Stephanie is SO SWEET AND HELPFUL SHE BROUGHT ME MY ICE CREAM TO MY VEHICLE WHEN THEY DONT DO THAT NO MORE AND I HAVE TROUBLE GOING UP THAT STEP OR DOWN TO GET INTO THE STORE SHE WAS OUTSIDE AND I ASKED HER IF I COULD STILL GIVE MY ORDER IF I CALLED AND HAVE THEM BRING IT OUT TO ME AND SHE ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED IT WAS SHE THEN BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME I GAVE HER MY MONEY BEFORE SHE WENT BACK IN AND I GOT MY ICE CREAM WITH A SMILE 😊 THANK YOU STEPHANIE YOU ARE SO SWEET LIKE THE VERY FRIENDLY PERSON YOU ARE KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND SMILES THE BEST DAIRY QUEEN AROUND !!!!!!!!

Very quick and friendly service. Me and my husband ordered two double fudge frozen hot chocolates and they were made to perfection. Will come back again if were in that part of town again.

Great service, great ice cream. One of the two local DQs so they close seasonally, but they have all the accommodations of the normal chain. Staff is friendly.

Smore blizzard was delicious as was the snickers blizzard. Service was prompt and friendly. Lots of flavors to choose from and even some that werent even on the menu. They would make you whatever you wanted. All you had to do is ask. Well be going back soon. Good job!

By far the best Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. The quality and prices of items are so good and they dont chinch you on what you order.

Good value, great ice cream. Does not serve food and can get a little cramped and chaotic when busy but Ive never had an issue here. Come all the time, wish it didnt close during the winter!

Im slightly disappointed because I didnt realize this dairy Queen doesnt serve food and I was really craving a grilled cheese. Besides that downside, the ice cream tasted as good as usual and was made pretty fast.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday. Called today to check on it & they have NO record of the order. So I checked the phone # that was called and its this store on Ashland rd. When I spoke to the manager I simply asked her to address the employee that took the order & all she was concerned about was making another order. She said, and I quote all I can go by is what we have here

I gave this location 2 stars because they only serve ice cream now. I was having a major craving for a Flamethrower burger and was so disappointed when I found out they no longer serve actual food. To me, ice cream is ice cream and I can get anywhere, but the Flamethrower burger is amazing and you cant find that anywhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The claimed to be owner of the store gave the worst customer service Ive ever had. After not receiving the order I asked for after leaving the building just to my car, I come in to ask for the correct sprinkles I had ordered. Not only was I charged 2X the amount I was supposed to be for the original sprinkles but one of the workers there got the manager to up charge me a dollar for their mistake even after bringing back the originals they gave me to show I hadnt even touched them. I understand stores cannot take back food after being given to the customer, ( I have been an assistant manager of a store and understand franchises cannot afford to lose money) but you always fix the mistake. I asked for nothing free but what I paid for & what I asked for after the manager constantly claiming to upcharge a dollar from regular sprinkles to crunch, I politely asked for a refund for everything and the manager told me he couldnt do a refund, I was completely baffled and will never in life come back to this store or reccomend it to anyone. The servings are small and the work ethic and customer service is beyond horrible. The original girl who made the mistake was very sweet and I understand she couldnt do much, but I do appreciate her being kind. Maybe she should run the store instead of the owner. This is the Ashland Rd location in Mansfield Ohio. Save your money and time and go to the ice cream place in Ontario.

Always love DQ! Tons of variety! My favorite is the Butterfinger Blizzard, made with chocolate softserve and add hot fudge and peanut butter. OMGosh! Yum! And, they make a Hawaiian Ice Cream cake that will knock your socks off! Double-Yum! My Husband and oldest Son have the same favorite; the Cotton Candy Blizzard. They really wish it was a permanent item on the menu. My youngest Son loves any sundae made in the Waffle Cup. And my 12 yr old Daughter always gets a Lime Slushie Float. Everything is always so good! Last weekend we had a great time sitting outside on the picnic tables with the kids, our cones and a baby cup of delicious vanilla softserve for our dog! The Employees are on their toes and so very, very busy! My one suggestion for improvement: And, its probably hard... But the Employees could be a little more genuine, smile, and also seem more interested in the Customer.

This location is ice cream only there are no burger and fries or any hot food here. You have to go to the Ashland DQ for hot food.
