Shouldn’t have the Marble Slab sign on the building if you’re not going to allow people to use the app. As a marketing manager, I can tell you that you’re losing business and loyal customers. Not to mention the frustration and confusion it causes for everyone.Step it up, folks! It’s 2021 !

I love coming to this marble slab but I am very disappointed in my experience from last night and will not be returning because of it. After dinner with my significant other and some friends we decided to go get ice cream at 8:45-9:00pm August 12th. Once we got to the counter, immediately the blonde lady scooping my friend’s ice cream was giving them attitude. Once she was done getting their orders, she gave no time before turning that attitude onto us. We had decided on shakes and she very rudely stated “We’re not serving shakes” which is completely understandable and we had no problem changing our order. Our problem was the tone she said it in, It was COMPLETELY unprofessional. I get having a bad day but that gives ZERO reason to treat a customer that way. She also very sloppily scooped our ice cream to the point where i had to get multiple napkins to clean up her mess. Once we moved on, I glanced back at her to see her reaching over to scoop the ice cream of the customer next to me. Through her hair was in a ponytail, it leaned into their ice cream. I found this absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. I didn’t bring it up to the customer in fear of making a scene, though now I wish I had. The ice cream was highly overpriced for how terribly I was treated. I had no problem with the rest of the workers, they were amazing. I may return but if I see the blonde worker, I will turn around and leave. I used to love this marble slab but this experience ruined it for me and my friends.

We ordered two ice cream cakes here & horrible turn out! The first cake my husband got, it was slanted and did not look like anything like the picture. They were not even going to say anything! When he mentioned it, they were like, “Oh! Uhm yeah it just wouldn’t hold…” They did not apologize or try to make it right other than hope he didn’t notice. He demanded half off for half the work. Luckily, he got it.We tried giving it the benefit of the doubt by going again! Nope! This cake was the same! It looks nothing like the picture & one of our guest thought it was a homemade because of how it was decorated!It’s pricey for something that don’t look remotely close to what they show or even the size! The guy who took my second order didn’t even know the sizes. I had to call back after seeing online he was wrong! So, I am for sure upset & won’t be returning there again.

Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE experience! These people don’t wear masks and they’re handling your food! They are inconsiderate and don’t know how to make simple ice cream . If you ask for double scoop cup of ice cream then will be confused and think you’re asking for 4 cups of ice cream. If you ask for cookies n creme they will be confused as to how to make it. Then you have multiple people ordering all getting upset. Way to ruin a simple ice cream run. Just do yourself a favor and either go to another marbleslab or just go to coldstone.

This location is fairly new, but is quite dirty. The floors and counters are always filthy and sticky. You can tell it’s been a week since floors have been cleaned. The cookie cases haven’t been cleaned in months and most of the ice cream is mixed in with the neighboring flavor. Zero napkins were in any of the holders. Staff is always kind though.

I drive for a deliver service and had 2 orders to pick up. HD to wait to even be acknowledged. Finally, one of the staff asked if they could help, advised why I was there, neither order was ready. After a short wait the person that helped me threw the order on the counter, mumbled something then turned and walked away. Eventually after about ou 15 min, a gentleman asked if I needed help, he eventually made my order, so apparently I had been standing there 15-20 min without anyone starting my second order. The guy was cordial and he made my order but this was a very unprofessional experience.

Horrible experience worst locationThis was our first and last time visiting this Mansfield TX location ever. The guy took his mask down to talk dropped the box on the floor put our cookies in that box rather than a new box. We made it home to find out all the cookies and brownie were hard and stale. The worst cookies and ice-cream. The brownie in the ice-cream and toppings equally old stale. Bad experience and expensive threw it all away.I would give it 0 stars but 1 is as low as it could be rated.

We ordered on the app and when we came to pick it up, all of my three items were melted..... why would ya make it and leave it out? If it was going to be done earlier I would’ve picked it up then. Please do not order on the app, just go in.

Stayed open when we called like 2 minutes before closing we left at 10:04. Great customer service

Its overpriced for the smallest sizes and they had very limited selection. (Not even strawberry). I was told the two I asked about were not popular, which already felt limited. Cheesecake flavor was not good either, didnt have cheesecake bits or Graham. Not sure why I couldnt sample flavors first if theyre wearing gloves, after Im disappointed with what i was given and paid for.

Lets see were to start my family went to this ice cream place when it opened and they messed up our orders and manager gave us 2 of there $5 bonus bucks and my wife asked about the coupon s being expired and manger on duty said our coupons dont expire so came back today to get a banana split after waiting 15 min in line when our turn came the server said sorry we are out of bananas so we got 2 small cups of ice cream single scoop that came out to $9 and sum change we gave them coupons and they told us they are no longer taking these coupons so I walked out will not be paying over $9 for 2 scoops of ice cream dont waste your time or money here bad service very disappointed ☹️

There is no better smell than walking into a Ice Cream/Cookie shop! I was absolutely thrilled with the ambiance and overall feel of the store, it felt inviting, smelled wonderful and everything looked absolutely delicious. I took two pints to go, one was cotton candy and the other birthday cake with strawberries and cinnamon, then I added cookie special they had both the cookies and ice cream were out of this world. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and the manager was helpful and had a great sense of humor. My daughter and I will be back again! Good job!!!!

Not enough varieties. And teeny tiny cakes are 30$😳. Staff was kind tho.

7/18/19 Arrived to go into the Great American Marble Slab Creamery. Time 10:50amSaw the hours were posted opening at 11:00.My grandaughter and I decided to wait. Have never been to this establishment before.My grandaughter was excited. Age 19 months.We waited, we were able to see store employees inside working.We waited and waited .. checked the time 11:05 still not opening doors. So we left.Will not be returning.Very poor management. Very poor.That won’t work here or anywhere.

They changed their sizes. The kid size is even smaller but the same price. My daughter got a half of a scoop, yes half, and sprinkles for 4.32. To the manager response: I was told you switched providers regarding cup sizes. The kid size is in a smaller cup, clear now, but for the same price as was the regular kid size. You pointed out that its made in-store and Im pointing out the price, in my opinion, is exorbitant.
