Scheduled an appointment with the optometrist there and I was turned away. Evidently he has some personal vendetta against me for some reason. I purchased glasses from them in the past with no problem. Even the lady on the phone was extremely nasty to me. I will be contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint and I will be contacting an attorney for possible legal action.

LensCrafters is a great store. The doctor & associates take care of you, making you feel comfortable while there and happy when you leave. My glasses are beautiful. They look & feel great on my face! Thank you Lenscrafters!

We had a fantastic experience here. My daughter had gotten glasses from another company 2 months ago and the other company did not fit the glasses to her head and the glasses had started to fall apart. We got a great deal on some new glasses and they even repaired the old glasses. We will not hesitate to go here in the future.

I walked in this morning with no appointment, and the woman upfront was very nice and thankful could get me in. Has some issues with the insurance, got that under control. The Dr there was very nice, listened to me, and explained everything very well! The woman out front where you pick your glasses was simply amazing! I definitely will be going back and taking my family for sure!

Friendly helpful staff and good prices. Been a customer of LensCrafters for a very long time. Very disappointed that they dont make the glasses in house at all their locations anymore...

Lance and the manager are amazing! (As well as the other staff, lance and the manager just helped me personally)I have gone to lensecrafters for about 5 years and they are ALWAYS friendly and prompt. If you don’t like something or if something isn’t right... they will always make it right!I have never had a bad experience, even bringing my fiancé here (who can be difficult to please) they were able to help him very efficiently!

We just went back to lenscrafters for the third time. I dont think I will ever be able to wear my glasses. My husband gets the same run around every time we go. His bifocals are not right. They told him to wear them for 2 weeks, if they dont work bring them back well make them right. So he did and this time they told him to get a pair of reading glasses. That would be the only way he could ever read without moving his head back and forth. I wear bifocals and I dont do this. We will never go back!

I usually never have an issue here especially with time but its taking 1.5-2 hours just to get fitted for contacts and thats ridiculous.
