I ordered the cookie cake made of individual cookie letters that I couldnt wait to display at my party. The picture I saw was decorated with light pink icing and thats what I assumed I would get. Instead I received hot pink icing. My guests verbally stated that the icing was bitter tasted like chemicals and tastes like poison. I was so disappointed in how thin the cookie portion of the cake was. It was too thin to even scrape the icing off to enjoy. I was most excited about having this special cake on my dessert table and paid the hefty almost $100 for 5 letters. I will never buy from Great American cookie company again. HUGE disappointment!

Horrible and unprofessional. After their decorator realized the order I placed was for a fully iced cookie cake she attempted to repair it and add icing to a partially iced cookie cake. It was horrible looking. I refused it and they started immediately making another cookie cake for me The service was fast. It was so fast that when I surprised my wife on Mothers Day with it. It was raw throughout it. So I contacted them and simply ask for a refund. One mistake was enough but two on the same order. This was my first and last cookie cake experience. I normally buy cakes from Cooper Street Bakery. Back to cake buying. Thanks, Great American Cookies!

Incredibly friendly staff. Clean and well managed. General Manager, Andrea, is fantastic! Do you have a favorite item? If at all possible, shell make sure the shop has it when you come in! Everything is fresh! Cant decide if you want a cookie or ice cream? Then get BOTH!

The staff was very nice. My kids and I enjoy coming here after a special meal. We like the chocolate chip cookie with icing. Today when coming some of the icing was all smeared on the cookie. It wasn’t appealing. I asked if something was wrong with it and if they had another cookie cake to put out. She said no the cookie cake was a messed up order because they spelled a name wrong. So why did they not fix It properly for the customer who ordered it instead of leaving some icing smeared even though they re did some with icing to sell in the store? The cookie icing looked pretty bad. Needless to say I got something else as my son still got it but if it’s not good enough to give a customer was is it good enough to put in store?

Ordered through Uber. Asked for extra icing on the cookie cake slices because last time there was very little. The person who made my order literally just blobbed tons of white icing ALL OVER the cookie slices. It wasnt nice looking like normal and it was WAY too much. Sad.

Cookies were pretty good, would have liked a little fresher taste.

I ordered my dad a cake. his birthday is St. Patricks day so i ordered him the cake with the St. Patricks day hat that said happy birthday dad! what i received was something that looks like the decorator just decided to do her/his own thing. it did not have a design at all. it said happy birthday dad i love you. i am very disappointed. the girl that helped us gave us some free cookies but a 35$ cake should be what you order.

Ordered a double doozie cookie 16 inch cake and it was given with a piece of card board in the middle. Woman explained she “accidentally” forgot about it. They had to make a new one and the 2nd cake writing was not centered and had the words running off of the side. Definitely not pleased!

Order was not ready when I showed up 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and the design looks rushed... happy to have a Great American Cookie in Mansfield, but not when I’m getting a subpar expericence.. needs work forsure

The General Manager, Shift Manager, and the Crew Members are very polite and they have a wonderful attitude.
