Driving 70 miles specifically to view and try out a Denver Mattress, I was greeted by Craig who practices a unique salesmanship quality. He was of course interested in my special needs (back aches in the AM), and lowering the overall height of bed.Told Craig after visiting son and testing his bed that it gave me a frame of reference. I never divulged what bed my son had and he never asked; but admit-tingly would have at some point.After soliciting my sleep needs, Craig took me straight to the exact Dr. Choice Firm Elite Queen. This was the same mattress my son has, and at this point I did not convey that information.He then wanted me to feel the difference in other Denver’s, and also took me to the other popular brands ( which in most cases more expensive / yet loosing the great feel of Dr. Choice).Like many sales people, Craig did not take me to the brands constantly on TV with the jell factor hype and at times double the price of the Denver. Often times sales people are commissioned and at times are pushing the higher $$$ item.Even though we have one of those expensive brands currently, the Denver was by far the valued proposition.Much thanks for the knowledge, customer concern, and his respectful demeanor; Craig is rated as a 5 star.Pete RCanton, Ohio

My wife and I went into our local Mansfield, Ohio Denver Mattress looking to replace our 10 year old mattress and our salesman (Craig) was awesome! He spent about 3 hours walking us through all the different options and helped us choose the mattress that fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable about all the different options and was awesome at answering all of our question. We ended up purchasing a Tempur Pedic with an adjustable base.

Craig was great! We loved that he wasn’t trying to sell us the most expensive item- he was being a realistic/ knowing what our needs were salesmen. He is extremely educated within his position. Craig was supposed to help me find a new adjustable bed. Unfortunately it seems all I got from him was attitude. He kept giving me more information than I needed or wanted. I kept telling him I didnt need to know the history of beds, but he didnt stop. Maybe he was trying to impress me with his knowledge of beds?Finally I had enough and just left. I took my $2,000 elsewhere.When a customer asks you to stick to the facts pertinent to the sale, stick to the facts!Update: went to Mattress Firm and got exactly what I wanted.

Great place to get design ideas but Bedding and furniture is way over priced. If you are sealing partial board covered in laminate it should be priced accordingly.

If you are looking for a place that is hassle free, has the best selection of mattresses and the best sales staff goto Denver Mattress. After visiting EVERY place in mansfield there wasnt anyone who knew more about their products than Craig. I had done weeks of research figuring out what I wanted. I asked the questions anyway because at every other place all they did was read the sticker to you. Craig knows what they are made out of, the history of the changes in mattress and everything in between. In my opinion Craig should be managing multiple locations and even entire areas. The amount of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity its outstanding!

Kodi the asst manager was very informative on the mattresses. Their was a period when we were ready to buy but had to wait for assistance for quite some time . He was very professional and polite and not pushy at all, yet when we came back for our second walk through we wanted to make sure he got the sale. We would have been a lot happier if both items we purchased(from Denver and furniture bedroom ) were actually in stock and it didn’t take 1/2 weeks for us to receive . It also would have been nice if the delivery fee for our bed we purchased didn’t cost so much. Overall we were satisfied especially with how quickly the finance process was 👍 Brandon the manager over on the bedroom side was very informative on what he had in stock and wasn’t overbearing either

No high pressure sales! But a sales person was always available to provide assistance or answer questons. Based on the wonderful assistance of the salesperson and the quality Consumer Reports rating we did purchase a mattress set. Beautiful store and layout!The only drawback for us is we live in the middle of 3 store locations and delivery costs were expensive so we had to make a separate trip to pickup our mattress set.

Going into this company my wife and I were happy with the customer service in person and they printed us off a price quote that locked in the price for around 30 days. When we called in to order the bed 8 days later they state they can no longer give that price..... States right on the paper price good until 8-15-19. Companies need to stand behind their quotes and this one doesnt.Update : After writing this i was re contacted by the store and they went ahead and honored my quote as they should because it still states it has 14 days left. I went ahead and ordered the furniture since they honored the quote, but felt they should have offered me a better deal with the hassle i had to go through to get it. So changing from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I had visited the store over the course of several weeks trying out mattresses - staff at store was extremely polite and not pushy. Having worked in the furniture/mattress business before, I know how sales people can be overly aggressive. This is not the case at this store. Craig is one of the best sales persons Ive ever come across-very polite and knowledgeable.
