I took my 95 Dodge Dakota here for a paint job and today it looks 2021 brand new! Kelly and Ricardo (and the Team) did everything they said they would do. My color is totally different and new. They hand painted/customized my Dakota name emblems. They also repaired my windshield wipers which werent working. That was unexpected and extremely kind of them! Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, it was well worth the wait!!! I have gotten nothing but compliments, even before I got off the lot. Kudos to Giffords. I am well pleased with my truck, I highly recommend your establishment!

Very professional staff I am bringing my car there to get fixed in a week or two they were hit by the terrible flood as I was also and the owner Kelly was very sweet to me and told me once they were back up and running I could bring my car in and get it done Im going to bring my car in in a week or two and have them fix it and then I will give a review on their work but as far as their customer service it is absolutely five stars Im waiting to bring my car in and then when theyre done with it I will give a review on their body work but like I said Kelly and their customer service team are fantastic

Was referred to this shop by a friend and am very pleased with the work. My insurance company tried to send me to one of their direct repair shops but I felt comfortable with Gifford Auto Body once meeting the family that run the shop. I was kept informed but not overly bothered on the additional work that had to be done. Insurance didnt write for even obvious damage but i had no worries when i put my claim into the hands of this shop. Like other reviews mention, This shop even got the Car manufacturer to Price match the aftermarket parts insurance wrote for and got me original parts at no extra cost to me.Well done Gifford Auto Body... Highly recommended and 2 THUMBS UP!

This shop is wonderful, I can not say enough. They are straight out honest... and always do a great job. If they dont think you should go ahead with a repair they will tell you because they arent there to just take your money. From their custom work to their traditional auto body repair, you cant ask for anyone better. Laid back but on point with repairs is a great combination if you ask me. If the customer isnt happy they arent either, and if your not a happy customer after leaving that shop I think its you, not the shop. They are very accommodating and with being a family shop you get a more welcoming feel than your typical business which is something I like a lot. Most of the time they are laughing with the customers about stories of how many times are we going to run into each other like this. Once you go to Gifford Auto Body and have experienced somewhere else youll be sure to return to Gifford.

Next time you need auto body repair, BRING IT TO GIFFORD AUTO BODY... Its a shame that people usually only write reviews when they have something to complain about.Sorry others have bad experiences with this family ran shop, I couldnt of been more pleased. I brought my car here because I was recommended by a friend and then I learned that this shop has been in business for more then 35 years under the same ownership so clearly they are doing something right. Once I got my car repaired I was so happy so of course I mentioned my repairs to others and quite a few people knew of the great work done at this shop. Maybe the other people writing reviews just had a bad day or bad attitude. If your expecting quick production, dont go to a small Mom and Pop shop... but these are the businesses that sadly are fading away because peoples poor attitudes and need for quick turnover. Personally I dont want my repairs done quick, how can someone give you the finished product you desire if you expect it to be done right when you drop it off. Also regarding the review complaining about an emblem not being put on, This lady either has way too much time, no problems or stresses in life or was having big issues in life and has to complain about everything, its only an emblem... calm down. I couldnt of been more pleased with the workers in the shop and in the office, everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Thats all.

Okay (and incomplete) work and rude staff. They returned my car to me without my emblem on it and said it would be in within the next 2 days. We called later that week and left a message with no reply. It has been 3 weeks and no reply. I called just now and the representative was rude and said that 2 days does not necessarily mean 2 days and it could mean 2 weeks with these kinds of orders? He said I was rude because I then asked why he would relay to me 2 days if he knew full and well it could take 2 weeks. He told me I should be grateful to have a car that is driveable and I should not be that upset over an emblem and he did not want my business if I was this upset over such a small detail. My car is brand new, I took it there to get repairs to make it brand new again. My insurance paid them to make it brand new again. Rude man that flat out said they do not care about deadlines or dates. They do not update you on status or care about the DETAILS. DETAIL is important to me and to my vehicle I paid a lot of money for and to repair. Do not go here if you expect quality and timeliness in your repairs. It is the 10th and his receptionist that places orders will not be in till the 16th. I get to wait 6 days for this girl to call me (I am not holding my breath on this). TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
