best customer service experience with Dustyn. He was very friendly, fun and patient to explain everything so I understood it all. We were pretty sure we were going to keep our existing phones, but found out one of them was so old it wouldnt work with the new technology. So he went over all the phones available and got us new phones at a terrific price. Im super happy to be with Verizon now. Ive wanted to switch for a long time. Dustyn made it a great experience. I highly recommend you go check out their new customer plans! And ask for Dustyn! He wont disappoint!
